AVNI : (confused) Riya how is it possible...(suddenly her phone rings)

AVNI :(lifting the call...) yes sir....I am coming...

SATISH :(angryily): Sunliya.....hogai tasalli.....yeh hai aapke super talented Ali......teek hai bhai...achai bhai ...yeh hi sab kar saktha hai....Arey yeh Ali...iske bharose mein channel chalaunga.....sab kuch doobh jayega mera....yeh bandha agar bathroom mein bhi ganna gayega na....tho Neil ko dass baar puchega  ki mai neeche khada ho ke gaau..... ya upar.....aur meri awaz kesi aarahi......Aur iss Ali ko tum chahathi ho ki mein Neil ka purana slot  de du....Tum esa soch bhi kese sathi ho.....Avniji jisko jangar dhabe pe baaith ne ki aidat hai na......woh kabhi rajdhani pe nahi chad skatha.....agar hum un logon ko kurci pe bhitadhe na tho voh log us kurci ke jhaad puch karenge......us pe baith ke raaj nahi kar sakthe.....ese log hothe hai yeh.....tomorrow morning exactly at 9:00am I want to record my new show...you just think what you will do....Neil ke takkar mein neil jaisa hi aadmi chahiye na ki uska assistant.....samajh me ayyi..(he leaves angrily....Avni also leaves from there....)

(Actually all these harsh words of satish have been heard by Ali and Neil.....Neil gets angry and Ali feels bad.....)

NEIL :(in anger..):Mai tho issko....Ruk....

ALI : Neil bhai .... listen to me...

NEIL:(angrily): how dare he talk about you like that....

ALI : Bhai leave it na ....you dont get angry....We will practice you sit here.....

( Avni is sitting in her cabin and thinking....Riya is also there...)

RIYA : what happened maam ....you look tensed...

AVNI : From how many years are you working here Riya......

RIYA : (confused) Maam...... From one and a half year .....

RIYA : Why what happened maam....

(Avni smiles and goes towards Riya ...she takes the thank you card and shows her....)

AVNI : (smiling) This card ...

RIYA :(stammering): woh ...

AVNI : tell me the truth .....I wont tell anyone....you only put this card here na....

RIYA: (putting her head down nervously): Yes maam....

AVNI :(smiling)...So from when do you love Ali.....(Riya smiles...) ...and he...

RIYA : (sadly)Maam he tho doesnt even know anything about me......Pyaar tho duur ka Sapna hai......and Maam please dont say all this to anyone....

AVNI :relax I wont .....(smiling) ..I know Ali from past 9 years....I cant believe that finally there is someone who really likes him...(laughs)....college mein bilkul dhakan tha.....na tab uski koyi girlfriend thi....na ab hai.....but I am really very happy for him......

(Avni recollects initial days in college.....)

( Avni and her friend Sneha are in library...)

(suddenly they hear someone clearing their throat......she see Ali)

ALI : Can I sit here please...

SNEHA : (excitedly): Offcourse pleasure is ours.....(she sees Avni glaring her).....okay pleasure is mine....please sit....(Ali sits between Avni and Sneha....Avni is engrossed in studying....)

ALI :(nervously to Avni): Aap ne us din woh class mein notes banaye the kya......( Avni ignores)....See mai yaha par aapke taang keechne nahi aye hai.....Humara proper intro hua hi nahi (giving his hand to Avni )...I am Ali...(Avni ignores...)

SNEHA : (shaking his hand): Sneha....(Ali smiles )

ALI: (to Avni): Aap Bhopal se hai na.....Bhopal mai konsi jagah......

AVNI :(politely) woh...woh...budwara se...(Avni gets up and goes to gets some books)

ALI :(excited following her): Budwara.....aap ko pata hai budwara mein jo nadhi hai na...us ke pass humara Nanni ka  ghar hai....mujhe woh jagah bohot pasand hai.....I love Bhopal ...especially waha ka mossam.....(Avni is busy searching some book)....

ALI:(nervously): I really hope ...aap humse upset nahi hai.....hum log na... bohot harmlessly masti karthe hai.....aur Neil...woh mera bohot purana dost hai....aur vishwas maniye...Neil dil ka na bilkul bura nahi hai....bas thoda sa bachpana hai usme.......aur kuch bhi nahi......I think I need to leave now....but I wanted to tell one thing that....aapko khabi bhi aur khahi bhi kisi bhi cheez ka jarurat ho na...aap haame yaadh kar sakthe hai.....ek doosth ke naathe.....hum chalthe hai....(he leaves).....

