The Sangeet Ceremony was about to begin. 

Riya and Avni were getting ready in Avni's room. Neil and Krish in Neil's room (bhagwaan jaane Neil ke mann mei kya chal raha tha!).

AVNI'S POV: Neil, aaj sangeet hai. Mujhe pata hai ki abb tak tumne apne haath mei mehendi ko dekh li hogi. Aaj to main tumse bulwa kar hi chodungi ki tum mujhse pyaar karte ho. Yaad rakhna Neil....Avni apna promise kabhi nahi todti hai. Mujhe achchi tarah se pata hai ki tumhaare fused dimaag ko kaise thik karte hai. Main to ready hun Neil abb tum bhi ho jau...

NEIL'S POV: Ye kya chal raha hai mere life mei yaar! Aaj mujhe realise hua ki main Avni se pyaar karta hun par.... Meri mohabbat to kisi aur ko pasand kar chuki hai. Wo...wo....Krish se shaadi kar rahi hai....aur..aur....aaj main khud meri mohabbat ke hone wale dulhe ke saath ready ho raha hun. Kaash mere bass mei hota ki main isse kidnap kar avni ke saath mandap pe baith jata. Neil, kya soche jaa raha hai tu. Tu ek policewala hoke aisa soch raha hai! Shame on you Neil. Tujhe to khush hona chahiye ki Avni Krish ke saath khush rahegi sochke. Par mera kyaa....main to riya se pyaar bhi nhi karta!

Krish: Hey dude! Abhi tak ready nahi hua? Late ho raha hai. Mujhse to raha nhi jaaa raha hai. Pata nhi kitni khoobsurat dikh rahi hogi (riya).

Neil clenched his teeth and made a fist. Agar Krish nikal nhi jata to uska daant abb tak toot chuka hota.  😂🤣

MEHTA MANSION:

Krish: Riya......Riya... Riya.... Kya sahi dikh rahi ho! Maarne ka iraada hai kya?

Riya: Krish! hato. Pata hai aaj main tumhe dance mei bohot buri tarah harane waali hun...dekh lena.

Krish: Achha dekh lenge par mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai.

Riya: Kya?

Krish: Aaj dadaji aa rahe hai.....mere Professor Dhumketu! Main kitna khush hoon tumhe bata nahi sakta.

Riya: Sachhi?

Krish: Muchhi!

Meanwhile Avni comes down and Neil enters Mehta Mansion. They have a looooonngggggg eyecontact. A seriously verrryyyy looooonnnnggggg one. Who can say that they are not the couple!

Shweta and Neela  take up the stage.

Shweta: Good Evening everyone. Aaj ke sangeet function mei aap sabka swagat hai. Waise aap sabko bata de ki yeh function aaj ek nahi balki do do couples ke liye hai! Neela...phir double dhamaal to honi chaahiye. Kyu?

Neela: Bilkul sahi kahan aapne Shweta ji. Par sabse pehle hum couples ko to introduce karde....

Shweta: Arre haan haan...Tum introduce karoge ya main kardu? Main hi kar deti hun..mujhse to ruka hi nahi jaa raha. 

Avni (stands beside Neil and whispers): Neil mujhe tumhe kuch dikhana hai...

Neil (not looking at her): Kya Angel..?

Avni: Humaare shaadi ke card ka sample...

Neil (thinking of AvIsh marriage): Main dekhke kya karu?

Avni (frowning): Ek baar dekho to sahi...

Neil leaves the place to control his emotions.

Neela: Rukiye Shweta ji....Aap introduce kara dengi to maza nahi aayega. Kyun na unke dance performance se unhe introduce karwaya jaaye.

Krish pretends he has got a call and goes outside while Neil comes back wiping a drop of tear from the corner of his eye...

Neela: Sabse pehle kon aayega?

Shweta: Arre ladies first...humaari Avni aayegi.

Avni pretends to look around for Krish. Neela and Shweta get off the stage. Even Neil looks for Krish but he was no where to be found. 

