Neil: aunty is  everything ok he said seen the time she called

Neela sighed and told Neil what Avni was about to do and also the convo that happened between her and Avni 

Neil: don't worry aunty

Neela: how can I not worry Neil.... if I hadn't got up then Avni would have gone and we wouldn't have the slightest clue. Somehow I told her to stay back but I don't know what else she will do to stop this marriage

Neil: don't worry aunty I will handle Avni in my own way..u just keep an eye on her he said seriously.

Neela: ok. I'll speak to u later

Neil: ok

Neela: bye

Once they ended the call Neil got his car key and left the khanna mansion without making any sound.

Avni sat on the bean bag thinking how she got caught by Neela and also shocked that Neela knew about her planning her accident all this time

Avni: if maa knew that my accident was all planned y didn't she confront me ? Y did she promise me that she won't keep telling me to get married? ..I'm missing something for sure but what? She said getting up and was walking back and forth.

Suddenly she saw someone opening her room door and found Neela coming in.

Neela: sleep Avni there is no point of staying awake she was about to leave when Avni stopped her

Avni: maa wait

Neela turned around and looked at avni

Neela: what happened now...Avni could clearly see Neela was still not happy with her

Avni made Neela sit down and sat next to her

Avni: maa I need u to tell me something

Neela: what

Avni: u said u knew about me planning my accident as u heard me and riddhima speaking then y didn't u say anything at that time? Y did u promise me that u won't force me to get married.

Neela was a little taken back with Avni question and was thinking of what to say

Avni: maa she said shaking Neela bringing her back to reality

Neela: Avni these questions r not that important

Avni. But for me it is.

Neela: I didn't confront u at that time as everyone was hell worried and if they all got to know that u planned your accident then they would have been really angry especially Ashish.... about y I promised u that I won't force u to get married was because I was thinking if u could think of doing such things then what if u planned to do something else if I continued to pressure u to get married. She said coming up with a quick excuse.

Avni nodded slightly as she tried to digest Neela answer

Neela: is there anything else u want to know

Avni shook her head

Neela: sleep now and accept the fact that u r getting married and get all these thoughts of how to stop the wedding out of your mind.

Avni sighed when Neela left she laid down on her bed and turned off the light.

It had been 10mins since Avni couldn't get any sleep. She kept tossing and turning on her bed when she felt a shadow near her balcony she quickly sat up on the bed but then Thought it must be her imagination and was about to lie down when again she saw someone walk swiftly near the balcony

She decided to check and got of her bed taking pepper spray from her drawer and slowly moved towards the balcony...she was breathing heavily and slowly slide open the balcony door and stepped out and took few steps...she was about to turn to her right when she heard someone whistle from inside. She turned out to see the light was turned on and there sat the great Neil khanna on her bed leaning against the headboard

Avni: what r u doing over here she said walking back into the room with an annoyed look

Neil: I came to meet u wifey and also to see how the mendhi came out.

Avni: y? Do u want to take a picture and photo frame the mendhi design she said  crossing her Arms

Neil got up and walked towards her

Neil: I must say that's not a bad idea he said smiling

Avni shook her head and was about to move the other way when Neil turned her around and pulled her close to him

Avni: Neil how many times do I have to tell u to stay away

Neil: oh baby u can repeat it at many time as u want but that won't stop me from coming near to u he said tracing her jawline making Avni move under his touch

Avni: just leave Neil

Neil: y? So that u can get a chance to run away he said smirking however she could clearly see the anger in his eyes

Avni looked at Neil with her eyes widened

Avni: who told u this?

Neil was about to speak when Avni realised only Neela knew about her running away.

Avni in her head : maa told Neil?...does that mean whatever she said to me a while ago was all a lie...Neil snapped his fingers at her bringing her back to reality

Neil: what happened thinking of what excuse to give me he said with a smile on his face but his voice was all serious

Avni: no y would I need an excuse...haan I was planning to run away... and I think I very well know who gave u this information

Neil: nobody gave me any information Avni I found out myself

Avni: oh really ? She said sarcastically

Neil looked at avni and then moved to the flower vase and took out a small chip which Neil had kept there

Flashback

When Avni was looking outside on the balcony to see who was there.. Neil from the other side sneaked into her room and placed the small chip in the flower vase .

