((I know ya'll gonna make this kinky smh-))

Katsuki Bakugou was dead. At least, that's what everyone thought. He was once again kidnapped by the League, but this time he never came back. Officials had conducted a full scale investigation, but nothing came up. For about a year, Katsuki was deemed as a missing persons case until they found a burned corpse that resembled his DNA structure and teeth patterns. They did multiple autopsies and concluded it was a quirk failure death.

But the corpse wasn't his. They had only cloned him to get the officials off the case. As for the burns, it was indeed Katsuki who set them off. For the average person, it would be quite terrifying to burn yourself alive, but over the months, Katsuki had become numb. So numb. The only feelings he was expected was rage and ruthlessness, so he provided.

Now, you might be wondering why Katsuki would have ever agreed to join the League in the first place. The last time he was kidnapped, he displayed fierce loyalty to the hero track. This time, a new threat had arrived. He had fallen in love, married even. The League promised to destroy his husband and slaughter the one he loved. Katsuki could never let any harm come to his lover. Ever.

Shoto Todoroki, the passionate and determined fighter. Once fully rejecting his father's power until someone close to him reminded him that it was his power. Shoto was shaken up when he found out about Katsuki's kidnapping. He was hopeful that Katsuki would pull through due to his stubbornness, so he wasn't too worried. As the year wore on, Shoto grew more and more worried for his lover. Then the report came out, headlining that the man he loved was dead. For the first year after the incident, Shoto was in pure disbelief to the whole situation. He had been going to intense therapy for a long three years before he finally accepted the fact that Katsuki was dead.

Presently, the League's activity had been spiking the past month. Shoto decided to investigate this sudden leap, knowing that the League was a dangerous threat. On top of that, he knew that Katsuki had been last left in the League's hands. At this point he had accepted Katsuki's death, so he was on a slight bend for revenge at the moment. He wanted clarity as well. The police had held back a lot from the public, even the heroes had limited knowledge. Naturally, the society had accumulated many rumors regarding the death of Ground Zero. Some were quite far fetched, while others seemed more reasonable.

Shoto was sitting at home, watching the news when a segment came up about a robbery that had just occurred. Pictured was a male dressed in all black running from the store. All that they could see for his physical description was just pale skin and an eye. Shoto looked at the picture for a moment and gasped. He ran to his closet and threw on his hero outfit, running out of the house as fast as he could. By the time he reached the location, it was already too late. The culprit was nowhere in sight and police had already arrived. After a quick discussion with the police captain, Shoto was allowed to run through the back allies of the city in search for the male.

He rounded a corner and saw someone running there. He pressed a hand to the ground and sent a wave of ice to trap them. The person grunted out a few curses before firing off their quirk to break free. A large explosion could be heard as they activated it, a fiery red color emitting from their palm. It shattered the ice, and then they were off again. Shoto was frozen in place for a moment, but it wasn't due to his quirk. He took after them once more, but didn't see anyone once he rounded into a dead end. He furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, there was no way someone could have escaped from here.

Suddenly a large weight could be felt on his back, throwing him to the ground. Shoto scuttled around, only to be straddled to the ground by his hips. He felt an hand around his neck and he placed his hand over their wrist, creating a coating of ice in an attempt to shake them free. He could barely breathe, but as he cracked his eye open, his heart stopped. A bright glowing could be seen emitting from the person's palm, as if a warning. From atop Shoto, they chuckled. "Good to see you again, babe.." they cooed. Tears bubbled up in Shoto's eyes and he managed a, "K-Katsu-" before cut off by a choking noise. The grip only tightened as Shoto struggled. "Honestly, how long has it been?" the boy took a moment to hum to himself. "Four- Five years?"
