LUCY's POV

I LEAN on my sit as I stare on those children playing around the playground. It's been three months since I've returned to our mansion after being away for almost two weeks – It I'm not mistaken. After doing that with him, we are inseparable that even my parents and his father find it weird but we didn't say anything.

Well, we can't really say to him that we do that 'thing'. They probably had a heart attack and my father will surely kill Natsu.

Besides, I enjoyed being with him. It feels like we have our own world – we are busy on each other that we don't have a time to think about the others who wants to know our relationship status. We just stayed quiet and enjoy each other company.

Anyway, like what I've said when we returned on the mansion we are inseparable that when Natsu needs to move back to Magnolia was hard for me. Actually, I did cry in front of him telling him that he should stay on our mansion but he told me that it will be hard for him because he will be busy for his upcoming graduation and of course the entrance exam on the university.

I let out another sigh, before I pick my phone inside my bag. Erza is nowhere to be found and I'm wondering what taking her for long. Dialing her number and after the third ring she finally answered "Hello, Lucy?"

"Hi, Erza" I said "I'm here in our meeting place. Where are you?" I said as I look around.

I heard her curse on the other line followed by her sigh, "I'm sorry, Lucy. I'm still here in my part – time job and I couldn't leave"

"Oh" I don't know what to say to her. I mean, what should I say – this is the very first time that someone stood up on me.

"Lucy are you still in there? I'll asks someone to fetch you there and bring you to that place"

"That place?" I said frowning as if she can see my reaction. I heard Erza laugh on the other line "I have a trust issue, Erza"

"I know" she chuckle "But I assure you that this someone can be trusted. Even Natsu know him"

I roll my eyes "Can just Natsu fetch me here? I'll just call him and tell him instantly that place you're talking about"

"That's a no!" a frowned embedded into my face when Erza nearly shouted her answer. Why? I mean, he's my boyfriend and I'll be comfortable if he is the one who will fetch me, "Lucy, don't jump on a conclusion, okay" Erza said reassuring me.

"That place is my surprise for you and for your lover boy" Erza said softly "I heard that you haven't seeing each other for a month. So please do trust me about this okay. I won't bring any harm on you"

I pout. That's true -_-

"Fine" I mumble under my breath. Erza told me that a guy named Haru will fetch me here before she hung up. I mean, Erza should at least describe me that person. What if someone was listening to our conversation and impersonate that Haru? My life will surely be in danger – if that happens.

I slouch on the bench before I dialed Natsu's number – after a couple of ring – he finally answer
"Vanilla, I miss you!" he said making my heart beat fast. This is his normal way of saying 'hello' to me.

I clear my throat "I miss you too," I mumble and I almost held my breath when I heard him chuckle – I can imagine him biting his lower lips right now "How are you?"

"I'm not fine. You are not here with me. I even asked my parents if I could invite you but they refused."

"Invite me? Why?" I said as I frowned.

I heard him sigh "I can't tell you. My father is now glaring at me. He keeps on telling me that I shouldn't told you about this. I mean, you are my lovely girlfriend – you should be here with me" 

I pressed my lips together as I remain myself mute. I want to squeal because of what he had said. I mean, I never knew that Natsu can be this sweet. It actually never crosses to my mind that this will happened.

I heard someone clear his throat in front of me. I frowned before I raised my face to look at the man standing in front of me. He has a grey or should I say white – messy haired, a cute pointed nose like Natsu, a stubborn jawline like Natsu and that eyes. It also look like Natsu's eyes.

"Who are you?" I said.

"Who's that? Who are you talking with, Vanilla?" I can hear Natsu's worried voice on the other line but I didn't say anything and just waited for this man to say something.

I heard him sigh – scratching the back of his head "I'm sorry" I was about to say something when all of a sudden he took my phone in my hand and place it on his ear "Hello Natsu... I'm here to fetch your girlfriend, bro. Erza asked me to do this thing." He chuckle and took a glance on me "Well, she's beautiful just like how you describe her."

The guy in front of me sigh and roll his eyes like Natsu can see it "You don't need to remind me that, asshole!" he hissed "Right. As if" he said sarcastically.

"Can I get my phone now?" I said. The guy in front of me look at me and without a warning he gave me back my phone "Natsu?"

"Just... Just... I'm sorry. I don't know what's going on but trust that guy, okay."

"Will I be see you today, Natsu?" I asks innocently.

"Yeah" he whisper "Just trust me, okay."

