//Blue's POV//

(Gamma: Yeah, Blue's POV. I know y'all anxious to know the truth. Here it is 😌. I apologize for the late update, work and all. Sorry pls)

"Blue."

I groaned as I heard Jacob running towards me and calling my name for the seventieth time today. I think it's high time I stop ignoring him and give him a piece of my mind.

As I turned to face him, I didn't know he was already close. He didn't know I was going to turn either, and my breasts touched his chest by mistake.

My face reddened in embarrassment and I moved a bit to the back. I noticed he was a bit embarrassed as I was but he bit his lips and smiled to cover it up.

"What do you want? You've been calling me for like the whole day today." I frowned at him.

"But you never answered me. I texted you, the messages were delivered, didn't you see it?"

I eyed him then I sighed, "What do you want from me?"

"I just want to talk to you, you've been distant since Saturday so..." He trailed off.

I watched him as he shifted his gaze from me to someone, I looked and saw Olamide coming towards us.

Oh yeah, Jacob's big secret.

I really hope Olamide is not playing tricks with me.

"Hi Jake," Olamide smiled at Jacob which the latter responded with a frown. His face was unreadable, but I wish I could know what was in his mind.

"Blue, let's go. It's time."

But why does he have to say it in front of Jacob?

Jacob looked at me confused, "Where are you going with him?" He asked, disgust dripping from the him word.

"Uh--"

"We're going to have lunch and discuss some issues, do you want to join?"

"No thanks." He answered fast, then his eyes met mine again. He shook his head and left.

"What was that for?" I asked Olamide. "Do you have to say that?"

Olamide smirked, "If you know what I found out, you won't stay friends with this guy."

"Then tell me."

"Cafeteria first, remember."

He smiled and gestured for me to lead the way.

See what Jacob's secret had led me to... I'm definitely going to kill Olamide after this.

We went to the cafeteria and sat at my favorite spot before Jacob and his friends came into my interestingly boring life.

As you guessed, all eyes were on the both of us. Especially, Alia's piercing eyes.

"I told you they were dating."

"So what Olamide said the other day was true."

"See Senior Blue and Senior Olamide."

I couldn't bear listening to people talking about me like I was absent. We had to leave here.

"Olamide, meet me in the dance room in five." I got up and went to the counter without waiting for his response.

I stretched my arm to take the last cupcake on the counter, but someone took it before I did.

"Hey Blue." Thomas smiled at me, also holding my cupcake in his hands.

"Thomas, it's been a while." I smiled back.

It's been a while since I last spoke to him, I saw him in classes but we never said a word to each other since the day he told me he liked me.

"I didn't forget you." I said, then I noticed Olamide going out of the cafeteria. "Uh... Thomas?"

"What's that?"

"Could you please excuse me, I need to talk to Olamide, he has to tell me something."

Thomas smiled, "I know exactly what he wants to tell you."

I laughed, "I promise you don't know. But I really hope he's going to tell me, Olamide is an a**hole."

"A**hole?" Thomas laughed for a while, after he stopped. His face looked serious. "Blue, I know what Olamide is about to tell you, I was with his sister yesterday and she told me about it."

"Sister? Olamide has a sister?" I asked. I was friends with Olamide for about a year and I never knew he had a sister, was our friendship really that fake?

"You didn't know." He paused to think for a while. "Well, she came just last year and you two might have never gotten the chance to talk about it." He shrugged.

"Maybe."

"Where are you two going to talk?"

"In the dance room."

"Let me come with you."

I shook my head, "I don't think its a good idea. Olamide might not want to say it in front of you."

"He wants to tell you about Jacob and all the terrible things he did in Lagos, before moving to Abuja."

Wow, Thomas really knows what he's saying. But I don't still know if he knows everything.

While in my thoughts, I didn't know when he pulled me and we were already out of the cafeteria.

"Tom, I don't still think he'll like it."

"Don't worry." He continued pulling me.

After that, I didn't say anything to him until we got to the front door of the dance room.

"My cupcake."

"Ah," He laughed. "We haven't even paid."

"Give me, I'll pay after we're done here."

He gave the the cupcake and opened the door, where we met Olamide waiting in there for me.

"I've been waiting." He complained. "And what's he doing here."

"I'm here to help you, If Blue passes out from hearing everything you might not be able to revive her alone."

Pass out? How? Is it so bad?

At this stage, I didn't know if I wanted to listen anymore. I just wanted to go back to my old life but my curiosity won't let me be.

"Tell me already, tell me everything. I'm not going to pass out." I yelled.

"You're lucky Maria is your friend, I would have punched your face." Olamide sneered, then he faced me. "Blue, sit. You'll definitely need a seat if you want to know who Jacob Sanwo is."

Thomas took a chair beside me, "You know he's not that bad, you just hate him cos of what he did."

"You're just saying Maria's point."

Maria. Maria. Where?

"Which Maria?" I asked.

"Olamide's sister, my friend." Thomas answered me.

"Is that Maria, Jacob's friend?" I asked.
Things were beginning to make sense.

"Yeah, from what Maria told me, they dated."

What? Maria is Olamide's sister?
