I think I'm just gonna spam AU talks for a while lmao

Anyway uhhh I'm gonna change the format of these chapters, instead of listing bullet points I'm just gonna ramble about the AU

Just,, the format is whatever I feel like the format should be- 

So the Originals AU is the newest one, and it's pretty fucking cool. If I remember correctly, Dancer was the one who came up with this idea. 

In this AU, the challenge to determine which show gets cancelled ends in a tie somehow(since there's an odd number of contestants at that time). I think one of the mini challenges would just end in an impasse, forcing the challenge to end with no winners.

The two controllers come to a compromise. Brawl-OTO and Battle-OTO would combine to make a new show, and start a new season. The contestants who won their challenges(Shieldy, Shelly, Boat, Baguette, Straw, Frozen Treat, Coffee, Present, and Frankfurter) compete, as well as all the previously eliminated contestants. 

Yes I know "but what about the mini challenge that ended in a tie?" Let's just say they picked the Battle-OTO counterpart to compete in the new show.

AlI the new contestants memories are erased. But for some reason, the Battle-OTO contestants memories aren't. We(Dancer and I) don't have a reason for this yet :/ Maybe everyone's memories are indeed erased, but something happens that brings them back? Can you,, even remember something that was literally erased from your mind- Logically, no.

Maybe they get senses of deja vu?? That still wouldn't work though.

Instead, the Battle-OTO contestants are sworn to secrecy. For some reason they agree to go along with this. The contestants who aren't competing are frozen with their memories still intact, and the new show begins. 

What would the new show be called, Battle and Brawl? It has a nice ring to it. I like that name lmao

So the cast is made up of Scissors, Pear, Pizza, Pinecone, Boombox, Big Orange Chicken, Frozen Treat, Straw, Boat, Coffee, Baguette, Frankfurter, Shelly, and Shieldy. So with this new season and the two co-hosts(Controlly and Controller), I think there is a LOT of opportunities for new character development(as we only see peeks of personality from the Battle-OTO contestants). 

Like, is Frozen Treat as condescending as Popsicley? Would she treat Shelly in the same way? And remember Battle-OTO contestants still have their memories, so would they view their counterparts as friends, or painful reminders, or even enemies? I guess it would just depend on the character.

How does erasing memories even work- Holy shit there's a lot of gray areas I can't wrap my head around this. Obviously some of them go farther back than BOTO, how could all traces of their friends just be gone? How would they even remember if their brain was literally altered to not have any remembrance of their friends?? 

Okay and you know what god there's also a lot of opportunity for new character interactions. Would the Battle-OTO contestants be weird around the Brawl-OTO contestants because they know what happened? I imagine some Battle-OTO contestants would pity the situation their counterparts are in, and maybe take the place of their frozen friends?

Or maybe some of them let little hints slip to try to jolt the memories of the Brawl-OTO contestants.

Let's see..I suppose the elimination order would be similar. Hm.

Wait dude it would be so cool if the Battle-OTO contestants had enough and told the Brawl-OTO contestants everything that happened. The latter was untrusting at first, but then after seeing the frozen chambers(among other things) they lead a rEVOLUTION-

Or yknow, Controlly and Controller get away with their little intervention. Obviously the frozen contestants are released, but their memories are most likely erased too. Kind of a depressing ending though.
