Swara opens the file to check what it is about...and get shocked!
As she read the Headline of first report and speaks in astonishment- Sanskar's Medical Report!? Ragini ke pass?
She quickly flips over the pages and finds various Xrays and MRI Scan reports while the last page shocked her to the core as she read out loud the interpretation of the tests- " PARTIAL MEMORY LOSS?"

Swara was unable to believe her eyes....Is it some kind of bad dream or a reality ! The file fell from her hands as the pages got scattered everywhere on floor...while Swara stumbled back in shock.

(Flashback)
Swara standing at the corner crying while Ragini was trying to console her. She was unable to calm her self down to the latest news the doctor has bombarded on her.Durga Prasad and Ram Prasad went inside the doctor’s cabin to have a talk with them about Sanskar’s condition. Sanskar was finally found after near whole one month by one of employee of Maheshwari and Sons. Co who was driving his car way back to home....It was actually like a surprise to the family as everyone almost lost their hope except Swara. But nobody expected that they will find him in such condition...
Durga Prasad impatiently- Doctor Mishra ,What is the actual problem? Hume saaf saaf samjhaye hua kya he?
Doctor remained silent as he opened a file and was going through it.
Ram nervously- Dekhiya! Sanskar ki patni....humare bahu aur hum sab bohot pareshan hai! Swara ki ro roke halat kharab hogayi! App kuch kehna chah rahe the na humse? Please hume bataye Sanskar iss tarah kiu behave kar rahe he?
Doctor took a deep breath as he glanced at both the men sitting infront of him- Sanskar is suffering from a severe Mental Illness...
This came like Shock to Ram and DP as both said in unison- What?
The doctor continued- Yes Mr. Durga Prasad Maheswari! Sanskar is suffering from some kind of mental retardation! According to MRI and PT scans...Sanskar had some kind of head injuries due to which he is suffering from some mental illness!
Ram stares at him stunned as he continues- With Further Tests....it indicates his one part of brain is slightly effected due to which he will be behaving like A Mental Person! And this might actually be life long time or temporarily! Depends on the treatment!
Both DP and Ram looks at each other with sadness .
Durga Prasad- There are some treatment to this, Right? He will be fine....wont he?
Doctor- Well Yes....but I cant guarantee! If it will be 100 percent effected or not! But of course there will be some improvement....Complete Recovery....Time will say! I am sorry.

With a heavy heart DP and Ram came out of his cabin and looked at Swara who was weeping while hugging Ragini.
Seeing them coming out Swara quickly rubbed off her tears and asked with hope in shivering voice- Bade Papa! Doctor ne kya kaha? Sanskar ko kya hua hai?
DP and Ram doesn’t say anything and leaves a confused Swara behind.....who calls them from behind for her answer- Bade Papa!

(Flashback Over)
Swara stares at the papers laying on floor with her eyes full of tears. She still remembers how everyone asked her to stay away from Sanskar and blamed her for Sanskar’s condition! And that moment when DP revealed What actually happened with Sanskar! She will never forget that....the moment when her heart broke into pieces!

(Flashback)

In Maheshwari Mansion, everyone was sitting in the hall room getting impatient for DP to open his mouth. Sujata has turned complete maniac due to his silence. She has been crying and cribbing and begging Ram Prasad to say something. Why was her son behaving like that! Her heart was paining seeing him in such state!
Swara was completely clueless to why DP was silent and not saying anything throughout their way back to home...
Ragini and Laksh were still in hospital so that they can look after Sanskar.
Unable to bear anymore silent treatment Swara got up and asked – Bade Papa kya hogya hai apko? Please boliye na...kya hua Sanskar ke saat! Sabkuch thik he na Bade papa? App kiu...
DP suddenly spoke up making Swara stop in mid of her sentence- Sanskar is mentally ill! He is suffering from mental trauma!
This made everyone numb. Swara stares at DP blankly .
DP continues- Aur Doctor ka kehna hai...iss halat ka puri tarah se thik hona impossible bhi hosakti hai! Lekin Treatment hai iska...humne doctor se baat ki hai! Jald woh log dusra test ke baat hume clearly bata denge...
Saying this DP left for his room followed by Ram.
Sujata went in shock state and it took her few minutes to consume what just he said!
Soon after few minutes she fainted and fell on the sofa.
While Anupurna shouted – Sujata! Koi pani lao....
Swara still in shock state saw them screaming for water. Before she could understand the situation, she ran for water...
And when she arrived with water, Anupurna showed her hand to stop her and glared at her silently.
Swara felt more miserable at such treatment. She kept on staring at them as Uttara sprinkled some  water on Sujata’s face.

