The suit has Repulsors on its hands and Ion Lasers on its wrists, Ion Thrusters on its boots, and its shield has an EMP when charged and also a strong magnet on its handle and its right arm for throwing and returning.
Skills: without the suit, he knows some martial arts and built the suit to have a DNA scanner so that he can bring parts of the suit to him.

Backstory: Issac was born and grew up in a universe where there was no heroes but powerful villains were growing in numbers, such as his universe's evil organization, R.A.I.N. By taking some stashes of vibranium from the corporation, he designed and developed the Civil Warrior Armor after his previous design with titanium. With his armor, he manages to foil many numerous plots from R.A.I.N. and upgraded his armor with an EMP, and Ion blasters and thrusters also. However, this issue of the world colliding would have him to need more help, eventually beginning the idea of developing his own team.