Neela (whispers): Neil...tum Avni ke saath stage pe chale jaao...hum Krish ko dhundte hai.

Neil: Par Neela maa main kaise jaa sakta hun?

Shweta (whispers pushing him forward): Tillu...jo hum bol rahe hai wo kar na...tu chahega ki teri Angel stage pe akele dance kare?

Neil keeps his mouth shut and gets ready to dance with Avni. Somewhere in a corner, his heart exulted with happiness.

Avni went up the stage first and began.

Neil joined her...not with the feeling that she was going to be someone elses. For the first time in the while...he felt she was only hers....

Avni looks directly towards Neil's eyes with all her emotions and feelings for him with the hope Neil realizes what she feels for him..

Neil's POV: Main bhi kitna pagal hoon na Avni! Main apni dil ki baath samajh hi nahi paya aur jab samjha tab der hogayi. Mujhe to ye bhi nahi pata ki tum mere baare mei kya sochti hon...

Lakkha ton juda main hua teri khatir

Avni's POV: Neil, abb toh samajh jao ki main tumhaare alava kisiki nhi ho sakti....Itna to clue de diya.

Neela comes behind Avni and ...Aha aha...

They move away from each other and come down the stage. Riya goes towards them with a glass of juice when suddenly someone pushes her and the juice falls on Neil's attire.

Riya: Shit..shit...I am sorry...kisine mujhe dhakka diya aur ye....Neil tum change karlo..

Neil: Thoda sa juice giraa hai main wash karke aata hun.

Riya: Nahi tum change karke aao.

Avni: Haa Neil...tum change karlo.

Neil (looking towards Avni): Okay.

Neil goes inside a room and Someone locks him inside. 

In the meantime Riya and Krish dance on Tere Mere Darmiyaan hai....

Neil: Arre ye darwaza kisne lock kiya? (banging on the door) Koi hai? Hello!

Someone opens the lock and run away. neil pushes the door one more time and it opens..

Neil (thinks): Iss darwaze ko kya hogaya tha? Darwaaze ka bhi dil toota lagta hai..isliye late respond kar raha hai...

Neil comes downstairs. A waiter going across when Neil stopped him and took a glass of juice. As soon as he was about to drink a sip he saw Avni and Krish dancing together very close to each other...

Aur kya? Finally gadhe ka khoon ubalne laga....(Lagta hai isska khoona above 100*C boil hota hai).

Neil gulps down the whole glass of juice in one go. His heart ached badly. Every sight was killing him from inside. His eyes fixed on Avni and Krish. He was loosing his cool as well as patience. His possessiveness for Avni was flashing in his eyes. His grip tightened and.....and the glass breaks into pieces. Blood oozes out of his hand.

As soon as the glass pieces falls down...Avni catches the sight.

Avni (shouts): NEILL....

Her scream catches everyones attention. Neil realizes what he did and felt embarrased, ashamed, angry, jealous and a lot of emotions together.

Shweta: Tillu....

Avni: Neil....

Neil tries to get away and goes upstairs...only Avni follows him.

Avni: Neil rukko...Neil....

Neil enters a room and was about to close the door but Avni stops him.

Neil: Avni chale jaao yahan se..

Avni: Nahi jaaungi...Kya karloge?

She pushes the door open and enters. She closes the door behind. Neil couldn't look up to her eyes...he was feeling guilty of something. Something was eating him up from inside...He was sweating...His hands bleeding...His eyes had a reddish tinge...cheeks had tear lines and his brain was unable to think. His heart was paining more than the pain caused by the glass pieces on his hands..

Avni: Neil meri taraf dekho...Neil.

Neil looks away. Avni cups his face and makes him look towards her. He faces her but avoided to look into her eyes.

Avni (a bit loudly): Neil dekho meri taraf. Neil. Mere aankhon mei aankhe daake bolo ki tumne ye kyu kiya? Neil.

Neil: Galti se...galti se hogaya.

