bucky was always the first to react. to literally anything with you. whether it from a person who "looked at you in the wrong way", or a stray dog coming up to you two. he was always trying to protect you.

missions were a nightmare. he was always by your side, no matter what. it didn't help that fury assigned you two to be partners either.
