Something was tickling me.

My eyes opened slowly and the first thing I saw was Leon's face sleeping peacefully. His beard was the one tickling me because his face was resting on my chest.

I can't believe we slept like this the whole night!

I proceeded with the task of getting out of the bed without waking him up. But it was hard. His whole body was resting on me.

I first removed his head from my chest to the pillow, then I dragged my small body from his and when I was about to finish my task, his hands brought me back.

Now he had woken up and I didn't like the position we were in now. He was on top of me, his hands on the side of my head leaving me no escape and his face was so close to me and his eyes. .... Oh, God! They held me captive.

"Were you trying to escape?"

"I'm not escaping, I was just getting out of bed. There is a difference."

"What if I don't want to?" My breath hitched, my heart hammering in my chest, and let's not talk about my stomach. Butterflies everywhere.

He leaned down slowly until his lips found the soft spot behind my ear causing me to moan involuntarily. I felt him smirk before he attacked my ear lobe. He sucked at it and God, it felt good. His head came up and I thought he was done torturing me but instead, he captured my mouth with his.

The action caused me to gasp and he took this opportunity to get his tongue in my mouth. He kissed me until I had no other choice than to kiss him back with the same intensity he was kissing me. Of course, the effect traveled down to my core and he pulled back leaving me breathless.

"This is how I want to wake up every morning." Then he got up and disappeared in the bathroom.

What just happened?

With a few labored breaths, I also got out of bed and went downstairs to kill my hunger.

He came down when I was making pancakes for breakfast, with the help of YouTube tutorials, just as November did. Then the moods changed immediately.

They sat across each other, neither of them speaking. They both pretended that their breakfast was the most important thing at that moment. I served them and left them to sort out their differences.

The slamming of doors told me all I wanted to know. They were still mad at each other. I guess it was time for me to put in action my prank. I must say that I changed my plan slightly due to the situation.

I found Leon in the bedroom, getting ready to go to work. I opened the drawer beside the bed, removed the documents, and held them to him.

He looked blankly at me before he said, "What are those?"

"These are the documents that came from the company that needs your signature."

"Why didn't Ella tell me that?"

"That is why she asked me to tell you that because she... Uh, she was occupied." He stared at me for a minute before he took them and signed them without reading first.

Mission accomplished!!!!!!

As soon as he left I ran towards the Nov room. She should be the one to know about the good news. I knocked and she instantly opened the door just as her face fell.

"What do you want to know now?"

"I want to talk to you." I let myself in and closed the door behind me before seating on the bed. I showed her the document her father signed. She gave me a confused look but she opened it.

I saw her a smile crept on her face before she jumped up and down on the bed with happiness. To say that I was happy with my plan, was an understatement.

Time for Leon to get shocked. 

I was so engrossed in my work until Ella knocked on my door.

"Come in."

She was wearing this revealing blouse and short dress and was carrying a black folder.

"What is this?"

"This came from the house." That got my attention and I opened it.

My jaw dropped. What the heck is this? I couldn't believe my eyes as they skimmed through the contract.

CONTRACT

Leon Smith signed with my consent that I will let November stay and continue her studies at her high school until she graduates.

And moreover, I will not take any decision without the full consent of my wife.

Leon Smith. Emily Smith.

The fuck is this?!?!

I got up and rushed out of my office startling Ella. I ignored her and headed to the elevator. As soon as it touched the ground floor, I exited it, and the building as well before I drove like a maniac.

I am going to kill someone.

No wonder she was acting innocently when she made a sign that damn contract!

Within minutes I was parking in my parking lot. With feet barely touching the ground, I went to the bedroom. There she was.

But something stopped me.

She was painting. The most beautiful painting I have ever laid my eyes on.

It was of a landscape. With green trees on a valley and a small river between. She was humming to herself as she manipulated the colors using different brushes.

I stood there dumbstruck admiring her, completely forgetting what I came here for. She looked extremely beautiful with her hair in a ponytail, with a green crop top and white shorts.

And it was at that moment that I realized that without being aware of it, I had fallen in love with her.

I'm sure no one was.

So now we have Leon's realization that he has gotten over the death of his wife and now if falling for Emma. Though he thinks it is Emily.

I don't know what will happen if he finds out the truth
