When I arrived at Houston I got a taxi to the little town of Victoria. It looked like a nice place. I soon arrive at a small hotel once I checked in I walked around the town. As I walked I heard a very angelic voice, I found myself following the voice to an old dinner. Without thinking I walked in and on a small stage stood Katherine Oak I recognised her from the picture jean gave me. Jackpot I thought I quicky took a seat and listened to her voice as a waitress took my order of a black coffee. Katherine was sings Read all about it. Her voice held pain and sorrow as she sung.

Once Kathrine finished the whole dinner clapped for her performance. She smiled and bowed them headed to the back of the dinner. She walked passed and noticed I hadn't got my coffee yet. "Large black coffee wasn't it?" She asked smiled at me. "Yeah it was" I replied. She then went round the back and as quick as she left she came back with my coffee. "Here you go. You visiting the area or just moved in?" She asked as she placed the coffee on the table. "No I'm looking for someone. I'm trying to find answers on a old police case in New York." I replied sipping my coffee. The colour from her face drained and her voice when from cheerful and upbeat to broken and scared. "Who you looking for?" She asks as the tray in her hand shook. "Kathrine Oak, the case is on her old college friend Violet Goldreen." I said calmly looking at her expression. She gulped like she had down something wrong then whispers so that I was the only person to heard as if what she was about to say was a matter of life and death "meet me out the back of this dinner at 4pm then I'll help you but keep that reason why your here to yourself if you value your life" her voice was serious and compassionate she then walked off to do her job.

I decide to leave and look around the town before I met Katherine at 4. I couldn't get my head around what she meant by if you value your life keep it to yourself. This town looked peaceful and family like nothing bad had ever happened could this be what Violet meant when she died. Everyone wears a mask could this towns mask be this cheerful outlook but underneath something terrible stirred. As I walked toward Riverside park I noticed a unmarked grace close to the parks entrance. All it ready was "Here lies a man who curiosity lead to death." I shrugged it off and looked at the time I had 30 minutes to get back to the dinner I decide to head back.

When I arrive at the back of the dinner. Kathrine was outside looked worried and on edge. She had her curly hair tied back, wearing dark jeans, black old trainers, a light grey tshirt and torn denim jacket "before I show and tell you the truth what's your name and how much do you know?" She asked looking around as she asked. "I know about Violet getting beat as a child, you her and three other being friends at college and I visited them but got hardly any information from them."

"Ok well follow me and I'll tell you what your missing" Kathrine said as she walked off towards the woodland. She then stopped at the unmarked grave "first here is where the last cop ended up who looked into this case so like I said before keep this to yourself" she then walked off like it was nothing. I was shock and confused the case file said he had disappear most people thought he found money and bailed he wasn't a good cop but to be standing at his grave and for it to be cover up. I was blown away if this was the start what was to come.
