"I flew halfway across the galaxy so Julie could tell me to buzz off again. I don't deserve this! I'm a world famous hero!" Ben said, annoyed

"You're a world class jerk! Whoa! That's better. And if you weren't such a jerk, maybe she wouldn't have dumped you in the first place." Kevin said,

"Oh, and now you're an expert on feelings?" Ben said, annoyed 

 "No. But I am an expert on jerks." Kevin said, walking away. Little did he know those words that set him off.

"Oh, so I'm a jerk for helping my ex. So I'm a jerk for coming all this just a girl that broke my heart into millions pieces because I can't be a fucking normal for once." Ben shouted, getting everyone's attention. They see tears coming out of his eyes. "You think I want this damn watch, to be the world fcuking hero all the time."

"Oh bulls you bragg-"

"I WAS LYING YOU DICKHEAD, I WAS PRETENDING Because in reality I was scared of my fucking life. I thought I was gonna die and the whole galaxy was gonna be screwed. You all saw what vilgax was capable of. He beat the entire team of the most powerful beings in the universe all by himself. It wasn't the first time I was scared, after this damn watch I realized in even more way over my head I was getting closer and closer to dying without reason." Ben was close to tears. Everyone is now starting to feel bad for him. "I'm sorry I ruined our date. The truth is I just wanna be normal. Because I just realized I had a shitty ass childhood. If fought all those villain making you think i'm not scared but I'm fucking terrify. Always have been, because none of you realize that this fucking thing is a curse." hold up the watch. "Why the hell did you think I agreed to get this off in the first place. I didn't ask for this, I didn't ask for anything of this." Ben is now crying. Kevin, Gwen and Julie look sad and feel real guilty. "Let's just get ship and we can get out of here." Ben marched past them.

"Ben-" Gwen tried to say.

"No, I don't want to hear it. I just don't, ok I've been called many things. But I'm crossing the line about being called a jerk. Because a jerk doesn't risk life to keep everyone safe. A jerk, would rather give everyone the finger and say 'it is not my problem' than to help people. Oh here my favorite, a jerk wouldn't use his powers to hurt people or frame another person just to get even." That was aimed at Kevin. "You say you are an expert on jerks but one thing is wrong. I'm not a jerk, I'm just tired of people's shit right now." Ben then walked away pissed.
