1. Tell me a little about yourself.

- My fullname is Nguyen Quoc Vinh

- I’m twenty-four years old and now I live in HP city with my family.

- I studied industrial electrical engineering in VietNam Maritime University and graduated seven months ago.

- After that, I’ve worked as a project assitant for New Beginning for children in Hai Phong.

- In my freetime, I like play sports with my friends, reading story or novel and learning english. => What kind sport do you like? I like play football, basketball or badminton. I used to play in defender position in my class team when I studied university.

What did you do when you worked as project assistant.

Well, New beginning for children is a special project and it is a part of World Vision VietNam organization. It was executed from 2000 at 4 district: Hong Bang, Ngo Quyen, Kien An and Thuy Nguyen. VietNam World Vision is development organization and I work to creat lasting change in the lives of children, families and community. I assist community with many programs in health, education, economic development, disability children and capacity building.

Why don’t  you continue your  work in wolrd vision vietnam?

Because they only sign contract with me 3 months. I was casual staff. And now the contract was ended. So I want to find a new job.

2. What are your strengths?

My strongest trait /treit/ are

- assiduous /ə'sidjuəs/ Siêng năng, chuyên cần

- enthusiastic/ɛnθuziæstɪk/ nhiệt tình

- and always try my best to complete the work

3. What are your weaknesses?

- I feel my English ability is my weaknest trait

- But this is only a temporary /tɛmpərɛri/ problem

- I often spend an hour to study english everyday

- And I hope I can speak english fluently next 6 months.

4. What are your short term goals?

- My short term goal is to find a position where I can use the knowledge and strengths that I have

- Besides I want to learn applications different software that might help in my work

5. What are your long term goals?

- I want a special career that I can be proud of

- I don’t want a regular career

6. What do you want to be doing five years from now?

- Now I really enjoy work as a electrical engineering

- But in the future I want to become a manager

7. If you could change one thing about your personality, what would it be and why?

- To me, success means to have a goal

- steps to implement that goal

- finally complete it on time

9. What does failure mean to you?

- failure is when I do not reach my goal

- But I think If I fail in my job, I can learn more experience from that mistake

- Maybe it helps me not to repeat them

10. Are you an organized person?

- I’m a very organized person

- I like to know exactly what I’m going to do for the day and the week

- By doing so, I can work better

- Important decisions are made by knowledge through informations and experiences.

- The first, I’ll gather all the informations which I can find

- Then I apply my knowledge and experiencea to analyze that informations

- With this combination, I belive I’ll make the correct important decisions

15. Do you work well under pressure?

- I work well under pressure because I use the pressure to help me work more efficiently

Bonus: How much monthly salary do you want to get?

Uhm, I want to get about three and a half milion vietnam dong. I think it consitent with my ability.
