I have just taken a photo of myself on back. Andddd I saw sth new..., I mean... this pic is different from the the pic which took months ago. My back, the muscle on back was different. If I look more carefully, I can see the lumbs, though they aren't clear much, pretty light. They just poke out A REALLY LITTLE BIT, maybe 'bout 0.5cm or less. I think the subs which I'm listening did worked well on me.