(Sneha come there excited puts hand on her shoulder)

SNEHA : (teasing Avni): Madam....aap cheez kya hai haaa....phehele tho college ka sable hot  aur badmash ladka aap ka violin teacher bantha hai.....aur ab sabse shareef ladka ...aap ka dost.....(smilin)...ho kya raha hai......

AVNI : (seriously and politely ):I didn't come here to make any friends ....I came here to study.....I have only my dreams with me....and nothing else.....my mom and my bua lived a very problematic life to bring me up till here......and now after coming out from my small house in Bhopal....I want to give them a good and happy life....I want to fulfil all their wishes and needs before they say....All are not born in rich homes like Neil.....and not lucky like him.....kuch nahi kar sakthe Sneha .....Mai yaha sirf apna career bananne ayyi hu....mujhe kisi ladke se koyi Matlab nahi hai....fir chahe woh Neil jaise bura ladka ho...yaa Ali jaisa accha.........

( On the other side when Ali comes out of the library Neil and Juhi catch him red handed...)

NEIL :(catching Ali's collar): Ho kya raha hai Saale ha......ho kya raha hai...main baccha aur tujhe maturity mai noble prize milni chahiye tha na....(acting to hit him)

ALI: Kasam se ham us ke paas esse hi gaye the....

JUHI :(holding his hair) Bass ese hi Gaye the.......Blush kar...blush bush...

NEIL: Kya sochatha haa....Neil khush hoga....Shabhashi dega....haa....(Juhi removes his glasses)

ALI:  Juhi mujhe kuch dik nahi raha hai.....

JUHI: Kuch dhikayi dene ki jarurat nahi hai beta.......(they both tickle him)

ALI: Asa kuch bhi nahi hai....hum kasam se...hum us ke paas ese hi gaye the.....

NEIL: Woh dushman hai hamari.....woh khabhi hamari dosth nahi ban sakthi ....samjha.....

(They keep hitting and tickling Ali jovially)

NEIL: Kammene us ladki ke sapne dekhega haaa.....

ALI: Bhai...kya kar raha hai lag gaye gi....

NEIL: Woh bhi use akudu ke.....us drama queen ke......

JUHI: Sahi keh raha hai tu Neil...

ALI : Yaar mera chasma toot jayega....

NEIL: Kya keh raha hai...chasma.....aaj todh tha hu ruk....

JUHI : Chasma ....todne de...

ALI: Juhi kya yaar...tu bhi paagal ho gayi hai kya....

NEIL: Kya samjhthi hai woh apne aap ko.....topper kya ban gayi....baaki pure college bewakoof hai.......haa hu Mai lucky....Jab bhagwan mujhe bana raha tha na bhagwaan ko patha tha ki kuch special ban raha hai ...isseliye mujhe sab kuch special diya....

JUHI: Aur us Ms Akudu ko

NEIL:(laughs): Usse.....Ms Akudu ko.....Jab bhagwan uss Ms Akudu ko bana rahe the naa.....aadhe mein hi patha chal gaya tha ki kuch gadbad hai....issliye bhagwan kudh hi pareshaan ho gaye the ki....kare kya isska....(laughs)

(FLASHBACK END)

(Ayesha sees her tensed)

(Avni's phone rings she picks out up)

AVNI: Yes Sir...

SATISH: Avniji see....the. person whom I have finalised na...he has so much talent....Ab hammare pass option hai....Ab hum Neil ke khali slot per Bhajan nahi chalane padhega.....ya phir aapka supertalented Ali......Agar woh haa nahi kartha....tho mai usse Neil wale slot pe daal dunga.....ya phir aap apni faisla badalenge ...ki Neil ko apni purane slot dede...

AVNI : No sir.....You put your selected singer in Neil's old slot....Bye..(she cuts the call)

AYESHA:(gets coffee for Avni)....Iss stress ka naan Neil hai kya.....did he do something again....

AVNI: No Bua....for a change this stress is not because of Neil....Its work related stress....

AYESHA: Really Avni.....tere office mein Neil se bhi badkar koi aur stress ho saktha hai....Avni yeh ladka teri zindigi mein sirf tension hi la saktha hai.....kabhi kissi cheez ka solution nahi......chal ab bohot ho gaya kaam.... ab so jaa beta....teek hai....good night...(she goes)

AVNI:(thinks to herself): Aakhir kon hoga joh iss samay meri madath kar saktha hai.........(she picks up her phone and thinks)....Essa kon hoga joh Ali ko convince kar saktha hai......(She keeps scrolling through her contacts.....she sees Neil's name)......Neil........

