Jeremy whistled the tune to 'Waving Through a Window' as he turned the block towards Michael's house. He had a bag full of junk food, candy, and hyper-caffeinated drinks. It was around eight in the morning and Michael was most likely asleep, and wouldn't be awake for another hour, so Jeremy had decided to surprise him. As he neared Michael's house he waved to Mrs.Mell as she backed out of the driveway, she then rolled down her window as Jeremy approached.

"Hi honey~!" She smiled, "Can I help you?"

"Oh- I-I'm just here for Michael." Jeremy smiled, red collecting at his cheeks.

"Aw, alright, nothing too naughty!" She winked, pulling the car into the street.

"Wouldn't dream of it!" Jeremy chuckled as she drove away, the blush, creeping through his cheeks and nose, now considerably noticeable. He knew Mrs.Mell was teasing him, she always did to get a reaction, but he could never take her completely unserious.

Jeremy shook his head, clearing his mind best he could, and then heading for the front door. He wasn't surprised when it was unlocked but he knocked very lightly, as to not notify Michael of his existence, but to keep up his streak of knocking before entering the Mell household. He then proceeded up the stairs and towards Michael's room. Slowly opening the door he took in a breath to let out a scream, as to scare the living shit out of Michael. However, he was nowhere to be seen, and the comforter was messily clumped at the edge of the bed- signifying that Michael had gotten up. This was unusual, as he was a huge fan of sleeping in, despite when Jeremy spammed him with texts in the morning, as per usual. Jeremy turned around and strode down the hallway, stopping at the entrance to the bathroom, the door left slightly ajar. He started pushing it the rest of the way open until he exposed quite the sight.

Michael froze when he turned to see the face of Jeremy, a mascara brush held up to his eyelashes, though his eyes were popping currently just at the sight of his other half. The brush dropped to the ground.

"M-Michael?" Jeremy began, before noticing the freshly brushed makeup start to run down the cheeks of Michael's face as warm tears escaped the corner of the boy's eyes, "Michael!" Jeremy looked around and grabbed a bag of Makeup wipes, quickly pulling one out and pressing it to either of Michael's cheeks, "What's wrong?" He frowned.

Michael shakily brushed Jeremy's hand away, shaking his head and taking a step back, "D-Don't look." He whimpered.

"...Why?" Jeremy sighed.

Michael started rubbing at the lipstick he had applied and splashing water into the fake blush that tinted his natural skin-tone.

Jeremy immediately grabbed his wrists and pulled his hands away from his face, "W-well don't wipe it off!"

"B-but you'll think I look stupid." Michael sniffled.

"Why would I think that?" Jeremy rubbed his thumb along the back of Michael's hand, comfortingly.

"B-because only girls wear makeup."

"Michael." Jeremy rested his hand on Michael's cheek, "You wear whatever you so please," Jeremy smiled fondly at the vulnerable boy as Michael pressed his face to Jeremy's hand, "You'll look beautiful no matter your appearance."

Michael felt the tears that stung at his eyes fall, smiling in return to Jeremy, "I love you." He sniffled, wiping his face with the sleeve of his hoodie.

"Always and forever." Jeremy murmured, pecking Michael's cheek, causing both the boys to share the same hue of red as their skin-tone.

"Yeah." Michael nodded.

"Now," Jeremy grinned, "Do me! Do me! I wanna have blue lipstick!" Jeremy squeaked excited.

"You are seriously the cutest dork in history Jer," Michael tapped a kiss to his head, grabbing the blue lipstick.

"A cute dork with blue lipstick~"

"Exactly." Michael began applying.