Neil in his head: I know Avni that when I mention about u trying to flee then u would doubt Neela aunty Straight away as only she had caught u from running away...so I have to pretend that this microphone was in your room since yesterday so that u don't misunderstand Neela aunty otherwise u will know straight away that she told me... He quickly moved and sat down on Avni bed

End of flashback

Neil: this is how I found out he said showing the small object in his hand

Avni: when did u put this in my room and what was the need for that

Neil: yesterday baby when I was looking for u and I'm glad I did that as  I heard yours and Neela aunty conversation...I wonder where u get such ideas from... first the fake accident stunt and now planning to run away.. and about y... then that was because I know if u plan to do something or not

Avni: in her head : god for a sec I thought maa must have told Neil I doubted her for no reason she thought unaware that Neela had actually told Neil

She came out of her thoughts when she felt Neil hugging her from the back

Neil: don't even think about doing such thing Avni I will always have my eyes on u all the time

When Neil said that Avni remembered about the stalker which scared her for a sec.

she tried to move Neil hands from her waist but no luck as he tightened it and pulled her into the hug more tightly enjoying the smell of her scent...he turned her Around so that she was facing him....his lifted his hand and traced her cheeks moving to her jawline then to her lips...Avni was trying not to get lost in that moment and pushed him away

Avni: just leave Neil

Neil: nope

Avni: Neil please leave from here now if anyone sees u then it will be a problem

Neil: y u r my wife I can come and see u anytime ...it's our family who wants us to get married and make it official in front of everyone

Avni: can u please stop repeating that I'm your wife

Neil: that will never stop so get it in your head and haan do take a break from finding way to stop this marriage. He said kissing her cheeks

Avni rolled her eyes

Avni: I want to sleep so can u please leave now.

Neil: only if I get a kiss

Avni: enough Neil how many times do I have to remind u that stop expecting stuff from me as none of this means anything to me.

Neil pulled Avni close to him...his face was completely serious

Neil: and how many times do I have to tell u that just accept your feelings and stop pretending as I know all this means a lot for u but something is holding u back from accepting it.

Both looked at each other seriously...Neil moved forward and placed a peck on Avni forehead

Neil: take care...love u.

Avni watched as Neil left from the balcony while avni sat on the floor letting Her tears out which she was holding for a long time

The next day sangeet was held in a hall which was organised by the youngsters 

Both the Families had reached there around 6pm while the youngsters had reached to the place early as they had to make sure all the arrangement were done for the sangeet since they decided to make it a different and fun type of sangeet.

In the sangeet there was going to be awards night where the family members will be given different category awards
Also a photo booth were arranged where people can take picture and a photo person will print it out instantly by putting it in a frame
And all type of  pictures of the couple will be shared where the family will tell about many incidents

All the guest had started to arrive and they were taken to the table and were told to take a seat while avneil would have their own sitting  area in the middle

Neela was getting Avni ready...when Riya came

Riya: badi ma u go I will help Avni..Neela nodded and left.

Riya: Avni can I ask u something?

Avni: hmm

Riya: what's troubling u.

Avni: nothing Riya

Riya: see I don't know what the reason is but I can see that u r not happy but at the same time u still love Neil.

Avni looked at Riya

Avni: it's nothing like that u r just over thinking.

Riya: did u really break up with Neil because u thought it was just a mere attractionor the matter is something else.

Avni looked at Riya...

Avni: it was just attraction Riya my answer won't change.

Riya didn't say anything as she knows Avni is so stubborn to admit or let's say to hide it.

Juhi: Riya everything is ready

Riya: ok

Juhi left from there while avni noticed Juhi was acting odd since the past few days

Riya: babes Neil is outside we will make an announcement and both of u will come down

Avni didn't say anything and walked out of the room to see Neil standing outside with ali

When she saw him for a sec she got lost into him see how he looks dashing in that sherwani of his with his hair neatly  combed her eyes moved to his face and saw him smirking which bought her out of her staring session making her embarrassed. Neil saw how she started to look away which made him smirk

Ali. Guys wait for our announcement and haan we will be playing a song so both of u will dance to it.

