Neil  filled Avni forehead and thought: u will always be my friend Avni I will never take advantage of u in the wrong way..even though we will be married u have all the right to live life your way.. and after that we both will be free from this relation

Avni looked at Neil when he placed the mangulstura around her neck and she thought
I promise Neil that I will never interfere in your life...I will always give u that space... we will be together as a married couple for some time but U will always be my friend

Avneil smiled at each other unaware that fate has Tied them together and a new journey is waiting for them.

They looked at aliya and saw how happy they looked while everyone clapped  and cheered

Guest and all Were having their dinner and soon the family moved outside along with avneil and aliya

Shweta: you four sit there till then we will get u some food

Ali: um Riya actually I need to tell u and Avni something he said looking at Neil who blinked his eyes to continue

Avni: what happened? y do u look so tensed?

Ali: actually the thing is...the thing is that

Neil: Ali leave it I will tell the thing is that mom told Ali to shift to khanna mansion as his landlord is planning to kick him out of the house and Ali didn't tell us all this because he didn't want us to worry in fact mom told me today.

Avni: Ali y did u hide such thing from us.

Riya: Haan Ali

Ali: see I know if I had told then u all would have helped when there is already things going and I don't know when I would be able to repay u all so... besides I was looking for another house

Neil: which U don't need to do as u have khanna mansion

Ali: haan Neil but

Neil: see don't give me any excuses otherwise I don't mind calling mom and Bebe who will give u a long lecture 

Ali: I give up he said putting his hands up

Soon it was time for the bidaii....Riya Cried as she won't be waking up in the house she had spent so many years in ...she was going to miss her family while Avni hugged dayawanti

Avni in her head: very soon your problem will end Dadi as now u wont be in any debt as Bebe has helped u and soon me and Neil will part ways

Dayawanti in her head: I know I lied to u saying I was in a debt and harleen ji agreed to help me but in return she asked for your hand... this was the only way we had to make u say yes for the marriage and I'm sure we will get our old Avni back who will believe in love and all

Avni moved to hug Neela.

Neela: the house will be so quiet without u

Avni: u have Aman and Nanno she said trying to stop her tears while Neela laughed slightly wiping her tears.

She then moved to hug Nanno, hemant, ketan ,Hetal and then Aman

Avni: u r crying as if I am not coming back she said in a low tone so only Aman can hear

Aman: I know but u will be away from us for some time right

Once Avni and Aman broke the hug

Neela: where is Ashish. She said looking around

Ketan: he was here few mins ago...Avni looked on.

Neela: come Avni...Riya u also come

They went up the stairs to go and see if Ashish was in his room or not when Neela opened the door they saw Ashish sitting on the bed with his back facing them.... Avni felt tears brimming in her eyes seen Ashish holding a old picture of Avni sitting on Ashish back with both having a smile on their face

She looked away not wanting to melt so easily

Neela Gestured Avni to go in while she shook her head

Neela: u said u will give him a chance right? Then until u don't how r things going to get better.

Avni: maa

Neela: go Avni she said pushing her slightly.

Avni slowly moved into the room...hearing the bangles sound Ashish turned around and saw Avni walking in while he saw Neela and Riya standing outside the room.

Avni: I....we...we I mean maa and dadi  told us to take your blessing

Riya moved in along with Neela when Avni said that.

Ashish: I'm a really bad father right....I stayed away from u for all these years and now when I realised my mistake u r leaving this house...I couldn't even enjoy your wedding functions properly as the guilt inside me always reminds me what I did to u.

Avni looked up at Ashish.

Ashish: but I will still wait till u forgive me and I get my old superstar back...I just pray that u get endless amount of love at your in laws place. He said cupping Avni cheeks

Avni looked at Ashish she didn't want to forgive him so easily but seen his state made her feel bad...Ashish kissed her on the forehead and hugged her while Avni stayed in that position not hugging him however the tears that she was trying to hold came out...she closed her eyes as Ashish hugged her after so many years..the hugs that she use to cherish in childhood.

Ashish looked at Riya and forwarded his other hand and pulled her in for a hug while Riya kept one of her hand on Avni face wiping the tears slowly.

Neela: come Ashish stay with Avni till she leaves the house.

All went down. Neil and Ali took Ashish blessing. Ashish held Avni hand and took her towards the car which she was going to sit in while ketan took Riya to the other car.

Avni and Ashish were looking at each other while walking however Neil had a smile on his face seen the small progress between Avni and Ashish.

Soon the khanna family said bye to the metha family and sat in the other car. Avneil sat in the car while aliya in another and soon all headed towards the khanna mansion

Neela placed her hand on Ashish arms seen him wipe his tears...Ashish looked at her and smiled pulling her in for a side hug which surprised her ... her heart still craved for him but will never tell him.

Shweta and Bebe had reached to the khanna house first as they wanted to get things ready for the ghar pravesh.

Once avneil and aliya came they did their aarti and told Avni and Riya to kick the rice pot slightly and then place their feet on the plate full of kumkum and then walk without looking back.

Avni was about to lose balance but Neil held her hand... everyone smiled seen that....and he slowly helped her walk properly while still holding her hands.

Shweta: ok so now u all know what's coming up next....I'm going to place the ring in this bowl full of milk 

Prakash: Bhai I'm on Avni and Riya side

Shweta: wah ji khanna Saab already chosen your sides... im going to be on both sides

Bebe: haan so that u don't lose in any way right.

