Michael's pov

It has been a week since those robots came to the mall and we set a trapped to shut them down, and even when Jackson unlocked the portal key out of the computers to find out its secret. My children were playing as I checked up on Jackson to see what's up.

"How's the key coming along Jackson?" I asked
"It's good. But one thing for sure...I don't know what it does or what not it can unlock." He said looking through it
"I wander...didn't you say that it glows when you got it?" I asked
"Yeah your right. I wander how it's not doing it anymore?" He questions while looking at it then Nina came in
"Hey Michael, have you seen jada anywhere? I've been trying to find her to return my headphones for her cell phone." She said
"No. Have you checked in her room?" I asked
"I'll go see. Thanks for giving me that advice." She said after she left then Jackson shook my arm harshly
"Ow! Jackson s-" I got cut off
"It glowed! Wait...it stopped. But how?" We looked at then decide to see if anything happens when we wait
"Maybe we should wait until we come back." I said getting up to leave but wait for him
"Yeah, let's bring the key just in case." Jackson said bringing it with him

My family was coming over to see us for dinner tonight since we got to tell them about what happened weeks ago from those robots that chased us in the mall. I got me and the children even my friends ready to have a night with my family as we wait for them to come as mother came in.

"Hello mother." In said hugging her
"Hello Michael, and I see your friends are back to come visit us again?" She asked
"Yes, how have you all been doing?" I asked them
"We've been fine son. I heard on the news that you and your friends were chased by man who were dressed as...robots?" Mother grew confused by what she saw on the news as I bit my lip
"I think we'll explain to you all." Jackson said as we went to the kitchen where dinner was prepared as we sat down

"Mind telling us how this situation first started?" Jackie asked
"Uh...Jackson?" I asked looking at him
"Oh God...I'll explain. It all started when we came back to school since Christmas break, and we were all eating lunch but then a teacher yelled out 'robots'. We saw the robots come inside our school as they contacted us instead, but luckily I brought my time machine with me in case something happens. Which it did and the time portal brought us back to this time. Now I have to fix it so we can go back home." He said

"So you mean on the news that...they were not joking about the robots?" Jermaine asked
"No! Of course not! This is why I found some technology key inside the computer which told me I have to find a key to unlock something." He said showing it to them
"What does it do?" Joseph asked looking at
"I don't know. When I grabbed it, it was glowing but not anymore till today it glowed...but stopped. I'm confused!" Jackson practically screams
"Okay Jackson calm down! Dang." Ja'Quan said rolling his eyes

After dinner we've decided to chat for awhile and Nina was beside me with her photo album since she wanted to show it to my sister Janet, mother and Joseph.

"Oh these are lovely photos Nina." Mother said
"Thank you."She replied shyly
"Awe, who is that?" Janet said pointing at a little girl

That's name Janet." Nina said and she really does look adorable
"Oh, well who's this girl." She asked

"That's my aunt Hope." Nina replied
"She's very pretty and who is this fine gentleman right here?" Randy asked

"That's my...granddaddy. holding aunt hope as a baby." Nina said but she became sad

"What's the matter?" La'Toya asks
"Well all these photos just bring back memories. If only if he hadn't died he could've met Jasmine my baby sister, who been born to the world that he haven't got a chance to meet her." She said as I felt heartbroken

"Oh I'm sorry dear." Mother said as she closed the book
"Did he ever called you anything?" Tito asks
"I remember he called me his rabbit. I was always his rabbit."She replied as a smile cam up to her face

I then felt someone shook my arm.

"Michael it's glowing!GLOWING!" Jackson cheers scaring Vashaun
"Boy calm down!" He yells
"I'm serious its glowing!" He says as we look in 'awe'
"How's it doin  that?" Charlie asked
"I don't know it just happened." He said then I took it and it was still glowing and I decide to give it a test
"Let me see...it has to be someone who can make it glow and I don't get how...it can be like...it can sense someone's presence when it glows. I'm testing it okay." I said

First I went to mother, Joseph, and Janet, Blanket, Prince,Paris but no touch of glow.
Second Jermaine, Tito, Jackie,Randy, and Marlon but no sight of glow.
Third Jackson, Ja'Quan, Kyree, Vashuan, and Charlie but not a single glow yet.

ourth were the girls Delexus, La'Toya, Rebbie, Jada and Nina but no g-wait! It glow to Nina!

"Nina it's you! Your glowing the portal key!" I said as everything went silent
