When (Y/N) becomes Short-Time Commander, He must protect them at all cost. He fought alongside Amagi, Tirpitz, Enterprise, Belfast, Hornet, and Susanoo against Sirens but they're not alone, Sirens have brought APEX Cybernetics and 2 Rogue Kaijus. He transformed into his Kaiju Form and fought off Leatherback.

(Y/N): Go get your sister, We'll hold them off. I'll get Akagi. You confront Kaga.

She nodded

Amagi: Okay, but be careful.

Amagi ran to find her sisters but first, she must confront Kaga. As Enterprise and the Eaglez race themselves towards the rocket, Purifier arrives and tried to stop them. Each sides begun to fire shots at each other with Purifier taking down two of Enterprise's planes while the Eaglez dodges her shot. When Purifier thought she got Enterprise, the Aircraft Carrier fired one last arrow towards the rocket and successfully hitting it, causing the large object to explode in midair while turning into a ball of purple-colored explosion with accompanying sparks.

The impact caught both Enterprise and Purifier with the former crashing into the water while latter got blown off, the Eaglez, on the other hand, got away safely from the blast.

Down below, everyone had their arms covering their faces, protecting themselves from the bright light and the gust of winds caused by the explosions.

Hornet: Big Sis.
(Y/N): Damn it, Rukia! Find Enterprise if she's okay.
Rukia: Alright.

She made it towards the spot where Enterprise crashed. Then Kong came to his aid and so did Rodan, followed by Team RWBY, Big Three.

(Y/N): Glad you Join us.
Mirio: Yeah, Man.
Nejire: We're heroes.
Ruby: Glad to help you
(Y/N): Okay, Let's do this.
All: Right!

Then they fought off against APEX Robots Meanwhile from another side of the battlefield, Zuikaku, Shoukaku, Ayanami, Javelin, Laffey and Unicorn confronting Kaga when they witnessed the large explosion from the distance.

Shoukaku: What have we built...?
Kaga: This power was suppose to protect Sakura Empire. It is your cowardice that rejected the Orochi.
Zuikaku: Lies! What can a power like this ever hope to protect?!
Shoukaku: Do you desire to end the world, Kaga?

Kaga scoffed.

Kaga: It doesn't matter anymore.

She ignited a talisman in hand.

Ayanami: I said it does matter. Because this is not what Akagi wanted.
Kaga: What can you possibly know about my dear sister?!
Ayanami: Akagi can be a bit scary... But she loves the Sakura Empire! Kaga, you, too...

Kaga glares at her

Kaga: Silence! The only thing she loves in me is the shadow of Amagi!
Amagi: Is that so?

Kaga turns around and her eyes widen in shock, right in front of her is none other than Amagi,

Kaga: *muttered in shock* A-Amagi...

Even Shoukaku and Zuikaku had a look of shock on their face upon seeing Amagi again,

All: *muttered in disbelief* A-Amagi-senpai...
Shoukaku: H-How is this possible?
Ayanami: Amagi-san never died. She survived the siren attack and went missing due to some circumstances.
Zuikaku: What do you mean by that?
Ayanami: It's a long story, we'll explain things later.

As this is going on, Kaga stares at Amagi in utter shock and disbelief.

Kaga: *muttered* A-Amagi... h-how is this possible?

Amagi smiled in response before smacking a hard knuckle sandwich on top of her head.

Kaga: KUKYU!

She yelped before falling down to the water.

Zuikaku, Shoukaku, Ayanami, Javelin, Laffey and Unicorn flinched at that.

Ayanami: They're right... Amagi-san hits hard.

Amagi then stood over Kaga and glares at her.

Amagi: I am very disappointed of you, Kaga! I can't believe that you let something like this happened! I know it's my fault that my suppose 'death' is the reason what drives both you and Akagi in this situation but that's no excuse for the two of you to do something like this! Keeping secrets from everyone, making a deal, and letting the sirens fool you, creating such a dangerous weapon! You and Akagi are better than this! Open your eyes, Kaga! This is not the way it should be! I understand that you want to fulfill Akagi's happiness but to do something like this is not the way to do it! Now Kaga... what you have to say for yourself?

Kaga stares at her in shock, realizing that the Amagi in front of her is the real deal, she then finally realized her mistakes and began to shed tears in her eyes, she cried out in remorse.

Kaga: I'm sorry... I'm sorry... Amagi-san... I just... I just want dear sister, Akagi to be happy...
Amagi: *sighs* Both of you will never achieve happiness with something like this... there are others ways to do it, the two of you just don't know of that yet.

Kaga gritted her teeth in shame.

Kaga: Y-Yes...
Amagi: Now... what do you want us to do?
Kaga: Please... help my dear sister, Akagi.

Amagi nodded.

Amagi: We intend to do so.

