David never really understood why Levi hid his smile so much. It was pretty, and he thought it made him look even more charming.

So, why hide it?

"Ah, hey Levi." David tiredly greeted the brown haired boy as soon as he woke up, seeing how he has brought him a small tray of food to bed.

"Good morning David. How are you feeling?" Levi asked. The bluenet had gotten sick the day earlier, and Levi had decided to take care of his boyfriend and nurse him until he felt better.

"Still tired, to be honest... What time is it?"

"Around 3 pm. You slept a lot yesterday, and I didn't want to wake you up at all." Levi explained as he set down the tray on the small nightstand they had "You were getting the rest you needed anyways." he added as he grabbed the medicine. David forced out a laugh, which sounded drained more than anything.

"Thankfully I don't have to give a speech today. Well, it wouldn't be the first time I would give out a speech when I am sick, but still-"

"No David. You are not giving out a speech today, whether you have to or not. You are sick and must stay in bed." Levi deadpanned. The blue haired boy chuckled nervously. His boyfriend really looked after him a lot, huh.

"Now, after you finish eating, you'll have to take the medicine." Levi added, preparing the dose as he said that. At first, he didn't seem to mind. However, David's face fell as soon as he saw the name of the medicine. Hurriedly, he crawled away from the brown haired boy, all the way to the other side of the bed. Levi raised a brow at that, staring at the inspirational speaker.

"David? What's wrong?" he asked, confused.

"A-Ah, nothing is wrong Levi!" David nervously smiled as he covered himself with the sheets. Levi looked at the medicine. Then at David.

Then at the medicine.

Then at David.

And then the cogs started working.

"...You don't like this medicine?" he asked, raising his hand with the bottle. David nodded, his cheeks slightly pink.

"Y-Yeah. It's a bit childish, I know. I tend to act like a child whenever I don't like the food I was served or the medicine I have to take." the blue haired boy explained, rubbing the back of his head.

"Yet you always eat what I make." Levi pointed out. And that was completely true. Whether it was a food David liked or not  he'd always eat it if Levi made it.

"T-That's because I like the food you make. And I don't like seeing your sad face." David admitted "Whenever I say your food is delicious or tasty, you always smile. I love seeing your smile, it's gorgeous." he added. Levi's cheeks heated up at his words.

"David, that's... very sweet of you." he said, unable to hold back a smile that was slowly creeping out. David couldn't help but smile too. It was contagious.

"Although this doesn't mean you won't take the medicine."

"Ah... Dang it."
