The story started of a teenager waking up on the ground and see himself in a hallway this is YN Lee

???: son are you okay

YN turn around and sees his father Jacob Lee as he was walking towards his son

YN: dad what happened

Jacob: I think saw Dani memories back on Europa

YN: it wasn't a terrorist attack it was Outbreak that happens in black iron we're the one's who started this

Jacob: yeah

???: Jacob YN

YN and Jacob look where the voice and it was Dani but have black veins off her face and her eyes were red as she is infected by the Biophage Pathogen

Dani: what's wrong with you both

YN: Dani come on come on we're almost there

YN trys to get Dani on her feet but she couldn't

Dani: I can't I can't

Jacob: yes you can we're almost there

Dani: no I can feel it hear it in my head

Jacob: okay you stay here we're gonna come back with the cure

YN: do you want to stay here

Dani: I can take care of myself YN

YN: okay

Dani: make him pay for what he's done

YN and Jacob run off through a hallway looking for the Warden's Alpha they found a printer and a stock up on ammo Jacob cut off a wire to door and they saw Warden Cole

Mysterious voice: your methods are rash you risk too much

Warden Cole: the greater risk is in failing to act Especially when the commonality is finally within our grasp and right on time they approach the Survivors

Mysterious people: The Survivors Vir Solitarius

YN and Jason aimed their guns at him

A door open and it reveals Captain Leon Ferris

Ferris: well well well 521 and 117 you know I really oughta thank you at first I thought that this was a curse but then I realized it is a gift so the Warden has opened my eyes showed me my purpose now I'm gonna show you two

YN and Jacob got ready for the final fight

Ferris rush towards Jacob and goes to a hit but Jacob dodged his attacks leaving YN to swing his Stun baton hiting Ferris multiple times then goes a hit again but Ferris caught his Stun baton before Headbutt YN and throw him across the room

Jacob: YN

Jacob goes to check on his son but Ferris grabbed him and kick him to the ground

Ferris: forces 521

Jacob dodged Ferris attacks and hits him with his Stun baton then Ferris caught his Stun baton and he hit Jacob then YN comes back with his kinetic hammer and started hitting Ferris multiple times but then caught it then grabbed YN and Jacob by their throats

Ferris: no one to save you both now

Ferris throws YN and Jacob to the ground

Ferris: no more tricks no escape this time

Ferris place his foot on YN chest

Ferris: I've beaten you I've beaten everyone I've told you-

Ferris was cut off by his body acting weird

Ferris: Ahhhh WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME

YN: what

Then Ferris arm exploded and gotten bigger then his whole body started to mutate getting bigger and stronger and turn into a giant Biophage creature

YN: ahhh fuck my god you are one ugly motherfucker

Ferris examine his new mutated body as YN started going for his Skunk gun that was on his hip

Ferris: THERE'S ALWAYS A PRICE TO PAY

YN shot Ferris with his Skunk gun making walk back then Ferris roads loudly as the glass shatters also making YN and Jacob covered their ears then they saw Shield formed on Ferris head

YN: shit he's got a shield what do we do dad

Jacob: just shoot him until he dies

YN grabbed his assault rifle and Jacob grabbed his Shotgun and they both started shooting at Ferris doing damage to his Shield then YN used his GRP to grab explosive canister and throws it at Ferris as his shield was broken

Jacob: his Shield broken aim for his head it's the weakspot

YN: got it

YN and Jacob fried at Ferris head doing good damage to him then Ferris roared again making YN and Jacob covered their ears as his Shield recharge

YN: shit his shield regenerated

Jacob: I see that

Then Combustor Biophage appears out of the vents YN and Jacob see that as an advantage as they used their GRP to throw the Combustor's at Ferris doing damage to his Shield

Ferris: NO ESCAPE

Ferris grabbed giant piece of concrete and throw it at YN and Jacob but they dodging in time

YN: shit that was closed

Ferris throws acid spores at YN as he dodged it and he started firing at Ferris again but his assault rifle ran out of ammo

YN: fuck

YN quickly switch to his Shotgun and fired at Ferris then Jacob was seen shooting his Hand Cannon at Ferris  then YN used his GRP to grab a explosive canister and throws it at Ferris as his shield was destroyed YN and Jacob continued Ferris then he started stumbling he then let out one last roar and Ferris falls to the ground and died

YN: ahh fuck we did it

Jacob: yeah we did

Jacob grabbed a syringe gun and he walked toward Ferris dead body YN aimed his Shotgun just in case then Jacob slab the needle in Ferris head and got a full sample of the cure

YN: we got the cure

Jacob: hold on Dani

???: you think you're beaten us

YN and Jacob turn to see Warden Cole

Warden Cole: Ferris was weak an imperfect vessel but in that sample is the key to unlocking a centuries old dream that's not failure Mr Lee that's progress and it belongs to me

Jacob: no no no no no I don't think so

Warden Cole: please this is no time for false heroics leave the sample and walk way there's escaped pods up there to take you both back to the life you once had you and I can both have everything we want so tell me Mr Lee what do you want

???: I'll tell you what I want

YN turn and saw Dani aiming her Hand Cannon at Warden Cole

Dani: I want my Sister back fucker

Dani started shooting at Cole but the bullets were going through him meaning it's just a hologram then Dani fall to the ground

Warden Cole: a valiant effort but surely you know by now I never lose

Jacob: no this time you do

Jacob place the needle in Dani and ejected the cure in her as she gasped then Jacob throw the syringe gun to Warden Cole

Warden Cole: such a waste all this to save one life don't think you stopped us the data gathered here will carry the Protocol to the next phase as for you

Prison PA: SELF DESTRUCT SEQUENCE INITIATED

Warden Cole: Goodbye Ms Nakamur and Mr Lee and to you YN I do hope you've enjoyed your stay at Black Iron

Prison PA: REACTOR CORE APPROACHING CRITICAL

Jacob: Dani YN RUN

YN Jacob and Dani started running to the escape pods as the place started to fall apart they made it the escape pods but there is only two left

YN: oh no

Jacob: there's only two

Dani: but who's staying and who's leaving

YN and Jacob sign since they knew all of them weren't leaving Callisto so Jacob grabbed Dani and placed her in the escape pod

Dani: wait you both don't know don't what you're doing

Jacob: We do now

YN: I'm sorry Dani but we can't keep running from what we've done

Dani: what are you talking about

Jacob: we're sorry for everything

YN: we do belong here

Dani: don't do this

YN: Goodbye Dani

Dani escape pod launched leaving YN and Jacob

YN: dad it's gonna be alright

Jacob: yeah it is

Jacob grabbed his son and placed him in the second escape pod

YN: DAD WHAT ARE YOU DOING

Jacob: Saving your life

YN: what do you mean

Jacob: I'm sorry for bringing you into this I'm sorry about your mother this is where I belong and you can live your life

YN: DAD NO I CAN'T LOSE YOU YOU'RE ALL I GOT LEFT

Jacob: I love you son I can't let you die have a good life

YN: DAD NO

Jacob pressed the launch button and the escape pod was launched out of Black Iron

YN: DADDDDDDDDD

Black Iron Prison started to explode as YN watch and tears fall down his face losing the only family he had left then his escape pod entered space

Then the scene shows of YN escape pod heading to planet called Pandora