She compiled before turning to Zuikaku and the others,

Amagi: You girls, I know your confused right now but I want all of you to work together if we want to save Akagi and end this madness once and for all!

Zuikaku, Shoukaku, Ayanami, Javelin, Laffey and Unicorn nodded in response.

All: Hai!
Zuikaku: *smiles*, It's good to have you back, Amagi-senpai!
Amagi: *giggled* My thoughts are the same.

As this is going on, another rocket is being set up in the middle of the Orochi.

Alice: Oh God! Not another one!
Renji Seems like that thing has an unlimited number of those.
Ino: What are we going to do now?
Mirio: We take it down, of course!

And with that, everyone then focused their attacks at the Orochi, the Full Force Guerrilla, Azur Lane, the Vultures and Red Axis fired one shot after another at the gigantic battleship of destruction.

Wales: Don't let them fire that thing! Stop it no matter what!
Atago: Everyone, concentrate fire on the Orochi!

Takeo then brought out her sword

Takeo: This is Sakura Empire's responsibility. We will take the Orochi down with our own hands!

Everyone kept on firing however none other attacks is working due to the thick barrier protecting the Orochi.

Illustrious: Not good... we can't break through....
Kazeyoshi: Men! That thing is thick as a brick!
Cleveland: How is that fair?
Hornet: I won't give up...

She was getting everyone's attention,

Hornet: My sister put her life on the line to stop it! It's now or never!
Kazeyoshi: Yeah! You say it girl!

As this is going on, the whole ocean began to shake, catching everyone by surprise.

Sheffield: The ocean is shaking?
Edinburgh: Now what's going on?!
Renji: Woah! Woah! This is fucking unexpected! Haru, Elie, hold on to me!
Elie: We're already holding on to you!

Meanwhile, Chouji and Ayase stood still on their spot while wondering what's going on when suddenly, a large ship emerges out from the water, taking them along with it. The large ship then landed flat on the water, creating a big splash, Chouji and Ayase then found themselves on the deck alongside Enterprise whom is sporting a very determined expression.

Belfast smiled upon seeing Enterprise okay and so does everyone.

Cleveland: That ship!
Kazeyoshi: Looks like Enterprise is back from the dead.
Zuikaku: Grey Ghost!

Back on the deck of Enterprise's ship, Chouji and Ayase stood up,

Both: You could have given us a warning before you do an entrance like that! the former exclaimed in annoyance.

Enterprise smiled a little.

Enterprise: My apologies.

And with that, Chouji and Ayase quickly jumps off her ship as Enterprise pressed a hand forward,

Enterprise: Enterprise, engage!

she exclaimed before activating her riggings, she then grab her mechanical bow, spinning it a little and then setting it next to her,

Enterprise: I won't give up.

she said with glowing eyes

Enterprise: I'm here, carrying countless hope and will!

And with that, Enterprise fired a powerful shot towards the Orochi, the shot then easily pierced through the barriers and into the ship itself, damaging the front the decks and like a chain reaction, the damaged through the entire the ship, causing some of it's parts to explode and it didn't take long for the entire ship to cease operation, completely stopping it from firing another rocket.

All: OH YEAH!
Kazeyoshi: *sighs* That takes care of that.
Cleveland: Yeah.

Prince of Wales and Illustrious looks at her with a smile when they heard a voice,

???: Illustrious-neechan!

the two looks up to see Unicorn flying towards them.

Illustrious: Unicorn! Are you all right?
Unicorn: I need everyone's help...

As this is going on, we see Hornet watching Enterprise with a smile.

Hornet: *chuckle* My sister is a complete nonsense, I gotta say.

Meanwhile, we see Admiral Hipper, Prinz Eugen, Shigure, Yukikaze, Yuudachi, Z1 and Z23 alongside Mace taking on a number of upper-class sirens with the shipgirls firing one shot after another towards their targets while Mace whistled with his knives stabbing and destroying every sirens on sight.

Then Ayanami, Javelin and Laffey arrives which Yuudachi noticed,

Yuudachi: Wah! AYANAMI!

she cried out before skidding towards Ayanami with Yukikaze and Shigure following suit, Yuudachi and Yukikaze then hugs Ayanami in joy as they cry while Shigure stood next to them.

Shigure: You're all right.

Yuudachi then noticed Javelin and Laffey.

Yuudachi: Hey! I remember you!

she exclaimed with a finger pointed at Javelin.

Z23: Why are you tagging along with Azur Lane?!
Ayanami: We can talk later. We have to stop Akagi.''

Admiral Hipper fired a few shots before turning to her.

Admiral Hipper: That's what we've been doing trying to do this whole time!
Laffey: No, we all, together.

she thumbs-up, much to the other shipgirls' surprise.

Prinz Eugen then smiled, Ah, I see.
Kong: Are you done talking?
Eugen: Yes, we've come to an agreement. An alliance.

