Doctor: see ur reports are not good...nd ur condition getting worst...u have only somedays to live...i suggest u that... meet with whom you want to meet now....may be after u will not get chance to meet anyone....

Ruhi's mom:🥺😭😭😭she stumbled back....

Ruhi is on the strecher..

Ruhi:mom mom sambhaliye apne aapko......

Dr: aap yeh formalities complete kar dijiye....

So now Nobody is there... around ruhi..

Ruhi: mere pass abb bahut kam time bacha h....😓....
i think i should call avni....mujhe usse bata dena chahiye.....afterall she my best frd😊....

Ruhi calls avni....

Avni's phone tring-tring

Neil: yeh avni bhi na apna phone kahi pe bhi chod deti h.....he nodded in no..
Avvnnnii...tumhara..pho...

He sees caller id...

He became shocked 😱😰😨

Avni: kya hua neil...

Neil: woh..woh.. tumhara phone kab se baj raha h.....

Avni: ohh meine suna nhi....
she takes her phone...
😧in mind ruhi....ruhi mujhe kyu call kr rahi h aur neil ne dekha toh nhi na......

Neil: avni kya hua uthao phone.....wase kiska call h (abb pata chalega😏) kya hua....

Avni: (in mind: thank god neil ne dekha nhi huff) woh neil meri ek frd ka call h....

Neil: achaaa🤨 fir tum itna tensed kyu lag rahi ho anything serious.....

Avni: nhi nhi mein kaha tensed hu....

Avni excused herself from Neil and went outside to attend Ruhi's call.

Avni: h..hello..Ruhi.. she said with fumbling voice...

Ruhi: Avni..mere paas zyaada waqt nhi hai please mujhe milne aa jao..please for the last time. Bohot saari baate hai jo tumse kehni hai maine..

Avni: Ru..Ruhi..tum theek..ho jao...

Ruhi: nhi ho paayungi.... Its zero % hope now....please aa jao..xyz hospital... and she cut the call.

Avni placed her hands on her mouth to prevent her screams to come out. This was the time,she never wanted to come.

She remembered every moment she spent with her...

Their friendship did not last long but but within few days their friendship deepened...

She cleaned her face and went out without informing anyone.

Neil came out of the room and only saw her retreating figure.

Neil(to himself): ye Avni kaha chali gayi? And he too went behind her.

Avni was in her car and Neil,in his.

He followed her but kept a distance.

Neil: i know its not good to stalk others but she is my..m...wife.😅 he said to himself.

Avni stopped her car in front of a hospital.

Neil: hospital?? Avni yaha kya karne aayi hai..

She went inside,hurriedly..
Neil noticed that she was cleaning her face with the back of her hands as if she was crying.

He was very confused.

Avni went to the ward of cancer patients...

Neil: ye ladki kaha jaa rahi hai

He noticed Ruhi's mom there.

Neil: Ruhi ki mom?? Ye sab kya ho raha hai...

He hid himself from her mother who was talking with Avni. She consoled her mother.

Being far away he could not listen to them...

Avni went inside and Ruhi's mother went to take some medicines...

Avni saw Ruhi and started crying as soon as she saw her.
Ruhi's state was not even presentable. She looked like a corpse,a living corpse.

Avni did not even think that this day would come so soon...

Avni ran to her and hugged her.

Ruhi: please Avni ro matt..you are one of my friends whom I trust most....
i love you..please..
Meri baat suno....

Avni nooded a no and hugged her tightly.

Ruhi: p..please... she said with difficulty....

Avni nodded.

Ruhi: Avni please Neil ka dhyaan rakhna.... Tum ussse bahut pyaar dena itna ki woh mujhe bhul jaye..I know u really love him...plzz usse yeh confess kardena...he deserves love...which i can't give him...but u can give.....nd u both made for each other She smiled....tabhi toh dekho bhagwan ne mujhe apne pass bula liya.....woh bhi tum dono ko milana chahte the...😊

Avni: ruhi tum aasi baate kyu kar rahi ho...

Ruhi: Thank you Avni. Thank you for everything. Thanks for being the best for Neil...

.."thank you" she said and Neil came inside..

He clapped his hands..
"Waah ..kya chll raha hai huhh?? Avni tumhe Ruhi thanks keh rahi hai wow.. toh yeh sab tum dono ka plan tha..just wow maana padega tum dono ko kya khel khela h... brilliant...."

He didn't notice Ruhi's conditions in his anger..And he forgot that he is in the hospital....🤦

He went to Avni and held her shoulders very tightly.

Neil-"kiyu kiya mere saath aisa.. Ruhi ne mujhe cheat kiya..i thought tum..nhi..tum mujhe jaanogi..par nhi...you did the worst..i hate you Avni. I hate you...such a shameless and characters girl you are!!!" He roared.

Ruhi-"Neill" she shouted ...
"Avni ne kuch nhi kiya hai...mujhe blood cancer hai nd i can die anytime...issliye mere kehne parr usne tumse shaadi ki"

Neil left Avni's shoulders. She hissed in pain as it hurted her. Tears made a way through her eyes...

Ruhi: m..

Avni: please Ruhi nhi please... she pleaded.

Ruhi: Avni ne kuch nhi kiya..
And she told him everything.... everything means not everything 😅 abhi bhi kuch batana baki h guess what??😅😅
