Once the performance was done... guest were been served food.. as the metha family and Khanna family were busy with the guest and our aliya in their own lala land.

Avni couldnt control the food that came from sonali and company (😛😛😛🤣🤣).. avni took a bite of the samosa and enjoyed the taste. Neil smiled naughtily...as she was about to take another bite Neil held her wrist making her look at him confusingly...she watched as Neil held her wrist while moving her hand towards him and saw him take a bite of her samosa

Neil:nice...its actually tasty na he said taking a bite of her samosa

Avni:Neil u had your own samosa y did u have mine

Neil: arien... whatever is yours is mine and vice versa

Avni:neil stop with the filmy dialogue.

Neil:acha u want to know the real reason

Avni:haan

Neil: the way u was eating it was so tempting that I couldnt stop myself from taking a bite from yours he said smiling cheekily

Avni who was about to take a bite from her samosa stopped...she looked here and there and placed the samosa down and took a spoon of her kheer.

Neil:I guess that kheer would be even more sweet now..let me try he said teasingly

Avni:Neil stop she said not trying to speak loud while her cheeks turned red...she took a ladoo from her plate and stuffed it in his mouth to quiten him

After food was done desserts was going to be served in a bit

Avneil and aliya were made to meet few guests who were close to the family.

Few mins later juhi came to them

Juhi:guys the photo booth is ready so come and get few pics taken...avneil and aliya nodded

While few people from the guest went to take pics taken at the photo booth

Avneil posed with few funny photo props

After an hour or so guest started to leave.

Juhi had decided to stay back at the metha mansion while the khanna family sat for a bit

Shweta: chalo glad that the engagement went well and now we just have to start preparing for all the other functions

Dayawanti: u r right shweta and I'm sure things will go as planned.

Bebe: yes..  chalo bhai its been long so let's go now  after all many of us have work tomorrow and also these kids have to go for the photoshoot

While the elders got busy saying bye neil moved to avni and hugged her

Neil:goodnight

Avni:u too

Neil: that I will have for sure since I got a nice hug from u...avni smacked his arm while Neil chucked and got in the car where as aliya had their small share of moment

The next day

Juhi had left to go to sukoon ghar telling riya and avni to let her know how the shoot goes

40 mins later

Riya and avni reached to the studio while the boys reached 15 mins later 

The photographer had already asked them the concept they would like to choose so that props and all could be prepared ...while avneil decided to go for casual one aliya decided to go for a glamorous one 

Avneil were wearing casual clothes and were waiting for their take to happen ... they decided to reenact their first meeting followed by few moments from their date, to both looking at each other and smiling..both slowly walking while neil extended his hand and avni taking it and then Neil making her wear a ring...then neil kissed her forhead with both their eyes closed and avni having a big smile on her face while her hands rested on his Chest...and they continued the shoot in many ways making sure to keep it natural so that it doesnt look over

Once the photo shoot was dont the photographer told them he will send the copies to them soon

ali:so what the plan now ?

Neil: I'm taking avni out 

Avni:really? Where r we going she asked as she wasnt aware about this

Neil: I dont know we will go somewhere and spend time

Ali: cool that's fine me and riya will also go somewhere and then I'll drop of her home .

Riya:can we go and eat first

Ali: sure..let's go

Aliya said bye to avneil and left

Neil : so shall we leave

Avni: sure becuse u know where we r going so I'll just follow u she said with a playful smile

Neil smiled and held her hand and both walked towards the car and got in

In the car

Neil:so where do u want to go? He asked while driving

Avni:ab u made the plan to spend time so u decide

Neil:come on yaar doesnt mean if I made the plan then I decide where we go I mean there is no such rule

Avni:ok then go to the beach

Neil : u sure ?

Avni: yup ..or u want to go to another place

Neil: beach is fine after all how can I say no to u

Avni: is that so she said raising her eyebrows

Neil: yess he said giving his boyish smile .

Neil stopped the car and started to search on the navigation when avni stopped him ..

Neil: what happened?

Avni: I have been born and bought up here so I'll tell u the shortcut warna this navigation will show u a long route 

Neil: acha ? Then miss navigation start and tell me the route ..

Avni: sure please start driving and I'll tell u the direction u have to go to she said speaking politely and then both laughed.

Neil started driving again while avni told him the direction

After a while

Avneil reached to the beach and got out...

they walked to the ice cream stall and enjoyed their ice cream...neil tried to take a bite from avnis one while she wasnt allowing him to and kept moving it away playfully but soon laughed and allowed him to take a bite while neil made her have a bite from his too

Suddenly avni saw few kids playing on the beach

Avni: neil let's go

Neil : where ?

Avni:where those kids r...it will be fun to join them.

Neil nodded and both took their shoes of and held it in their hands and walked to where the kids were

Avni: hii can we please join u all

Kid: but u r a stranger how can we allow u to play

Avni: acha that is the case then hello my name is avni and this is neil he is a police officer

Kid 2: police officer she said excitingly while neil nodded

One of the kids parents went up to them seen avneil with the kids

Lady : sorry who r u both?

