Anxiety

Anxiety means different things for people who suffer from it. For me, it's primarily a feeling of being hopeless, while also worrying about and overthinking every little thing. I don't mind worrying if it's about people I care for, though.

However, that doesn't soften the blow.

My anxiety is still hell.

Here.
For those of you who don't fully understand....
I'll list some things that happen to me.

- Twitchy hands, feet, arms, legs, and eyes.
- Hyperventilation.
- Curling into a ball, sometimes with my head down.
- Fearing being touched, unless I trust the person.
- The need to find a solution to whatever problems I'm faced with.
- The need to help others. In failure to do this or what's written above, panic gets worse.
- Scratching at my arms.
- Biting my nails.
- Pulling my hair.
- Fidgiting with objects(usually my bracelets)
- Overthinking.
- Worrying.
- The urge to hurt myself.

Now, I'm not posting this for pity. And I still love to help others, especially my closest friends.
I'm only posting this for clarification.