(Flashback Over)

Swara breaks down remembering that day. Tears were flowing down her tears as she whimpers. All of sudden something hit in her mind.
Swara speaks to herself as she composes- Ek min...Agar Sanskar ko Dimagi problem hai toh ye report....ye konsa report hai! How is it possible! Bade papa  ne jo report dikhaye the..woh...
Before she could think further Swara heard footsteps coming close to the room.
Swara looks at the scattered papers on the floor horrified.

Sanskar sneaks out of the mansion quietly so that no one sees him. He then takes out his mobile and looks around to see if anyone is watching him or not. He then dials a number and makes a call. Waiting for the person to receive on other side...

Ragini enters her room and finds Swara standing beside the Almarih nervously. She was giving an awkward look which made Ragini more confused.
Ragini being all confused asked- Swara? Kya hua? Ese kiu khari ho!
Swara stammers-K..K..Kuch Nahi! Woh mein...mujhe kaam yaad agayi! Mujhe Jana Chahiye...
Swara starts to leave when Ragini holds her hand.
Ragini feeling suspicious- Ek minute...Kya baat hai Swara? Tum bari ajeeb behave kar rahe ho!
Swara snaps at Ragini- Kya ajeeb ha? Kuch bhi toh nahi! Woh mujhe ek kaam yaad agya...I have to go.
Ragini looks at Swara shocked by her behaviour.
Swara realises....she is blubbering way too much.
Swara composes herself and takes a deep breath- Ragini! Esa kuch nahi hai....mein bilkul thik hu! Ek bohot jaruri kaam yaad agya...mein woh khatam karke tumse baat karti hu!
Ragini smiles weakly still feeling suspicious though doesn’t say anything.
Swara leaves from there.

Swara is pacing to and fro in her room. Her mind has completely stopped working. She looks at the scrambled report on her bed which she has stole from Ragini ‘s room.
Swara makes the paper straight from its scrambled form.
Swara stares at the report suspiciously where it is written “Partial Amnesia “
Swara wonders- Ye kese hosakta hai! Sanskar ko Partial Memory Loss Hai....Matlab Bade Papa Ki woh Report!
Suddenly realisation struck her- Shit....mein kese bhul sakti hu! Sanskar toh natak kar raha tha...usko koi problem nahi thi....Woh report jo bade papa ko dikhaya woh toh nakli thi....Sanskar ka khud ka banya hua jhoot!
Swara felt disgusted at the way The whole family getting deceived- Agar Sanskar Natak kar raha hai....toh iska matlab woh report bhi natak hai aur ye...! Nahi....Ye Report! Partial memory loss?
Tears formed in her eyes- Sanskar ko Partial Memory Loss Hai! Nahi....Agar ye bhi natak hui toh...lekin Ragini ke paas ye kese aya! Aur agar Ye....Natak..Nahi Hui Toh!
Swara was horrified as she finally understood and realised What has actually happened!
Swara felt raged and betrayed- Ye Sare Sawalo ke Answers Mujhe Doctor Mishra Denge!

