Out of the group of sleeper cells only two are left inside...But neither Karan knows how many are there, nor Monami...

He takes out his gun and walks through the door...He passed the door, and as soon as he does...A man from behind hits him with a heavy wooden stick on his back...He wanted to hit on his head but fortunately it hit on his back...His gun fell from his hands...

Karan - aaahhh

Karan winced, turned around and took the stick from his hands, kicking him to make him fall...He finally hits him on his head with the same stick...He bends to pick up his gun, and he hears a gunshot...💥

It was like the earth beneath his feet shifted...He looked up and he could only utter a single word...

Karan - Mo..naamii

It was like his heart stopped beating...And all he could hear was that gunshot...The time stopped for him for few seconds and echo of the gunshot was all he could hear...The rest of world went shut for him...🥺

Flashback -

As soon as Monami heard about the kid she ran back in without getting noticed by anyone...

She makes her way in...Hidding she runs back to the room where civilians were held captive...She entered the room and saw a little boy crying in corner...She ran to him and hugged him...

Monami - Bacha mein aa gai baby...Ssshh rona band karo...Ssshh...aap ro oge toh vo bad men aa jayenge... Pls chup ho jao...Mein aapko aapki mumma pass leke jaungi

The kid eventually calmed down a little when Monami kept him in her embrace...Then Monami checked outside...No one was there so she signaled the kid to quickly come in her arms...She got him up in her arms and was walking out... Just then a man came infront of her... Monami's heart skipped a beat seeing him...She got the kid down shivering and she hides him behind her...

The man - Toh tum log the Jo yaha itna shor macha rhe ho...Humare logo ko maar rhe ho...Ab mein tumhe ni chodhunga...He presses a button on his watch...Ab btata hu tujhe...Ab teri vajah se mujhe iss bache ko bhi maarna padega

He laughed an evil laugh and pointed his gun down at the kid...The kid froze in his place and Monami without any second thoughts she covered the kid in a reflex...And in that chaos...The man suddenly shoots his shot... And the bullet hits Monami's leg...She cried in pain...

Monami - Aaahhhh 

Back to present - 

Monami shouted as the bullet hit her but Karan couldn't here anything except the ringing in his ears and the sound of the gunshot echoing in his ears...Karan quickly got up with shaky legs and walked inside...

What he saw -

He saw that Monami was about to kneel down on the floor and the man was just gonna shoot her again...Karan within seconds got out of his trance and shot him on his head and ran towards Monami...

Karan - Monami... monamiii

He catched her in his arms and Pats her face...

Karan - Monami... Monami tum thk ho?? 

Monami - Ka..karan mein thk hu

Karan looked at the kid who was breathing heavily seeing all the scenario infront of him...He was still frozen on one place...He scaned him, he was okay...He wasn't shot...

Karan - Monami tumhe goli lagi?? Kaha lagi h btao... Btao mujhe Monami

He couldn't stop his tears from falling...Monami took a deep breath and said...

Monami - Karan time ni hai...Chalo nikle...Mein thk hu

Karan - Monami mujhe btao tumhe goli kaha lagi h??

The kid still breathing heavily, points towards her leg...Karan quickly lowers his gaze and looks at her leg...He touches her leg and saw blood on his hands...He winced and panicked...

Karan - Monami 🥺

He quickly took out his hankarcheif and wrapped it around her leg...He forwards his hand to the kid, calling him to come...The kid with shivering legs came near him...Karan wrapped his arms around him...As soon as the kids breath calmed, he gently lifts Monami up and supporting her, they start walking out...He again takes out his gun and by checking the place, they were walking out...The kid was hell scared and walking slow, so Karan took him in his arms...

Monami - Karan jaldi nikalo tum...Issey bahar nikalo pehle

Karan - Mein niklu toh aise bol rhi ho jaise khud yhi rehne wali ho

Monami - Karan pls, uss bande ne shyd koi button dabaya tha

Karan - He was shocked... Konsa button??

Monami - I donno karan but may be

At the same time they both spoke the same thing and looked at eachother with shocked eyes...

Karan / Monami - Bomb

Monami was limping from the gunshot and just to support her, Karan was walking slow too...

Monami - Ka..ran pls jldiii...Tum toh tez chalo...Please Karan pehle issey bahar nikalo yaha se

Karan - Monami mein tumhe thodi chodh dunga

Monami - Karan bache ki jaan bachana zyada zaruri hai...Yaha kabhi bhi bomb blast ho sakta hai

Karan - Exactly yaha kabhi bhi blast ho sakta hai, so himmat karo and walk fast...Hum bas nikal hi gye

They finally reach the last room that was closest to the exit... Monami was walking Little behind from Karan when one of the 3 bombs planted blasts...They are low intensity bombs...Made only for this building...Means they will only damage the area in which they blast...So the first bomb blasts in the back side of the place...But that shakes the floor beneath them making them fall on their knees...

Karan and Monami on an reflex bends down covering their heads...Karan bent covering the kid in his arms and Monami bends beneath him...For few seconds they could not understand anything...They were hearing loud ringing in their ears...

Karan in an reflex checked upon the kid in his arms...He was okay...While both Karan and Monami got bruises on their heads as the intensity of the blast made them hit their heads on the floor...He turned towards Monami...She was getting up too...

