1. First of all, download topaz here https://www.topazlabs.com/downloads (link is on the external link)

2. Now, go to your preferences menu in Photoshop and select Plug-ins.

3. Enable the Additional Plug-ins Folder option then click Choose.

4. After that, please navigate to: C: \ Program Files and select the Topaz Labs folder.

5. Then click OK to save this back to Photoshop.

6. Back in photoshop, click OK to save your changes, then close photoshop.

7. Open photoshop again and go to your filter menu. You should be able to access Topaz.

8. Enter the license key activation by clicking menu -> enter key -> type out 127959-100530-974590-660869-964087