I nodded

I LOOK at the entire place before my eyes went back to this guy in front of me. He was busy ordering our ice cream and when he is done. His eyes finally meet mine. I pout and frowned as I crossed my arms below my breast and lean on my chair, "Is this the place that Erza's talking about?" I asked curiously.

He chuckle before he shook his head "Well, I just want to know you even better before I bring you to 'that' place"

I groan and roll my eyes "Why?"

"You are my twin brother's girlfriend. I think I have the rights to know you too" he reason out.

"I think you are wrong" I snort "I don't want to offense you but is getting – to – know – each – other is really necessary to do? I mean, I'm not interested on knowing you"

He laughs "I think you are capable of breaking someone's heart because of your words" he said "I'm not saying that you will know everything in me. I'm not also interested to know you too"

"Then" I frowned "What the hell are we doing right now? Can we just go?"

"Are you that eager to see my brother" he ask me innocently which makes me blush furiously. I heard him chuckle so I shoot him my glare which he instantly brush it off as he lean on his sit "Well, I think my brother is eager to see you too. This passed weeks he keep on insisting to see you. And—"

I blew through my mouth and lean over the table – my eyes never leave his face as I speak "What do you want for me?"

His lips twisted into an impish smile almost like him, "Well, I just want someone who will listen to my story"

"And what are you?" I said sarcastically "A story teller?"

He shrugged completely ignoring my rudeness "It was a story of a salmon – haired butler. That salmon – haired butler was broken hearted. His first love who happened to be a cheerleader, betrayed him and cheated on him using his friend. Causing the salmon – haired butler lose his track in life" my eyes got widen as I listen to him. It was the story of Natsu, itself.

My mouth parted as I look at him I wasn't even sure how to react on what he had said. Haru stop for a moment when our orders came. The waiter carefully place our order in front of us – I couldn't think properly.

"You should eat while I continue," Haru said while giving a reassuring smile.

I nodded, "The father of that salmon – haired butler was sick. And to escape his life – he asked his father if he could replace him on his job. The father don't agree, they argued a lot but the salmon – haired butler insisted until his father finally agree. And that's when he saw the lonely but fierce princess. The princess approached him and talked to him. That's when he realize that he's a goner. Because there's no way that walking away will be easy for him now. The princess despite feeling lonely she's also strong willed and so bright that it feels like he's being blinded by her"

"Because of his job, he was assigned to make sure that the princess will be okay and that's how he managed to know everything to the princess. And without him knowing, he fell in love to the princess"

I held my breath as soon as I heard him say those things. My heart is throbbing so hard that it feels like it almost destroying my ribs. Haru look at my face as he continue telling me the salmon – haired butler story.

"I-I..." I mumble under my breath.

"Thank you" he mumble as he reach for my hand "Thank you for saving my twin brother"

"I-I... I mean," I don't know what to say. I feel so overwhelmed because of what he had said. I clear my throat "Thank you for telling me that story, Haru" I said truthfully.

Haru grinned at me "So shall we go?"

"To where?"

"To that place. I'm sure the salmon – haired butler will be delight to see you on his graduation" my eyes got widen on what he had said "My father ordered him that he shouldn't tell it to you because our father wants to surprised him. Well, I want to surprise him too. So shall we go?"

NATSU'S eyes widen the moment he saw my face. He was in the middle of his valedictorian speech when we entered the Fairy high stadium. I gave him a bright smile and wave my both hand. A gasped escaped on my lips when all of a sudden – Natsu cross the distance between us and the next moment.

I found myself in his arms while his lips are mine. It wasn't a long kiss that we shared before – it wasn't short either but it is enough to make my heart beat fast and make me blush furiously, "I miss you, Vanilla" he murmurs as he buried his face into my neck.

I chuckle and throw my arms around his waist "I miss you too" I say truthfully. I can feel his smile on my neck which makes me smile too "You have to go back on the stage. You need to finish your speech"

"But I want to stay here. I love the feeling that you are in my arms"

'He managed to know everything to the princess. And without him knowing, he fell in love to the princess' Haru's words echo on my mind which makes my heart beat fast again. I pull away and look directly at Natsu's eyes.

I can see different emotion on his eyes that I'm afraid to name. "Go, Natsu. I'll be waiting here"

"But"

"Please... this is the very first time I will saw you on stage. Please finish your valedictorian speech for me" I said softly.

"Fine"

I was about to say something when all of a sudden he kissed me once again. He pressed his forehead to mine and smile "I'll kiss you later"

I blush and nodded.

"Laters, Vanilla"
