Score/Review:

Total: 98/100

Blurb/Title/Description/Cover: 9/10

Blurb, titttitled cotitleew me in, but I don't think writers/creatives should apologise or make excuses for their work
Writing Style/Tone/Rhyme Scheme: 39/40

Rhymes perfectly and flows beautifully. 2 out of the 3 poems I read made me cry, and that is not easy to do. I could clearly see the emotions and felt them in my soul.
Grammar/Vocabulary/Format/Spelling: 20/20

No spelling errors. The words were simple but the way they flowed made them so strong. Form was absolutely beautiful, it really caught my attention and kept me reading.
Theme: 30/30

The theme was also eye-catching. The ememotionalesponemotionalstrong, I'm sure if I read the whole collection I would be in a flood of tears. The way this poet weaves the words together is just phenomenal. The story is told exceptionally well.
Overall review:

I have so much to say about this collection. First, I hardly every cry when reading anything, let alone poetry. So for this to elicit this kind of response from me, really says something about your work. The way you tie and weave words together to not only set an emotional vibe, but you also set a very descriptive scene in your poems. In the poem 'It Doesn't Matter' the sadness, anguish and disappointment just bled from those words and hit me right in my soul. In 'Dream', the descriptions you packed into that poem were unbelievable. I felt like I was right next to the characters. I heard that gunshot and felt the pain when the MC was left by their lover? Friend? I don't know but I wanted those eyes much more catching and dream. It was beautiful.I just want to give you a small piece of advice, don't ever apologise for your work. You have something special and you have an amazing way with words. It doesn't matter that some of these poems came from your teens, I would never know unless you put that in your blurb. Your work is excellent. Never make excuses for it.

Thank you for putting together such a fantastic collection of poems.

Keep writing.