Monami - Ka..karan niklo jaldi...I have a very bad feeling...Leaveee

Karan - Han Monami...Nikal rhe hai...Get up

Monami - Han mein aa rhi hu...Chalo tum

He got up with the kid still in his arms...She too gathered the strength and got herself up...Karan was about to turn back to her and get her with him...

Karan - Monami jldii bas hum pahonch gye

The distance wasn't much but because she couldn't walk that easily...She was taking time...

Monami - Karan peeche mat aao...Tum chalo...Aa gai mein bhi bas

She was walking behind him only...When a wooden pillar comes and falls on her back out of nowhere...

Monami - Aaaaahhh

She winced in pain and Karan quickly turned back...

Karan - Monamiiii

Karan gets the kid down from his arms...Making him stand at a distance and he runs back to her...Monami was stuck...The wooden pillar was heavy and she was wincing in pain...Karan tries lifting that up...

Karan - Aahhh, Monami bas ho gya...breath

Monami - Karan please yaha ek hi bomb ni ho sakta Karan....She literally pleaded him...Please Karan jao

Karan - Mo..nami shut up...I'm not gonna leave you

Monami - Karan bomb phatt jayga

Karan - Monami chupp

He puts more pressure and tries to lift up the pillar, gathering all his strength...

Monami - Karan... Karan listen to me...

For Karan, it was like history repeating itself...He lost his brother too in a mission and now she's stuck...A tear fell from his eyes...

Monami - Karan...Karan pls sunno...Mere liye ni but I no tumne vaada kia hoga uski mom se...Karan pls uss bache ko bahar nikalo Karan

Karan froze for a second...He looked at the kid that was crying...He looked back at Monami who was stuck... Immediately his last time with his brother flashed in front of his eyes...It was the same too...He too asked him to take the kids and leave...And what happened, his brother died saving everyone...Now Monami is telling him to do the same...

Monami - Karan pls jao karan pls

Karan - Monami mein tumhe chodhke ni jaunga...Not again, ye pehle bhi hua hai

He turns to the kid and instructs him to run outside from the door...The kid doesn't...He was scared...

Karan - Bacha aapko bhaagna padega...Run...Bahar koi ni hai...

The kid still doesn't move...

Karan - Bacha bahar mumma hai aapki...Jao jaldi...Please bhag bache

The kid on hearing about his mom... Slowly starts walking towards the exit...Karan let out a huge sigh and smiles turning back at Monami...

The clock was ticking...✨

Monami - Karan pls jao karan...Tumhe kuch ho jayga Karan...Please jao

Karan - Aapko chodhke kabhi ni Rani Sahiba...Aapko kuch ho gya toh meri jaan vaise hi nikal jaygi...Fir zinda rahu ya ni...Ek hi baat hai 🥺

Monami - Karan 🥺

They both looked at eachother with tears filled eyes...He again tries to push the pillar up...It did a little... Monami pulls herself out a little...When they hear the kid crying loudly...They both turned and looked at him...He was standing near the door but was too scared to walk out...

Karan - Han bacha... Pahonch gye aap...Jao bahar

He doesn't move and was still crying...

Karan - Monami try pulling urself up...Mein aaya

He runs to the kid and tells him to go...When he doesn't Karan just opens the door and pushes him out saying,

Karan - Bacha mumma wait kr rhi h...Bhago... Vapis ni mudhna ab

The kid was out now...He runs back to Monami...Monami was trying to pull herself out...

Monami - Karan pls mat aao...Please jao yaha se

Karan - Monami mein kahi ni jaunga...I know the bomb can blast any minute now but I'll won't leave you...I can't

His brother was coming infront of his eyes...

Param - Karan...Jaa... Karan Shergill leave...It's an order

He mentally tells himself...No, not again...He gathers all the strength that's in him and pushes the pillar off her... Twisting his hand in the process...He winced...

Karan - Aahhh, j..aldi nikalo

He finally succeeds in lifting that pillar from her...She pulls herself out but now she was totally not able to walk...

Monami - Karan mujhse ni ho rha...Please jao

Karan - Monami hatt gya pillar... Bahar bhi nikal jayenge...Utho

He pulls her up and holds her by her waist...

Karan - Bas hum aa gye...Vo dekho saamne hai darwaja bahar kaa...Itni paas se akele chala jaunga...Ye kaise laga tumhe??

She smiles with tears in her eyes...

Monami - Bahot ziddi ho Karan tum

He smiles and slowly they start walking towards the exit...

Monami - Tum gye kyu ni...Tumhe kuch ho jaata toh??

Karan - Tumhare bina chala jaata...Toh khudko kabhi maaf ni kr paata...Mujhe kuch ho jaaye aaj toh chalega par tumhe akele chodhke kahi ni jaunga

As soon as he completes the sentence...The bomb blasts in the room they were in... 💥

Everything became a blur for them for few minutes...The loud noice from the bomb made them deaf for sometime...The intensity of the bomb made them jump in the air and threw them on the floor...Blood came out from the heads of the both of them...After a few minutes...Monami and Karan faintly opens their eyes, but they couldn't move...Their hands were soo close to eachother...Tears fell from the eyes of both of them...They looked at eachother lying their helpless beneath the debris...Karan slowly tried moving his hand and held her hand with his...They smiled at eachother with tears in their, atleast they are together...Karan tried to speak...

Karan - I...

But slowly they closed their eyes together...😭♥️
