Neil winks and Avni smiles.

Neil: Waise Avni tumne kaha tha tumhe mujhe kisi se milwana hai aur kuch batana bhi hai

Avni: Aare haan. Tumhare stupid baato ke chakkar mein na mai phirse bhool gayi

Neil: Kabse keh raha hoon badam khaya karo

Avni: Neil

   Neil laughed but Avni also smiled.

Avni: Neil mai tumhe na ek bohot hi special person se milwana chahti hoon

Neil asked her who by raising an eyebrow.

Avni: Actually woh. Ek second mere saath aayo

Avni holds Neil's wrist and takes him somewhere and finally stops near one person who was in the bar counter.
She taps on that person's shoulder and he turns back. He was Vidyut.
        
                       He wore this:

Avni: Mai tumhe Vidyut se milwana chahti thi. Neil he is Vidyut my bf, nakli nahi ha aasli wala. (She laughed saying this). And vidyut meet Neil my friend

      Neil could not believe his ears.

Vidyut: Haa. Neil. I know him from before

Avni: Really. That's amazing

Vidyut: Hello gentleman

By saying this Vidyut moved his hand forward in order to shake hands. But Neil was shocked and was in a complete daze. But after a few minutes he somehow managed to make it look like he was OK and they shook hands.
Then someone called Vidyut.

Vidyut: Sweetheart! I will just be back

Avni: OK

He gave a quick kiss in her cheek and then went.

Avni looked at Neil who was lost somewhere thinking something. She snapped her fingers but there was no response and she called his name several times and finally after sometime he came back to sense.

Avni: Neil

Neil: Haan. Haan, Avni

Avni: Kaha kho gaye. Kya soch rahe ho

Neil: Nahi woh. Av....... Avni

Avni: Hmm

Neil: Woh...... Woh. Vid....... Vid...... Vidyut tumhara

Avni: Aare haan. Actually Neil woh. Wait mai tumhe starting se batati hoon.

Avni holds Neil's hand and they both sit.

Avni: Neil mai vidyut ko bohot time se nahi jaanti but. Hum dono na ek party mein mile the. Usske baad he started calling me and hum haar din baat karte the and finally one day I realised that I have fallen for him and I wanted to confess par mai, I was scared agar ussne mana kar diya toh

Avni was saying all this with so much excitement and her eyes had a different happiness. Neil couldn't do or say anything but was just looking at Avni. He had full mixed emotions in his eyes and from inside he was totally in a daze.

Avni: But Neil to my surprise ussne mujhe ek restaurant mein bulaya and there was such a romantic decoration there and finally. U know what Neil he proposed me (She said excited).
And I said yes. Then hum log milte baat karte but when I said ki mai Maa ko bataungi ussne mana kar diya when I asked the reason. Ussne bola ki usska business abhi proper nahi hua hai and once everything becomes OK. Woh khud Maa ko batayega.

Though Neil was listening to what Avni was saying but he was confused, dazed, full of mixed emotions inside-out.

Avni: Par Maa ne toh mere liye larka dekhna shuru kar diya jab maine vidyut ko isske bareme bataya he said kuch karo. Aab ek taraf mai Maa ko kuch bata bhi nahi sakti thi and vidyut ko kiya promise bhi nahi tor sakti thi I was in a complete mess. But then mujhe idea aaya nakli bf ka.

Neil was completely lost but somehow he gave a fake smile.

Neil: Nahi samjha

Avni: Samjhati hoon. Woh kal toh tumhe yaad hi hoga after raining hum dono thora sa......... Actually vidyut ne na tab hame dekh liye n he thought ki hum dono......... Samajh gaye na

                     Neil nods yes.

Avni: Tho uske baad vidyut maan gaya. Waise mujhe usse yeah explain karne mein kafi time laga ki we have nothing between us. But aab problem yeh hai ki Maa ko kaise samjhayu. Tum please help karna haa. Ali ko bhi batane wali thi but usse kuch kaam tha so. Koi nahi usse baad mein bata dungi. Par tum please help karna

Avni got shocked and Neil was still in a daze. Avni turned back and saw Neela was standing behind them.
