finally the operation was successful and and avneil are blessed with a very cute baby boy , avni looks at her baby for once and all her pain goes away looking at him but she fells unconscious immediately due to weakness and neil was still in trance of loosing his avni and child , he took his baby into his arms and cuddled the baby into his chest sobbed out very loud 

prakash hugs neil 

prakash : beta dont worry and stop crying look they both r fine 

neil just nods his head and makes his baby sleep in the cradle , avni did not wake up yet , she is still unconscious and neil was dying to hear her 

everyone left the hospital except neil , after sometime avni woke up and found neil sitting beside her holding her hand 

avni : neil(she whispers his name)

neil : avniii 

he immediately hugs her placing his head on her chest crying out like a baby and makes her gown wet with his tears mumbling n number of sorry's to her 

neil : i am sry avni , it is all because of me , i am really very sry , u  know how much i was scared i thought i lost u both , if anything wrong had happened i would die avni , u r my life , i am sry 

avni : neilll !! dont u dare to say like that , see we r fine in front of u and dont blame urself , u already warned me to not get up from bed but i only did it and neil how would anything happen to us , u r there right? see i am completely normal and our baby is also fine right then plse dont cry neil 

neil wipes his tears and places a kiss on her forehead 

avni : neil plse give me our baby i want to hold him 

neil gives baby to avni , avnis eyes filled with tears seeing him and kisses him all over his face 

avni : look neil he is same like me right ?

neil : no madam he is exactly like me , handsome 

avni : no neil u r blind look at him carefully 

neil frowns and was about to say something but nurse comes there 

nurse : mam its time to feed ur baby 

avni just nods and nurse makes avni comfortable to feed the baby   

neil just admires both of them , after feeding neil makes his baby sleep in the cradle and he  cuddles with avni  all the night 

after few days

avni : neil   neillll 

neil comes down running 

neil : what avni?

avni : neil plse once come here and look at vivaan , i have to go to kitchen  

neil takes his baby in his arms and plays with him while his baby giggles which makes neil smile grew wider , avni comes after few minutes 

avni : ok u go and get ready now 

she was about to take vivaan from his hands but neil doesnt let her take 

avni : what ?? give him to me and u get ready for office 

neil : sry wifey (saying this he places a kiss on her cheeks )

avni just rolls her eyes 

anvi : neil give him to me and u just go to ur office , my work is done i will look after him 

neil feels guilty and again says sry 

neil : i am sry wifey i know i was bit stupid today because i really do have important work 

avni : ok then go naa , y r u standing here 

neil brings her close to him where as she turns her face aside 

neil : i am sry plse 

avni : neil u know what i am not going to forgive u 

neil : plse wifey 

avni just takes her son from neil and leaves to their room where neil follows her behind 

neil : avni sry na 

avni : hmm is ur sry going to take ur words back that u spilled yesterday night  

flashback (yesterday night )

neil : avni tomorrow i will have to go early 

avni : but neil how could i alone handle him plse dont go 

neil : but avni its very important 

avni :neil no u r not going any where thats it 

neil :no avni i have to go and u have to learn how to handle him , how long will u depend on others avni ?(he says being little frustrated out of work but regrets it very soon ) 

neil closes his eyes as he regrets his saying 

neil : avniii i ii am 

avni : its ok neil u go and i will handle him , i can handle him alone 

saying that she turns to other side ignoring neil and sleeps cuddling her baby into her arms 

and today mrng she ignores him and does her work but as soon as she has to go to kitchen having no other option she calls neil to come and he immediately rushes to her as she calls him 

flashback ended

neil : i know wifey i was very wrong but i am really sry i regret spelling those lines, plse forgive me 

avni is having tears in her eyes now 

avni : y neil ? y did u say like that? if it any other one then i would have completely ignore them but u only said it , y neil i hate u (she hits his chest continuously )

neil hugs her as tight as possible making sure that vivaan stays safe in between them and places a kiss on avnis  cheek 

neil : i am really sry avni , i am soo sry , i know hurt u and i am even ready to have punishment but plse dont day like that i love u a lot avni 

avni reciprocates the hug and kisses him on his heart 

avni : its ok neil i forgive u 

neil : really 

avni : yes but if next time happens i am not going to spare u 

he chuckled and kisses her lips which she reciprocates
