Finally dey reached their room. Both of them was drenched and had to change soon.

Avni: change kar lo.. bukhar tumhe bhi aa saktha hai...

Neil pulled her closer..
Neil: whats so hurry??

Avni: leave me neil... Pls go nd change..

Neil: okay i will.. but aaj tho party chahye.. its ur rebirth to the fun lovn avni...

Avni: and tht too becaus of u...

Neil: hmm.. aisa hai tho i want treatt

Avni: kya chahye??

Neil: we wont sleep today.. we'll talk.. we'll play..we can even fight..but not sleep..!!

Avni: now.. there is a crazy side for this tough cop too!

Neil laughed: yea! Wch ws seemingly lost somewhere...

Avni smiled: okay done!! Now go nd change..

After changng into night suits..both of them sat on the sofa to talk... They talked about their schooling, college.. friends...nd wht not!

Neil started to cough badly and Avni rushed to get water. She made him sip water from the glass.. and she laughed remembering something..

Neil: what?

Avni: u knw.. I had a friend in college who choked and coughed almost the entire day...! It was a routine..!

Neil: eh? Why ws tht a routine?

Avni: dont knw.. i used to giv water to him d same way...

Neil flinched... : Him?

Avni: yes him.. oh yea.. ladka tha yaar..

Avni noticed him visibly uncomfortable..

Avni: I always thought he rlly had a stupid habit.. but then one day I got to knw that he loved me.. He found my caring wala action cute and always choked when i was around so that i wud do the same thing.. funnyy nah??

Neil was clearly jealous and Avni didnt fail to take note of it. She smiled at how the same eyes who graced her evry now and then was not looking up..

Neil: and then?

Avni: and then I confronted him about what I heard.. he then openly proposed me..

Neil: tumne kya kaha?

Avni: c'mon Neil.. u knw what I wud have said. I had only one thing in mind.. that is revenge from Mrs.Mehta.. ! I didnt even care for such things.. seedha reject kar diya..

Neil's face lit up and he let out a sigh.. Avni mentally laughed at this and decided to go on...

Avni: but i felt bad aftrwards.. bechara.. he was very close to me. We even went on dates arranged by him. But back then I didnt know he did that out of his love. I just felt like an outing with a friend. But now when i think back.. how romantic ws tht...

Neil felt something burning inside him. Avni came to sit beside him on the same sofa and continued..

Avni: tumhe patha hai... His eyes are just like yours..

Neil( in shock): KYA?

Avni: haan... Bilkul exact same to same.. bit naughty.. little cute.. with a smile.. exactly the same..

Neil(in low voice): sach me?

Avni slowly started moving closer to him. Neil was bewildered and stared at her. She kept coming closer and closer. And Neil leant backwards to lie down on the sofa. Avni went alarmingly closer to Neil that her silky hair started to pamper his cheeks.

Avni: lekin na..

Neil's words brok as he spoke..
Neil: le..ki...n..? Kya?

Avni: uski aankhon me na woh bath nahi hai jo tumhare aankhon me hai...

Neil: mm?

Avni: bola na maine.. ur eyes kill me.. woh tho sirf Tillu ki aankhon ki baath hai!!

Neil smiled...
Neil: u enjoy teasing me na? Ye jo last part of the story jhoot hai na..

Avni: how do u knw?

Neil: just like that...

Avni kept her hands on his chest and leant forward.
She whispered in his ears : how can I die for someone else when my own husband is this hot..?

Neil: this whaat????

Avni: hot!!

Saying this she laughed and jumped up to go only to be pulled back by Neil's strong hands. They had an intense eyelock..

Neil brought his finger closer to her lips and started outlining the bottom of her lips. She tightly closed her eyes.
Neil( in a low intense voice): tum tho kuch zyada hi....mm?

Avni trembled in his arms. He was making her go crazy. By each touch she gasped for breath. Her heartbeats raced to match his. She really had to get out of this but still wanted to be there. At last she moved away..

Neil: Avni, tum teek ho...

Avni: haan?

Neil: are u okay? Kya ho gaya?? Why do u luk so nrvous?

Avni( irritated and in a single stretch):
Yu r asking me dis?? Huh?? What the hell are u doing to me? Can't u see what i go through when u come closer? I get the wildest thoughts nd i serously dont knw why! I get lost and search for words.. dnt knw why! I  move away but still think d opposte..but i dont knw why! I dont even get breath in ur closeness... But I swear I dont knw why!!

Neil who was smiling at a mini confession of his wife suddenly noticed tears in her eyes...

Neil out of concern cupped her face with his hands..
Neil: Avni..

Avni: whts happning to me? Mujhe samjhaavo... Pleaass...

Neil: Avni ...whts der to cry? C'mon wipe ur tears.. nd i cant tears in ur eyes..pleas..

Avni: Neil.. pleas neil bathao.. ye kyn ho raha hai? U knw the answer.. then y dont u tell me?

Neil: yes i knw.. but this time I want you to find yr answer urself... Search for evry qstn u have and u wil get ur answer...i have full faith on u...  This time I cant help you...

Avni composed herself..
Avni: is it very serous??

Neil laughed..: haan..vry dangrous..!!

Avni: And u r laughing???

Neil: oh god!! Why on earth did u give me such a tubelight wife??? Aisa kya kar diya maine?

Avni: Neil...

Neil: chup! Bilkul chup!  You knw whts d tym now? Its 5 am..!!

Avni: whaat?? really??

Neil: ya.. tchnically its already mrning.. chalo take ur tym and get ready... You have hours for breakfast now!!

Avni: vry funny...

And they spent the rest of the time bickering about this and that..