Avni:actually we saw kids playing so I felt like joining and dont worry we both r from respected family he is a police officer and i run an orphanage.she said knowing that lady must be worried seen two strangers

Neil:I knows u must be feeling two strangers wanting to play with kids but believe us we have no such bad intention this is my id he said showing his badge to the lady who felt some relief

Lady: that is fine u can play and sorry there is lots happening with kids that is y I wasnt sure

Avni:, well thank u for allowing us she said while that lady left with a smile

Kid: didi come he said pulling avni while neil followed

Neil smiled seen how avni was enjoying with the kids...it was like she had become a kid by playing with those kids...

Neil looked around to see not much people at the beach..he was about to turn his attention towards avni and the kids but saw few men standing eyeing avni and it was clear they were looking at avni with the way their expression was....

neil clenched his jaws and walked near avni and stood as a shield in front of her with his arms crossed blocking their view while the smug smile vanished from those men faces and they looked at each other before going away

Avni  saw Neil's back facing towards her she walked towards him and tapped on his shoulder making Neil turn towards her.

Avni: what happened y r u standing here like this,

Neil: nothing avni just like that..u continue to enjoy but  also be careful avni as there r people out here who have eyes on many people to take advantage

Avni: but what happened? Did I miss anything ? I mean u saying all this...

Neil: dont worry it's nothing u continue to play

Avni didnt question more as the kids were telling them to play

Avni:u Also come and play too na

Neil: ok come he said where one kid held his hand

10 mins later

Avni smiled  after a while seen how neil was enjoying with the kids and smiled seen this side of his and couldnt move her eyes from him

Neil laughed with the kids and casually looked in avni direction to see her looking at him... he mouthed a "what" to which avni shook her head...neil smiled and winked at her...avni eyes widened with lips parting and looked away as if nothing happend while neil gave a boyish smile

It was evening and finally after a long time at the beach avneil decided to leave but before that they both bought ice cream for the kids while the kids parents thanked them..both said bye to the kids and left from there

Neil was driving when avni spoke

Avni: neil

Neil: yup

Avni: y did u say that at the beach

Neil : what ? He said concentrating on the road

Avni: about to be careful

Neil: just like that avni as it's not safe anywhere

Avni: so randomly out of the blue this thought came in your head

Neil: avniiii..but before he could speak avni cut him of

Avni: what avniii...neil I know that thought wouldnt have come into your head like that so tell na y did u say that ?

Neil: arien u r getting to know me...not bad

Avni: neil please tell na please she said making a puppy face while neil looked at her for a sec and then concentrated on the road

Neil : ok fine...its just that I noticed how few guys were eyeing u at the beach and the way they were looking at u didnt seem right  so that y I came and stood near u so that they cant see u

Avni listened carefully when neil was speaking and smiled in the end warmly feeling touched

Avni: neil dont worry...besides u was there na

Neil: I can't always be there na avni

Avni: dont worry Neil I'll be careful and also we girls also carry pepper spray and chilli powder along with other things...now dont think about this ok

Neil smiled and nodded

1 hour later. It was actually dark outside now....  neil stopped the car and both him and avni got out  ..

it was a small lake area where the moon was clearly seen as if it's near..both  walked a little ahead and then sat down on the ground enjoying the place along with the silence between them

After a while

Neil: avni

Avni: hmm

Neil:  I want to promise u few things

Avni: what Neil?

Neil took avni hand and clasped it with his .

Neil: I promise to always support u... I promise to be there with u and promise that we will share all our happiness and sorrows with each other ...I promise not to force u for anything and will respect all your decisions and love your family just like mine

Avni : neil u didnt have to say all this to me as I trust u completely and also know u r someone who many people  would want their life partner to be like

Neil: I know avni but I just wanted to let it out and tell u... anyways I got something for u

Avni: and what is that ?

Neil:close your eyes and u will know in a bit.

Avni nodded and closed her eyes while a smile played on her lips

Neil went behind avni moving her hair to one side while avni felt ticklish when she felt Neil's finger brush on the back of her neck...

Few secs later avni felt something cold around her neck and moved her fingers to feel a love heart shape pendant...she opened her eyes to look at it while neil was done and moved near her  to look at her reaction to see her looking at the pendant with a smile making her face glow even more due to the moonlight

Neil: how is it

Avni : its beautiful

Neil: that I know as your face said it all

Avni looked at neil

Avni: then y did u ask despite knowing the answer

Neil: that's because I also wanted to hear u say it to he said leaning his face closer to her making avni lips part slightly

avni slowly opened the pendant and found her pic on one side while his pic was on the other side

Avni: this is seriously special neil thank u said moving forward to hug him

Neil smiled and hugged her and as they were about to move away avni pendant got stuck onto neil button

Right I know I have taken really long with this story and I'm sorry but I always write a chap for a story when I have that motivation or when I have that mood and for life partner whenever I wanted to I just couldnt put it into words like I just never felt happy not only for this story but many other story of mine and this is y I take my time
