I think that Mandy Rose has evolved from just being athletic eye candy to a very good wrestler who can carry the weight of being a champion. She's a credible ring performer now

I never liked Mandy. I've disliked her since Tough Enough. I don't think I'll ever like her honestly.

As for getting better in the ring, I'll give you that. She has gotten better. Good enough to carry a division by being champion? Debatable.
