Beth's POV

I've ignored most of the conversation until Finn asks the two boys, now known as Monty and Jasper, what they did to get arrested.

"Poison Sumac isn't the only herd in the garden if you know what I mean." Monty says. I smirk the got arrested for drugs, damn if I knew them then.

"Someone forgot to replace what we took." Jasper says, shooting Monty a look. I shake my head at them.

"Someone has apologized, like, a million times." Monty says.

"Who cares no, we're on Earth." I say.

"So Beth Kane, what did you do to get in the skybox?" Jasper asks me.

I look away, "I stole something, very important, and my dad caught me with it, and a bottle of moonshine." I say then walk up towards Finn.

"So... Octavia, what'd they get you for?" Jasper asks.

Octavia's expression grows cold. "Being born." She says then skips ahead of us to where Clarke is.

"That is so not game." I hear Monty mutter to Jasper. I roll my eyes and walk up to where Finn Octavia and Clarke are bending over. I bend over between Clarke and Finn to see what the three were looking at.

A deer, it was beautiful. It was eating to grass in the small clearing.

"No animals huh?" Finn asks Clarke. He goes to move forward slightly but steps on a stick making the deer's head snap up, revealing it's ugly secret. It had a second head. We all gasp and watch as it runs away.

We soon continue our walk to the mountain, when Octavia and I come across a river, we smirk at each other, having the same idea. I take off my jacket, t-shirt, boots and jeans, leaving me in my tank top and underwear. I set my bag next to my clothes, along with my pocket knife. "God I love Earth." I hear Jasper say. I smirk.

"Octavia, Beth, what the hell are you doing?" Clarke asks but they don't answer as they both look towards the water then nod at each other. They both jump in the water at the same time.

"Beth, Octavia, we can't swim." Monty says.

"But we can stand." Beth says with a smirk as she stands up.

"Beth, Octavia. Get out of the water." Jasper says looking at something farther away.

I look and see something swimming towards us. I push Octavia away right as it grabs my leg. I scream as it pulls me under water. I try to fight it off but it doesn't let go. I hear a splash from above water. The beast lets go of me and to whatever that was. As I was trying to get to shore, it grabs Octavia, which causes her to scream. "Octavia!" I yell and try to reach her. It lets go of her after another splash. I grab onto her and try and get her to shore with Finn and Jasper that had also happened to jump into help us. We get to the shore. Octavia hugs me and Jasper, thanking us.

I look down at my leg. "Well that's not pretty." I say to the large gash on my leg. I look over at Octavia's and notice it was almost as bad as mine.

Clarke rips parts of Jaspers shirt and ties it around Octavia's wound. She does the same with a piece of Finn's shirt. Finn helps me walk back to a small clearing were we finally stopped and are making camp for the night before trying to find mount Weather tomorrow.

I throw my bag, which I still haven't found out what my dad put in there, on the ground and lay my head on it. I use my jacket as a small blanket. I soon sit there while everyone else is asleep.

I groan and sit up against a tree with my bag now in my lap. I take out my clothes I was wearing in the skybox and look to see what else was in the bag. A map, a lighter, a gun. Woah, wait my dad gave mea gun? Damn, is it opposite day. I look more in the bag and notice on extra clip for the gun. Along with a note. I'll read the note tomorrow. I put everything back in the bag the way to was before, making sure no one saw the gun. I lay back down and soon fall asleep.

This was not how I expected Earth to be.
