The fear of death is always an unjustified fear bcuz there's no place of accidents for someone who suffered the loss.....

Yes....moving to OT , preparing for the operation and most importantly for her baby brother whom once she held in her hands, cradled like a mother, was partner in crime and always sheilding him ....was it that simple for a human to just keep going as if it's a stranger and she has to handle the pateint.... unfortunately no....she was scattered ....this one day was enough to drain each and every strength she had held since her birth, everytime she fell she rose but today she can't even stay strong nor can she break ......a true test of being stable....she was walking aimlessly with all the images of the childhood flashing in front making it harder for her to breathe but she had to stay strong and the gravity of situation demanded that and now she was just like a dead person or an abstract idea away from emotions she guarded her walls she can't break ....no chance of breaking...
She hurried to the OT

A- nurse saari preparation ho gayi!?(everything ready)

N- yes Dr! But Dr Neil ......

A- nhi we can't wait and already blood loss ho chuka hai hospital ke blood bank se blood arrange Karo quick bring the pateint and give me injection we have to start it

N- ok ma'am

Soon Aman was brought and now Avani was off gaurded just by the mere glance of the Aman in blood all over forehead
She shakily took the breath closing her eyes as if reassuring herself to calm down and took the scissor to cut the clothes carefully but hands were not supporting her actions with trembling hands and sweat all over her face the nurse too was confused as to why for the first time did Dr.Avani was so fragile and broken

N- ma'am are you ok !? Shall we wait for Dr to come!

A- no we need to hurry( closes eyes and takes reassuring breaths to calm her freaking mind but no results)
Just as she ripped the blood soaked shirt the wound around the stomach with freshly oozing blood made her loose everything and with trembling fears and shaking hands she took cotton to wipe off that blood
Just as she was about to wipe off the blood she reached near the wound and her eyes were watery while the whole time she lost it , she can't and her whole body felt cold but she can't break was what she was murmuring to herself

A- nhi! Abhi nhi Avani tujhe usko teek karna hai! No you bloody can't loose it ( tears flowing continuously)
Now nurse couldn't wait and ran to dr.neil's cabin

N- Dr! Dr.Neil aap ready ho?(r u ready)

Neil- haa mein aa hi raha tha kya hua is everything alright? ( Seeing nurse tensed)(yes is everything alright)

N- Kuch theek nhi hai jaldi chaliye we are making it worst !( Nope)

Neil- lekin Avani hai na to kya hua pateint ko?( But avani is there right)

N- Maine dr.avani ko Kabhi itna helpless nhi dekha vo theek se soch bhi nhi paa rhi hai she is not able to perform the operation
( Yes but today she's not the dr.avani she's in shock)

Shock was an underestimation for Neil bcuz Avani was one who would never ever let anything happen to her pateint and this was the first time he heard about her as being unable to perform
He quickly rushed to the OT and took the details about the pateints condition and reached the OT as soon as he reached he glanced at a broken, distraught and disoriented figure which even tough was of Avani but that was not the usual Avani and he understood that she is broken and in shock and she won't be able to perform so he took the situation in his hands

Ne- Neil; N- nurse

Ne- quickly pass me the anesthesia and call dr. Karan he would available for the assistance and also get another nurse with u for assistance

He quickly started with the procedure and Avani was just assisting him as she was too shocked to take any action
A- d.dr he is allergic to sulphur and also he had high bp on admission as if reciting as a parrot

Ne- hnm you just relax I will handle it please we will save him

Karan and nurse returned to the OT and as soon as Karan saw Avani disheveled
Karan- Avani!......(looking at the pateint) oh shit!!!! Aman !.......(now looking at Avani) he will be fine just calm down Avani

Ne-(he was shocked and also confused but thought to ignore as condition of pateint was quiet worsening) Karan come fast he is loosing it we need to hurry!

Karan- yes Dr!

