avni gets up and found Neil besides her unconscious.
"Neil Neil open ur eyes " says avni .while patting his cheeks.

Neil slowly opened his eyes.he felt a hard pain on his head.

Neil gets conscious. he looks around and found a worried avni.
avni : Neil r u ok?
Neil : yaa I am fine.

avni moves a little .Neil 's fore head is bleeding. avni examined his wound.
avni : oh God ur head it's bleeding.
Neil smiles.
Neil : its ok .it's a minor cute I am ok.
both gets up.
avni: where the hell am I?
Neil : I think it's a jungle region. ...we falled off the cliff.
avni looks on.
avni : why did u come there?
Neil : I was....
avni didn't let him complete.
avni : u stupid. ...because of I falled ....how will we go back home now?

Neil was stunned by her sudden change.
Neil  (in mind ):few second before she was caring and now...oh God...she so.....
Neil felt someone shaking him.he came out of his thoughts.
avni : what?where r u lost I am call for the n th time.
Neil : sorry woh. ..
avni : give u phone.
Neil : what ?at this ur thinking about phone rather than finding a way.
avni gritted her teeth.
avni : r u really a police officer?
Neil : yaa why r u asking that?
avni : argh....Mr acp if gave it phone then I can try to call some for help?
Neil : oh I didn't thought about that.
Neil took out his phone. he checked it.
Neil : oh shit. ..battery dead.
avni looks at him unbelievably.
avni : r u serious. ?can't u even charge u r phone.

avni : it is ur fault. in fact every thing is ur fault.
avni gets really angry.
avni : every thing is ur fault. if u told it brother about juhi. she doesn't have face this.if u didn't at the cliff I won't have fall done.

before avni could complete.
Neil pulls her towards him .she landed on his chest.avni was about to protest.
but Neil kept his fingers on her lips.

avni felt current passing through her body when his fingers touched her lips.

avni looks at him. she was lost in that moment.

Neil : I Am sorry. ..I tried to talk to bhai but....and about cliff........... um...I am sorry. and don't know that u will turn around. and plss stop blaming.

avni realises their position and pushed him slightly.

avni : I think we should find way to go back.

avni walks forward. Neil smiles sheeply remembering what happened.

it have been  hours both r walking inside jungle.

Neil : oh God I am feeling hungry.
avni : r u serious. ? u r feeling hungry.
Neil : of course. I am.
avni : u just ate few hours before. and now u r feeling hungry.
Neil : yaa .and look I just eat a sandwich unlike u.
avni : what u mean by unlike me?
Neil : yaa u had a lot of poda that's why  ur not feeling hungry. avni: so u mean I eat a lot.
avni fumes.
Neil : when did I told that?
avni : u meant it Mr khanna.
Neil shook his head in dis believe.
Neil : avni u r impossible.
avni : I am impossible?
Neil : avni why r u assuming things?
avni : am I assuming? didn't u say that.
Neil : ok let's stop arguing.
avni : yaa it's better. why should I waste my energy.
Neil  (in mind ): Neil it's going to hard  time for u.

later Neil saw a mango tree.
Neil : hey look .
avni looks on
Neil : I think it will help me to reduce my hungry.

Neil climbs up on tree.
avni looks at him in amaze.

after plucking 3or 4 mangoes Neil came down.
Neil started eating it.
he is eating one and other are in his hand.
avni smiles looking at him.
Neil noticed this.he put the mangoes there and came towards avni.
Neil comes close to her.avni started to move back.

moving back avni's back collided with a tree .Neil caged her within his arms.
Neil looks at her lovely.
he moves his face towards her.
Neil  (huskly ):why r u smiling?

avni felt her heart beat rising.

avni : Neil....
avni couldn't complete her sentence. she felt like her body going numb.
Neil smirks seeing condition.
Neil steps back .

avni (in mind ): what is happening to u avni ?he came close to but still u didn't do any thing. ?usually u must have beat him up.

neil: so ms parikh do u want this?
asks by forwarding a mango to her.

avni : no need Mr monkey. '!
Neil : what monkey?
avni : yaa monkey.
avni says in a innocent way.
Neil : why did u call me monkey?
avni: because u r one.

Neil looks at her .avni is laughing whole heartedly.
avni ; u know what .?when u r climbing the tree .u r same like monkey in animal planet.
Neil : monkey! ?

avni again laughs.
avni: no no not monkey I must say a big gorilla.

Neil fumes .
Neil : avni stop.
avni again laughs.
Neil : if I am gorilla  then u r langur
avni : how come I am a langur.
Neil : because u r so irritating.
avni: irritating. !?when did I irritate u.

suddenly they heard a sound.
avni in fear hugged Neil.
Neil was taken a back by her sudden hug (first proper hug in my story )

guys I really like their arguments.in the showit's fun right?

soon they came out of hug.
it was really akward for both of them.non of them talked.
but Neil is very much happy about the hug.

they continued there walk.

neela comes to hall .nanno is sitting there.
neela : maa avni is not picking call.
nanno : relax neela she will come.
neela : maa I even called bebe she told avni left hours before.
nanno too gets tensed.
neela : maa something had happened. I getting some negative vibs.
nanno : don't  worry.we will find her.
neela: hey bhagwan keep her save.
( avni is in most safest hand our tillu😂😉)
Ali comes there.
Ali : maa did avni came.I have been trying to call.her.
neela nods her head in negative.
ali: avni where r u?

Neil looks at avni she is all tired. he felt sad seeing avni like that.

avni : I am so thirsty.
Neil : avni I know it but we don't any other way it's soon going to be dark.
hearing this avni gets panick.
avni : dark.....darkk....m...I need to go home.

she gulped in fear.

Neil understand that avni is afraid of dark.
he remembers their last encounter in dark..in store room.

Neil goes towards her. cupped her face.
avni : don't get panick I am right here I won't let any thing happen to u .I will protect u from every thing. it's my promise.

avni (in mind): why do I feel comfortable around u Neil.I will feel so close to like...a friend. ..a....something different. I am a stranger to u still why do care for me this much?why Neil?

her trace were broken when heard Neil shout.

Neil : avni look there is house. come let's go there.I think we will get help from there.

avni looks at him and then at what he is showing.
Neil : avni come.

avni started to walk suddenly she collided with a stone falls down.

Neil : AVNI!!

Neil comes to her and checks her.

Neil : oh God u r injured.
avni looks at him then at her knee.
avni's left knee is injured.

Neil started to scold her.
Neil : why  can't u take care of ur self.? look what happened. why r u so irresponsible.

avni looks at him.

flash back
little avni is running around house playing with Ali.

suddenly  avni tripped and falled.
ayesha comes there running.

ayesha examined avni.
avni got injured at her knee.

ayesha : avni ...oh my God.why can't u take care of ur self.why r u so irresponsible. ?

avni looks at her mother with a pout.

avni : solly
ayesha : solly. !? can't u be careful how many times I told don't run.u will never listen.what if something happened to u.

Flashback  ends

avni looks at neil

Neil is scolding her non stop.
Neil : why can't u take care.uhh. ...what if something severe happened?

avni remember her ayesha maa.
her eyes got filled with tears.

Neil  saw this he thought she was crying because of pain.

Neil : avni ...I am ..sorry. ..is it painting.

avni nods her head in a no.
she rubbed her tears off.

Neil : ok let's go.

avni tried to get up.Neil helped her.

avni is unable to walk.

avni : aaah
Neil : avni ....

without thinking much he lifted avni in bridal style.
