Kirito crept out of bed after kissing Asuna's sleeping face. He was determined to make this the best birthday ever and make her her favorite breakfast, blueberry pancakes and coffee. Kirito hurried to the kitchen of their cozy, little apartment and quitely got out ingredients and dishes, mixed the batter and started the stove.
Asuna awoke with a smile and a wonderful aroma surrounding her. She lept out of bed and hugged the sweet and thoughtful man who had woken up early just to do something nice for her.
Kirito looked back and said "Happy birthday, Asuna!"
They had been safe in the real world for about a 2 and a half years now and they lived so happy, together, forever.