The nurse is running behind a woman who has broken the rule and trying to barge in the Doctor’s cabin who is currently busy with a patient.
Nurse holding the woman hand- Mam app ese nahi jaa sakti! Abhi Doctor Mishra Busy Hai!
The woman jerked off her  hand- Just Shut Up! Tum apne moo band rakho....mujhe doctor Mishra se abhi isi wakt milna hai....
Before the Nurse could say anything the woman pushed open the door as she barged into Mishra ‘s room.
The doctor looked up angrily at such behaviour and became stunned seeing the person infront- Mrs Swara Maheshwari! App yeha?
Swara coldly- Yes Dr. Mishra! Kuch jaruri baat karni thi apse!
The doctor felt weird seeing Swara’s cold stare towards him.
He nervously said eyeing towards the confused patient sitting infront of him- Mrs. Maheshwari App thoda bahar bethiye....mein abhi patients dekh rahi hu! Free hote hi apse baat karungi!
Swara smirks- Sure! App apni patients dekhiye...mein yehi apke kamre mein intezar karti hu!
The doctor was shocked. He was unable to understand why this girl behaving so wierd.
The doctor tries to reason- Arre...yeha? Meri patients....
Swara interrupts him- Ha app kejiye na patients ka check up! Mein tab tak newspaper parlungi...
Saying this Swara sat on a chair at the corner of the room as she picked up the newspaper from Doctor’s table.
Suddenly the doctor saw a file on Swara’s lap. He became more worried about that unknown file.
But he had no choice....after quite like 30 minutes, The doctor finished the check up of the patient and asked the nurse not to send anymore patients till he tells her.
After the patient left, the doctor angrily turned towards Swara- Mrs Swara Maheshwari Ye kya tarika hai apka? Apko zara si bhi tameez nahi he?
Swara coldly looked up at him from the newspaper.
She slowly got up from her seat and went infront of the doctor’s table.
She slammed the file on his desk and glared at him angrily making the doctor nervous- Ye sawal mujhe apse puchna chahiye....ye kya tareeka hai apka? Logo se jhoot bolne ka? Ek Doctor hone ke nate....apko zara se bhi sharam nahi he?
Doctor nervously- Kya matlab?
Swara opens the file and shows him the two different reports and asks him furiously- Kya matlab Kya? Ye sab kya hai! Apne itna bara dhoka pura family ko diya...aur app mujhe se matlab puch rahe hai!
The doctor stares at the papers and colors flew away from his face as he looks horrified!
Swara angrily- Kiu? Chehre ka rang udd gya? Arre apko toh sharam ani chahiye! Doctor hone ki bawajood app sabko dhoka de rahe he!
The doctor stammers- Mrs Maheshwari I can explain! Mein...mein...
Swara interrupts angrily- Kya mein mein? Apko toh police ke pass bhejna chahiye!
Doctor feeling terrified- Nahi! Esa maat kejiye! Ye sab mene jaan pucheke nahi ki! Kisiki kehne pe kiya hai....mujhe maaf kar dejiye!
Swara- Ha toh? Apne galat kiya na? Aur galat karne ki jagah jail mein hoti hai!
Doctor nervously- Mrs Maheshwari ye sab mene apne marzze se nahi ki! Jinlogo ne ye sab karwaya unka naam nahi bata sakta! Mujhe maaf kardejiye! Mein apko sach bata ta ju....Mr Sanskar Maheshwari ko koi dimagi problem nahi hai! Ye sab toh woh natak kar rahi hai...
Swara frowns- Ye sab mujhe pata hai...ye boliye ye sab kon karwa raha hai! Kisne kaha apko fake reports dene keliye?
Doctor stammers- Mein...mein nahi bata sakta! Woh meri naukri le legi!
Swara angrily- Apko kya pasand hai? Jail Jana ye Jail se bachna!
Doctor cries- Nahi....meri baat...
Swara interrupts angrily- Toh boliye! Kisne kiye ye sab? Warna abhi isi wakt police ko phone karungi!
Doctor feeling  horrified blurts out the truth- Acha...thik...thik hai! Mein sach bata ta hu...ye apke yeni Mr Sanskar Maheshwari ne karwaya! Aur unke saat woh ek ladki ayi thi....Ragini! Ragini Maheshwari!
Swara shocked- Kya?
Doctor- Ha! Woh Mr Maheshwari iss Hospital mein ane se ek hafte pehle unhone mujhe 5 cores rupees diye the mujhe ye fake report papers banwane keliye!
Swara stunned- Matlab ? Kiu?
Doctor- Mujhe nahi pata...lekin jo dusra report hai! Partial Amnesia ka! Woh sach hai....apka pati Partial memory loss se suffer kar rahe hai! Woh admit hone ki do din baat Ragini mujhe se ye report leke chali gayi jo humne actual mein test kia tha! Unhone hume ye baat kisi se kehne se mana kiya...ki Sanskar ko partial memory loss hua hai!
Swara felt as if the ground swept off her feet. She was shocked and hurt!
And finally reality struck her! Sanskar doesn’t remembers her anymore!
An important part of his life has been forgotten. Tears made through her eyes. That’s why he kept on telling her....she is no one to him! Her Sanskar has forgotten her...
Her heart is bleeding realizing and knowing such cruel truth.
Heartbroken Swara started to leave the cabin when she came out of the trance as the doctor called her “ Please don’t call the police! I have told everything you wanted to know...and dont inform Mr Maheshwari about it”
Swara glared at him through her tears and left with the file she brought.

Swara was walking completely lost through the road....
Her face had no emotions except dried tears.
Swara remembers those beautiful moments she had with Sanskar!
The Helicopter Ride, His proposal, their marriage, the kiss she planted on Sanskar’s cheek when he came to gift her a dress at night, the morning romance, when she tried to do pati shoshan on him, his uncountable love for her, how he always stood by her....
Swara closed her eyes in pain....everything is finished! Her life surrounds by Sanskar! And when her life doesn’t remember her anymore, how is she gonna live!
Swara cries her heart out as she sat on a bench nearby feeling helpless!
And just then she realised....some answers are still unknown! Ragini.....!!!