Soon they were busy in saving the person on the bed and it took every ounce of blood from Avani to stick there and assist the operation seeing her brother in that condition

Here Ali too reached and was consoling Riya

Ali-Riya rone se Kuch nhi Hoga ! Ye lo Pani peyo Avani hai na vo sab theek Kar degi( drink water Avani is there)

Riya-( still in shock) Aman ko na mein datungi koi aisa kaise Kar sakta hai dekhna Ali wo jab theek Hoga na to mein use bohot datungi apni jaan ki parvaah nhi to meri aur Avani ki to karta na use pata hai na ki hum Kitna pyaar karte hai! Mein na ek kaam karungi baat hi nhi karungi us se ........

Ali- (shaking her) Riya sunno calm down Kuch nhi hoga Aman ko tum shaant ho jau

Riya-(coming out of her trance ) Ali(crying) Aman!...

Ali-(pating her back) Riya .....sshhhh.....vo thik ho jayega dekho abhi Neil aur Avani bhi hai Uske Saath!

Riya-ali Avani!!!!vo kaise sab sambhal rhi hogi mein aur Aman hi to hai Uske Dil ke tukhde aur Uske Apne!

Ali-mujhe bhi bas vahi chinta hai ki voh kaise sab Kar rhi hoga lekin Neil haina vo sab sambhal lega

Soon all Avani's friends arrived and asked about the situation and went towards their shifts as they had to see other pateints as well and as Riya had informed the family they too were gonna arrive soon

Riya-Ali abhi to sab Ghar vale bhi aate hi honge agar kisine Dekh liya Avani ko to!

Ali-tu tension mat le Maine Karan se bola hai vo usko piche se bhejh dega

Riya- pata nhi aur kya baaki hai Avani ko dekhne ke liye ! Soon she dozed off on his shoulder and Ali too dozed off in that position only

After 3 hrs

Ne-now the pateint is stable ! Karan just check on the vitals properly from time to time and also report it to me nurse inform his family

Karan- uski family aa gayi?

N-haa bas abhi hi aayi hai!

Karan- ok Avani Tu piche se jaa and change Karke ke thoda rest Kar lena aaj hum log manage Kar lenge teri duty tu rest Kar

Avani-no response....

Karan-(shaking her) Avani !!!

Avani- nhi Karan mein yahi hu Mera vaise bhi man nhi hai ghar jaane ke liye

Ne-that's ok but first freshen up and yes Karan mein bhi yahi hu in case pateint needs me

Soon Neil and Avani went to change in rest room first Neil and then Avani but Neil waited for Avani as she hadn't eaten and Neela had asked to inform her

But Avani didn't returned and he knew she was broken today and for some reason he wanted to ease her pain now it was more than 30 mins so he thought to check upon her
Soon he went inside and what he saw was she washing her hands as if removing the blood of his from her hands and rubbing it vigoursly and also murmuring something

A- nhi! Nhi !....no Aman.....Aman ...no!....vo theek hai.....mein nhi kar paayi.....the great dr.avani failed today.....us din bhi I failed aur aaj bhi ......Ur a failure......Jo khud ke bhai ko nhi bacha payi vo Kisi aur ko kya bachayegi.....Ur a failure....Dr..nhi...MS.AVANI is a damn failure....u don't deserve this degree
........she kept on rambling things

Ne-( had enough and just took her in his embrace giving her the reality check) ssshhhhh sab theek hai ....Aman bhi aur kisne kaha u are a failure are u r not a failure balki u r that dr.avani jo Kisi bhi pateint ko akele nhi chodti....jise har pateint ko umeed hai....vo daisy ki Jaan Didi..u r not a failure aur kisne kaha doctor Kabhi fail nhi hote and haa tum fail nhi hui ho bas tum kamzor ho gayi thi lekin phir bhi tumne operation me assist Kiya which is great

Avani- lekin agar aaj aap nhi aate to Aman.....mein Riya Se kya bolti Riya chodo khud se nazare tak nhi Mila paa rhi hu jis Bhai ki raksha karti thi aaj tak aaj usi ko bachane me mere haath kaap gaye....ty dr. Aaj Aapne Jo Kiya vo I can't forget mein aapko itna pareshan Karti hu phir bhi aapne help ki ty

Ne-it's ok ab change Kar lo and haa sahyad tumhare Bhai ke badle Mera hota to mein bhi aise hi react karta so it's fine and you deserve to be the Dr.Avani in all the manner so it's fine and stop blaming urself
