Step 1: Give him a trait that is special only to him so that every time someone else does it (Ex. cleaning, binge eating sweets, sitting oddly), they think of this character.

Step 2: Give him a personality where was he is not-
•Too nice
•Too smart (to the point where he is geeky)
•Too stuck up
•Too emotional/dramatic
•Too weak
•TOO ANNOYING!!!!!!

Make him BE:
•A good potential leader
•Somewhat caring (For more effect, hide this)
•Smarter than the average anime character
•Better and more coordinated than the average anime character
•An outcast
•Mysterious
•BADASS!!!!!!

Step 3: Tragic backstory

Step 4: Make sure he saves multiple people in his own awesome way.

Step 5: Give him a monotonous voice actor.

Step 6: Add many slow motion scenes of him when his hair is flowing.

Step 7: Make him rarely smile, and when he does, make it so that it is in the event of his death, finding love, or any other touching moments.

Step 8: Hint at many potential relationships (to raise shipping amount).

Step 9: Always note at the clothing choice~ make it unique from the rest of the characters. Have it baggy or plain, but if worse comes to worse, give him a white shirt with black/brown pants (it always seems to work).

Step 10: Give him a memorable death that is unique in its own way. Make sure it is near the ending of the series to not loose viewer interest (aka, PLEASE DO NOT KILL LEVI NEXT SEASON!) (aaka, YOU SCREWED THE F UP DEATH NOTE!!!!)

Step ?: Make him have an OCD of some kind.