AVNI:(calls Neil): Hello Neil......

( Next morning in the office in the recording studio )

(Avni enters..)

SATISH:(happily)..Arey Avniji kya kammal ka talent dhoond ke nikala meinne.....aap pagal ho jayenge.....(Avni sees some new singer)...Arey yeh heera hai heeraa.......agar aap iski awwaz sunengi tho aap khi kho jayengi.....So Mỹ new rockstar Kiran...please start......

(Kiran adjusts everything and starts singing......all are impressed by his singing.....he is singing Goolaabi ankhe.....)

(Suddenly Neil comes from the other side playing and singing along Kiran.....Neil keeps on sings moving towards him.....Kiran feels that he is caught and stops singing....Neil keeps on singing the song...All are shocked seeing Neil there....)

NEIL:(to Kiran ): Film ka naam ..The train...year 1970.....music director RD Barman.....Kiran jaise log seekne ke liye aur sunne ke liye bahut achhe hai....par apni aur iss channel ka pehechan bannane ke liye zaroori hai...ki hum apne gaanne khud banaye....Originality naam ki ek chidiya hothi hai....jiska shikar nahi kiya jatha....sirf palla jatha hai....(Kiran puts his head down in shame).....(Neil looks at Avni..).....Ali.....(Ali comes in)...

NEIL:(to Ali): Ali come inside...(Ali comes in nervously).....(Neil puts hand on his shoulder)....Sab logo ne bohot ungliya utthai hai tere uppar....(seeing Satish)...Jawab dena tho bantha hai na......(Neil gives his guitar)...isse pakad....aur rocking jawab dena haaa........(Neil smiles at Ali...while Ali nods)....(Avni and Riya smile seeing this)

SATISH:(To Kiran):Tu mujhe bewakoof samajtha hai.....chilli choor....get out nikalo isse....(Kiran leaves).....

( Neil looks at Avni and signs her to see Ali and smiles...)...

(Ali starts playing guitar and sings....he sings with all his heart ..the recording starts......all are impressed to see his talent...)

(Neil sees Avni smiling and staring at him.....She sees him seeing her...and she leaves from there.....Neil smiles....)

ALI:(in show recording): Hairaan hai na ....aap mujhe yaha dhek kar.....dont worry ...neil ne apna chehera nahi badla hai......mai hu Ali...aaj se Mai hi milunga aapko yaha par.....so geeth tho honge hi lekin ek twist ke sath.....jantha hu ki Neil ab tak iss time slot pe aap ka dil jeethe ayya hai....mai...mai Ali aap se wadha kartha hu ki mein puri koshish karunga.....ki aap logon ka dil na todhu.....so please dekthe rehiye Groove channel.....Raat 9:00 ko Ali aap se milega...aur raat 11:00 ko Neil......CUT IT...(the recording ends)...

AVNI:(irritated)..(pushes him back)...you know what Neil....tumhari yahi harkhathe tumhe ghatiya aur insensitive insaan banatha hai..(shouts)...Arey we both work for the same company....And company was in crisis.......I didn't take any personal favour from you....I took a professional favour....mind you..... I took a professional favour from you......thinking that you will keep our ego aside and help the company....(Neil keeps smiling)....Mr Sahini ne kisko select kiya....deekha hai tumne...tum chahathe ho ki tumhare khali slot pe eesa koyi insaan perform Kare.....ha...(she glares at him angrily...while he keeps smiling...she gets more irritated...)...What are you staring at me....Company ke liye tum ithana bhi nahi kar sakthe ho...(she shouts)

NEIL:(smiling and sying dramatically...)...Ha ..Ha ...Mein ne jo kiya company ke liye kiya....company ne jo kiya woh mere liye kiya....aur mein joh bhi karunga.... company ke liye karunga....mein ne bhi sare norms paddhe hue hai....par......yaar ek baar aur bol do naa...(smiling and irritating her).....please ...mere  liye....bolo na....ek baar..phir se bol do......acha company ke liye he bol do......bolo tho sahi...(Avni takes a deep breath getting irritated)....