Shweta: Bebe she said making a face

Bebe: u can make that face tomorrow there is nothing new for now place the ring inside the milk now...Avni and Neil will start this of

Avni looked at Neil who Was sitting opposite her and then at Bebe when she spoke

Bebe: come on now let's see who finds the ring first

Avneil placed their hand inside the bowl full of milk with some petals inside. For a sec avneil looked at each other when their hands touched.

Prakash: come on Avni beta u can win this....avneil looked at Prakash and smiled. After a min they took the ring out holding it from different ends

Shweta: see this is y I said I will support both.

Bebe: oye chup they took out the ring together and that means they will be equal in all ways and treat each other equally

Prakash: chalo now its Ali and Riya turn

Ali and Riya were looking for the ring and Riya found it after few mins

Prakash: well done Riya puttar

Bebe: Maddy Kareena go and take Avni and Riya to their room.

Kareena bought Avni to the room and told her to rest and left the room.

Avni decided to change in something comfortable and when she came out of the washroom she saw Neil coming in.

Neil: it's good u got changed must  have been tired with all the jewellery and all right

Avni: very much

Neil: I'll also change ok.

Avni nodded while Neil took his clothes and went to the washroom... when he came out he saw Avni sitting on the couch lost in thoughts.
He came and sat next to her

Neil: what happened

Avni: nothing was just thinking about how so much happened in a short time.

Neil: sometimes things happen for a reason.

Avni: hmmm

Neil: by the way I'm sure we both r Tired...before I forget to tell u mom has emptied that side or the wardrobe for u

Avni: what is the need for that Neil u know we will be ending this marriage soon

Neil: I know we will but you wouldn't be taking your clothes out the suitcase everyday right  and besides I want u to be comfortable until u stay here

Avni: ok

Neil: do one thing u sleep on the bed and I will sleep on the couch

Avni: no no u sleep on the bed and I'll sleep on the couch

Neil: no u sleep on the bed

Avni: Neil I will be comfortable on the couch u sleep on the bed

Neil: Avni I said na sleep on the bed

Avni: and I said u sleep on the bed now stop been stubborn and sleep

Neil: oh hello I'm not been stubborn u r ...just sleep on the bed and end this

Avni: y don't u end this by sleeping on the bed

Neil: miss ajooba just do as I say please

Avni: no u do as I say

Neil: god ok let's do one thing we will sleep on the bed in turns today u sleep and tomorrow I will ok

Avni: but?...ok that's a good idea but no cheating u have to sleep on the bed tomorrow

Neil: come on now go and sleep he said walking with her towards the bed and took a pillow and then moved towards the wardrobe to take a spare blanket out.

While avni got comfortable on the bed Neil was arranging his pillow on the couch

Neil: good night

Avni: good night

Meanwhile at the parikh house Neela was sitting in the lawn when hemant and Nanno came to her

Nanno: what happened Neela

Neela: nothing maa im just thinking about Avni...I hope she sticks to this relation

Hemant: as time passes she will and watch once she accepts this   wholeheartedly nothing will stop her from getting her happiness

Aman: neelu when will Di be coming here Neela turned around to see Aman walking towards them

Neela: she will come here for pag phere the day after tomorrow

Aman: hmm at least we will get to see her at the reception tomorrow

The next day Avni woke up first she was confused to see a different room when reality kicked in that she is in Neil room she sat up on the bed and saw Neil was not on the couch and also she noticed that the blankets and pillow were put away

Avni: where did Neil go?
She decided to freshen up and then see... Avni came out wearing a  anarkali dress

she brushed her hair and applied kajal
However she  had forgotten to put mangalsutra and sindhoor and was about to head out of the room when she bumped into Neil who just came in...she was about to lose her balance and closed her eyes but Neil held  by her waist she slowly opened he eyes to see Neil in front of her.

Bebe who was coming to check on Avni and Neil saw them standing near the door in a dip position with both staring at each other

Bebe: Neil puttar?

No response

Bebe: Avni puttar

No response

Bebe: *ahem ahem* (loudly) making Avni and Neil break their eye lock and stood up straight when they saw Bebe

Neil: Bebe aap

Bebe: haan thank god u noticed me I thought I would have to bring a mike so u can hear me

Avni and Neil looked at each other confusingly as they didn't know Bebe tried to call them before but they were too busy lost in each other

Neil: what do u mean

Bebe: nothing I came to tell u both to come down as it is Avni and Riya first rasoi

Neil: I will get ready and come as I just came back from jogging

Bebe: Avni u come with me till then

Avni: ji Bebe

Bebe was about to take Avni while Neil was about to enter the room when all stopped as Bebe spoke again

Bebe: one min wait

Neil: what happened now Bebe

Bebe: Avni puttar u didn't apply sindhoor and where is your mangalsutra

Avni touched her neck and then looked at Neil

Avni: woh sorry Bebe I forgot as I was rushing to come down ...I will just go and get it

Bebe: koi Baath nahi u wait here Neil go and get Avni mangulstra and sindhoor

Neil: me?

Bebe: haan your name is Neil right

Avni: it's ok Bebe I will get it.

Bebe: Neil will get it Avni

Neil nodded and got it and was about
To give the mangalsutra  and sindhoor to Avni when Bebe stopped him

Bebe: y r u giving it to her she is your wife make her wear it

Neil and Avni looked at each other

Avni: it's ok Bebe I will do it Neil needs to get ready

Bebe: it won't take more than a minute come on Neil

Neil: ji Bebe

Neil tired the mangulstra around Avni neck and then took a pinch of sindhoor and applied it in her maang

Bebe: perfect come Avni and Neil come down fast

Neil quickly went to freshen up