And with that, Kong & Rodan, Azur Lane, and Red Axis are now working together in taking down the sirens. We see Atago, Takao, Cleveland, Columbia, Denver & Montpelier, Z23, Hammann, Koln, Helena, Z1 & San Diego and South Dakota, Fusou & Yamashiro teaming-up. Even Illustrious formed an odd pairing with Shoukaku, the two of them are seen sending fighter planes towards their targets.

Kazeyoshi: The Full Force Guerrilla, Azur Lane, the Kaijus and Red Axis working together? What are the odds.
Kaga: At times like this, unlikely alliances are often inevitable.
Wales: Can't argue with that.

Meanwhile, we see Zuikaku skidding across the water when she came across Enterprise, causing the two of them to stare at each other.

Zuikaku: Please... I want to save Akagi.
Enterprise: Of course.

she replied before turning to her right to see Belfast standing a few feet away from her.

Belfast: We have been waiting for your return, Enterprise. *smiles*
Enterprise: Sorry for the trouble.
Belfast: It's nothing new.

Suddenly, more siren ships are seen being summoned from the sky and then dropping down onto the water including the 4th Kaiju

Nejire: Geez... how many of these things are they gonna drop?'
Amagi: I gotta say to you Purifier.
Purifier: Yeah, Whys that?
Amagi: We have a King.

Purifier was about say.

Amagi: And of course. I have a boyfriend and my only fiance.
All except Amagi, Tirpitz & the Big Three: WHAT!!!!

And with that, Leatherback got pushed back by none other than (Y/N) or Godzilla then he fired his Atomic Breath at Trespasser & destroying Siren Ships.

(Y/N): Stay away from my Queen!
Purifier/Observer Alpha: Wait what?

He fired his atomic breath at them then Orochi transformed into Mechagodzilla. He fought him but with his help

(Y/N): Kong, Rodan. Now!

Kong fought the thing with his Axe. Then Rodan appeared. Then Mechagodzilla overpowers them.

(Y/N): Fuck!

Godzilla fights back but Mechagodzilla was too powerful as it was about to finish him off.

Amagi: GET OFF HIM!

She transformed with her combined powers and she showed her true form, Mothra. (Y/N) couldn't believe that Amagi and Mothra became united as one but he's happy to see her again. Shipgirls were amazed at how beautiful she is.

Amagi/Mothra: If You want them, You're gonna have through me first.

She flies and webs it at Mechagodzilla then (Y/N) charged and pushed him down then Amagi slashed with legs resembles blades. Then Kong and Rodan joined the fight. (Y/N)/Godzilla, Amagi/Mothra, Kong & Rodan stood at their front

(Y/N): Everyone, On my Command!
All: Right!

They attack the Mechagodzilla and they finally brought them down. But it wasn't done (Y/N) fired his atomic breath at his axe to charge up as Kong cut off its head, ending its terror once and for all. Then He managed to save Akagi and Enterprise got on his giant hand and confronted Akagi. Despite her unfazed expression, Akagi seems be to be afraid of Enterprise and when she approaches her, Akagi nearly slipped but Enterprise caught her hand. Akagi then remembers the time that Amagi got her and Kaga to become friends by holding hands, and remembered Amagi's words that making friends with everyone, or else they won't be able to beat the Sirens. Realizing that she made a big mistake, Akagi began to cry on Enterprise's shoulder, the aircraft carrier in return comforted her. And with that, the battle is over as (Y/N)/Godzilla let out his roar in triumph.

Purifier: This isn't over.

They fled. Back with everyone, the heroes are seen gathered on the deck of Enterprise's ship with a few shipgirls from Sakura Empire and Iron Blood joining them. (Y/N) and Amagi transformed back to their human form. (Y/N) managed to catch her with bridal style.

(Y/N): I got you.
Amagi: Yeah.

He carries her in bridal style while heading to the others. When Amagi made her presence, the shipgirls from Sakura Empire including Akagi were in utter shock upon seeing her again, Ayanami and the others then explained that Amagi survived her supposed 'sinking' only to went missing and found herself in another place saved by her boyfriend. Upon seeing Amagi again, Akagi can't help but cry while embracing Amagi,

Akagi: *sobs* Dear sister, Amagi, I missed you so much.

Amagi embraces her back,

Amagi: I missed you too, dear sister, Akagi.

Everyone watches them with a smile.

Renji: So... no hard knuckle on her noggin?
Amagi: *giggles* Maybe later.

Akagi flinched in dread.

(Y/N): Ready to go back home.
Amagi: Yeah, I like that.

Then they went back to Vanguard Academy then they met Koro-Sensei.

Koro-Sensei: Will you accept your offer.
Enterprise: Yes, We accepted your offer.
Koro-Sensei: Welcome to Vanguard Academy.

Shipgirls in Azur Lane and Red Axis has now joined the Vanguard Academy as students.
