That moment Surge threw Bulk out of the training room. Literally.

This is one of the most recent events with Surge.
Surge discovered that he has the Purple Quaza and soon also developed different powers.
Here's the dialogue to the event.

Bulk: *walks into the training room* Oh hey Surge! What're you doing?

Surge: Nothing much, just practicing.

Bulk: ... Practicing what? I only see a water bottle in front of you.

Surge: You know that I have that Purple Quaza thing, right? The one with special powers and stuff?

Bulk: I mean, pretty sure half of Makuhero City knows that by now, yes.

Surge: Yeah well, I recently found out I also have telekinesis, so I'm trying to learn to control it. And now I'm trying to lift that bottle up by command. It's not as easy as you think it is.

Bulk: I was about to say, but alright.

Bulk stood nearby as Sure focused back on the bottle. He took a few breaths. His core started to flicker in purple, his eyes in red. A barely visible flame like aura surrounded his open hand.

Bulk: Uhm Surge?

Surge: Not now Bulk...

Bulk: Surge!

Surge: *groans and turns around* What-?!

Surge stopped when he saw Bulk floating a feet or so above the ground. The same flame like aura from Surge's hand surrounded Bulk.

Bulk: Surge. Put. Me. Down.

Surge: Okay, okay, relax.

Surge stretched his hand out to grab Bulk, but as soon as he moved his arm, Bulk got flung backwards out of the training room.

SURGE: BROTHER!!!

Surge ran after Bulk, trying to deactivate his power. It eventually stopped as soon as Bulk crashed against the wall.

Bulk is fine. May have suffered a minor brain damage, but that didn't change anything about him actually.
Meanwhile, Surge is scared of something similar happening, that may even cause a death.