Avni: Neil galti se koi khud ko chot nahi pohonchata. Neil, sach sach batau ki kyu kiya tumne ye?

Neil: Kahan na maine...galti se hogaya.

Avni leaves him and gets the first aid box. She pulls out the glass pieces stuck on his palm.

Neil: Ahhh....Avni aaram se.

Avni: Kyun ...chuv raha hai?

Saying Avni presses him wounds.

Neil: Aahh...Avni kya kar rahi hon? Dard ho raha hai...

Avni: Tumhe dard bhi hota hai? Jab tumne glass toda tab to khudko bada Iron man samajh rahe the...abb kya hua?

Neil kept mumm while Avni cleaned his wounds. Then out of the blue she asks

Avni: Pyaar karte ho mujhse?

Neil (taken aback by her sudden question): K...Ky..kya?

Avni: Ye k..k..kk kya kar rahe ho? Mujhse pyaar karte ho naa tum?

Neil looks away.

Avni (sternly): Neil meri taraff dekho aur jawab do.

Neil (standing up and facving on the other side): H..haan. I am sorry...pata nhi kab main tumse pyaar kar baitha...

Avni: Ye lo. (giving him a card)

Neil looks at it nd turns towards Avni.

Neil: Ye toh tumhaari aur Krish ki shaadi kaa card hai...

Avni (sternly): Kholke dekho.

Neil opens the card and his eyes almost bulged out seeing the big letters...

'AVNI WEDS NEIL'

Neil (recovering from the shock): Iska matlab...Shaadi humaari hai...yaani meri aur tumhaari?

Avni: Kyu? Nahi karni? Batado. Main shaadi cancel karwaa deti hoon.

Neil: Maine aisa kab kahan?

Avni: Par tumne ye bhi to nahi kahan ki tumhe mujhse shaadi karni hai.

Neil: Tumse shaadi karne se kon mana kar sakta hai...par Krish ka kya?

Avni hands him another card where it was written 'Krish weds Riya'

Neil: Iska matlab..ye sab natak tha? Ye engagement mehendi and all.

Avni: Yess mere tubelight. Abb niche chale?

Neil pulls Avni closer by her waist and whispers: Itni jaldi bhi kya hai?

Avni: Neil! chodo. 

Neil: Nahi chodunga.

Avni: Tum agar mujhe nahi chodoge to main shaadi cancel kaise karwaungi?

Neil (loosening the grip): Matlab?

Avni frees herself.

Avni: Matlab main tum jaise tubelight se shaadi nahi karungi..

Neil: What? Par kyun? Maine kya kiya?

Avni: Itna sab kuch karne ke baad tum bolte ho ki tumne kya kiya? Like seriously!!!

Neil: Par maine kiya kya?

Avni: Tumne bohot bada gunnah kiya hai. Main tum jaise gaddhe se shaadi nahi karne waali...samjhe tum?

Neil: Main tumhe gaddha dikh ta hun?

Avni: Haan...duniyaa ka sabse bada gadha...

Saying this Avni runs downstairs and Neil follows her

Neil: Avni rukoo....

Shweta: Avni..dekho kon aaya...

Avni pauses for a moment and looks at the elderly person in front of her. Neil stops behind her. The old man gets emotional...'

Krish: Neil, Avni inse milo...mere professor Dhumketu....Urf dadaji

Avni: Namaste dadaji. (touches his feet)

The old man was still in utter shock.

His eyes falls on Neil. Tears sprung out of his eyes....

Dadaji: Neel....tum zindaa hoo....tum thik hon...tum kab aaye?

Neil was puzzled. Everyone were surprised except two- Bebe and Dayawanti.

Neil: Sorry dadaji par mujhe kya hoga? Mujhe kuch nahi hua? I am fine.

Dadaji hugs him tightly. He hugs him back still puzzled.

Suddenly some flashbacks strikes Avni's head and she could feel something coming towards her. The negtive photos...the memories...her head seemed spinning ...and suddenly--

Neil (shouts)- AVNI!!!!!!!
