He wants to defend himself along with his brother papyrus. That's why he's a trained. Then one day an accident happened. And Sam was brutally wounded along with papyrus. Then. After some cybernetic Surgery. Both Sam and papyrus. Are cyborgs. Superpowered cyborgs. Sam is the ninja type. Papyrus is sort of the brute type.