AVNI: (saying angrily ) Neil mujhe tamari help chahiye.....tum Ali ko convince karo ....mujhe Ali us slot mai chahiye....sirf tum hi use convince kar sakthe ho....please meri help karo.....

NEIL:(clapping smiling) : Bohot badiya ....bohot badiya....mazza aagaya.....thand pad gayi kasam se....tumhe tho word by word yaad hai yaar...by god....par....par ek problem hai......choti si.....choti si problem hai.....woh jasshbaath nahi hai yaar......woh tumne pehele kaha tha na.....woh tumhare ek ek shabh mein se woh....jasshbaath tapak rahe the na....waise hi bolo na ek baar...bolo na...(coming close to her)

AVNI:(irritated shouts): Hogaya tumhara.....ab jao yaha se.....

NEIL: Jaunga na ....Zaroor jaunga.....magar ek baath kehini thi......hisaab .......barabar......(glaring at her)

AVNI :(glaring at him): Kaisa hisaab....

NEIL: yaad hai tumhe ....mai ne kaha tha....mai kisi ka essan nahi raktha.....Elton sir ke case mein...tumne meri help karke....mere uppar ek esaan kiya tha....aur aaj Ali wale case mein...tumhari help karke...meinne woh esaan jukha liya......(laughing coming towards her)..agaar satthu ......Ali ke jagah kisse joker ko bitha detha na......tho sab se pehele tumhari naak kaththi...(says touching her nose....while she pushes his hand angrily)....tho mai ne tumhari naak....aur tumhari noukari....dono bachai hai ...tho....baath khatam....hisaab barabar......aur hamari kahani jaha se shuru hui thi na....ab yahi wappas aa gayi.....So..Welcome maam....(he laughs smirks and smiles)

AVNI:(angrily )...Itina besharam ho na.....inborn talent hai.... ya ...classes leye hai kahi se.....

NEIL:(smiling)..Ah..ha..ha..no gift mein mila hai tumse.....

(Both keep glaring each other)

(Suddenly Riya comes into Avni's cabin calling Avni....)

RIYA: Maam Nishi Maam hás called everyone to the conference room....woh Ali ki jeeth ko celebrate karne ke liye.....(Neil smiles at Avni...Avni ignores and leaves...)...Neil Sir you also come naa....

NEIL: You go I will come...(smiling)..__

(In office hall...all are congratulating Ali..)

(Avni hugs Ali...)

AVNI: Congrats Ali...

ALI: thanks Avni...

AVNI: (smiling ) cake kathne ke liye itna time math lagana...jithna decision mein liya tha...(laughs)

(All ask Ali to cut the cake....But Ali sees that Neil is not there...)

SATISH: What happened ...whom are you waiting for...

ALI: nahi sir ...woh..(suddenly Neil comes there smiling)

(Neil smiles at Ali and signs him to cut the cake..Ali smiles and cuts the cake...)

(Ali cuts the cake...All happily clap...)

(Ali first goes and happily feeds cake to Neil....neil also happily feeds him cake....They both hug...all clap seeing their friendship.......)

( Neil in Satish ears..)

NEIL: Cake ke saath...saath apni woh  galath faimi bhi   kha lena ki Ali kisi layak nahi hai....(Satish smiles)

SATISH:(smiling to all): Bhai..yeh tumhari dosth ki nayi life ka...happy birthday cake hai....yay...(all clap)

(Ali feeds everyone cake..,....Riya blushes when he feeds her....)

(Avni and Neil keep glaring each other...)

(Satish with Neil comes to Avni)

SATISH :(smiling to avni) Avniji....kal jo baathe suna raha tha na aapko...woh mere hero ne talk back pe sunn liya tha(implying  Neil)...mera bachu bura maan gaya tha..(implying Ali...)...(to Ali)..Arey buddy ....esa hai ki mai bhi dil ka soft aadmi hu....tu bai dil ka soft aadhmi hai...so beech mein yeh hard feeling kya...(he laughs)

ALI: nahi sir ...no hard feelings...All okay...(Satish smiles)

NEIL:(putting hand on Satish shoulder..) (smiling)...Satthu sir ....just chill...ab mein kisi cheez ka bura nahi manunga....(seeing Avni)..Mujhe aapki ....brilliant...efficient CEO ne sikhaya hai ki company ko apne se uppar samajna ...bohot jaruri hai...(raising eyebrows to Avni....and winks at her..and smiles....)....right maam.....

( Avni glares at him while he keeps smirking and smiling)