Avni: what?... no

Riya : oh yes it's your sangeet so u both will have to perform first

Both ali and Riya went from there while avni turned Around

Neil walked towards Avni and stood so close to her that her back was touching his chest...Avni felt him so close and was about to move away when Neil hands went around her stomach and pulled her close smelling the fragrance of her hair which made Avni gasp slightly

Neil: u will kill me with your beauty wifey he said nuzzling her cheeks with his nose

Avni closed her eyes taking that moment in and moved his hands away and stood  away from him while Neil moved towards her

Neil: well I didn't know u found me that hot

Avni: in your dreams she said looking at Him and then looked away

Neil : that's y u were checking me out few mins ago right he said moving close  whispering in her ears while avni found it ticklish... she was about to reply when ali and Vidyut made the announcement 

Vidyut: thank u ladies and gentlemen for coming to the sangeet of our beloved Avni and Neil. We appreciate that u took some time out to enjoy this time  with us

Ali: exactly and now it's time for us to call the lovely couple for who this function has been organised for so big round of applause for our friend Avni and Neil...

a spot light was focused on the top of the stairs. Neil was walking from one side while avni from the other end

Vidyut did a thumbs up to Aman who got ready to play the music ... dil diyan gallan ( posting the lyrics do read avneil moments in between the Lyrics)

Neil forwards his hand while avni looked at him and then placed her hand in his

He picked her up instantly while she got surprised not expecting that and he walked Down the stairs while she was in his arms.... her one hand was around his shoulder and one on his chest

All clapped when they saw Neil carrying Avni in his arms while some whistled

He placed her down...slowly placing her one hand on his shoulder while clasping her other hand while his other hand rested on her waist

He pulled her close while she looked at him not breaking the eye lock...he could see the pain she was trying to hide while she could see how he was trying to read her eyes

He twirled her Around few times

After twirling her few times he pulled her close resting his hands on her waist while both her hands were on his shoulder ...both continued to sway to the song

He turned her around making her back face him while his hands rested on his stomach and hers on top of his still swaying to the music

Avni closed her eyes taking that moment in while Neil rested his chin on her shoulder.

He again made her twirl and then pulled her close to him while he dipped her down and pulled her back up again resting his  hands on her waist while avni one hand was on his shoulder  the other one was on his chest

Both swayed to the music enjoying the moment. Avni for once forgetting her stay away mission from Neil

At the end he dipped her again while he could see the small tear which was about to escape her eyes.

All clapped when the song finishes while few were whistling...Neil pulled Avni up and she quickly wiped the tears which were about to escape. 

The lights were turned back on. Avni moved a little away from Neil so that there was a little gap between them but Neil moved close to her and placed his hands around her back while she looked at him.

Vidyut: so guys how was our lovely couple dance

All shouting: brilliant

Neil smiled while looking at his friends and then how all shouted

Ali: of course it will be after all our lovebirds performed

Avni felt like killing Vidyut and Ali for calling them lovebirds and lovely couple

Ali: my lovely friends please take your seats

Avni was about to walk forward but Neil got hold of her hands intertwining his fingers with her and both walked to where the table was set for them sitting down on the chairs .

Aman and Dd came and joined Vidyut and Ali

Dd: hello to all the lovely guest. As this is a sangeet functions it's known that there will be loads of dancing..however since It is our friends engagement we thought let's make it fun u know like yesterday mendhi function

Aman: exactly so as Dd bhai said there will be dance but there will also be some  fun elements  for instance we have arranged  photo booth where all of you can take pictures and a photographer is there who will instantly print out the picture putting it in a lovely frame.

Vidyut: next is where we r going to put up some pictures of Avni and Neil be it when they were young or grown up and someone has to tell us an incident that happened during that time .

Ali: and there will be award given to the lovely family members nominated for different category for instance my Riya baby is a selfie queen so she will be given a award for that

All clapped hearing the fun things that will happen
