Valerie's POV: Me and Sofia are on the bus right now and decided to look somewhere else to sit because some other people took the spot where we sat last time.We came across a girl with  natural hair in a cute bun. 

"Hey is it fine if we sit here" says Sofia smiling at her 

"yeah sure" she says , me and Sofia sit next to her and at first it was a little bit of an awkward silence but I hate awkward silence so I decided to say something to break it 

"Soo do you like teriyaki sauce" I say , why the heck did I say that , that's probably the most random thing I've ever said and I don't even like teriyaki sauce.

"yeah I like putting teriyaki sauce on my beef or chicken" says the girl laughing , while Sofia is laughing so hard ta my random comment knowing I don't even like teriyaki sauce 

"oh yeah by the way my name's Alyiah" she says smiling , 

"my name's Sofia" says Sofia  , 

"Valerie" I say recovering from the embarrassing thing i just said.

We talked most of the time and started becoming friends.Me Sofia and Katie walked down to class the bell rang and we both rush to class

"Bye Katie" me and Sofia both say at the same time , then walking to our first class History.

Sofia's POV:It's history class and this class might just be my favorite not because I like History but because of Mr. Silver he makes History not boring.The class even made a joke about calling him Mr. Gold or Mr. Platinum.

Me and Valerie laughed at that. Then it was our next class , for me it was French but Valerie had Spanish.Our French Teacher was Madame Noel she was nice and very creative when it came to French we were even gonna go on a France Trip later in the year.

"Could I use the washroom" I say accidently even though you are technically suppose to only talk in French yeah , oops

"En Francais s'il vous plait" Madame Noel says brightly with her jade green eyes and blonde hair with glasses P

"Pourrais-je aller aux toilettes s'il vous plait" I say , I'm pretty good at French since my grandma was always passionate about French she's even live in Paris raising my mom.She taught me about the french language and culture.Right now she's still in the hospital  ,  my mom says  she's gonna be okay bu it may take a while for her to recover after the fall , I hope she will be okay and come out soon.My parents have even have been thinking of getting a stair lift for grandma so she doesn't ever have to walk the stairs and have a chance of falling and getting injured again.

It's close almost the last class of the day . me and Val are talking and laughing when we see three girls walk right by us a blonde girl , a girl with ebony skin and long braids , with a girl with light brown hair they were laughing and talking and everyone seemed to have their eyes glued on them.I think I know the girl with the brown hair we lock eyes

"Hey I think I know you" she says

"I don't know do you watch America's Most Wanted" I say sarcastically laughing at my own joke , while Valerie rolls her eyes but I can tell she's laughing on the inside

"Ohh you're Sofia I can sense your sarcasm from a mile away" she says 

"anyways you do seem familiar , Hannah I think or is it Helen but you don't look like a Helen" , Hannah was a girl that I was aquaintances maybe even "friends" during some part of elementary and middle school she was fairly nice and also had a bit sense of sarcasm.She's surely had a glow up since then getting rid of her glasses and her sense of fashion has definitely changed.

"Hannah and yeah we knew each other in middle school and elementary" she says smiling , but a little awkwardly because the two girls that seemed to be friends with her were glaring daggers at her but also with a mix of confusion

"Are both of you done here" says the blonde girl clearly annoyed by our friendly talking rolling her eyes 

"Yeah me and Val were just about to leave" I say standing in front of her trying to size her up even though she was a at least a few inches taller , she also seemed a little familiar If I recall  she was friends with Hannah but we barely talked or anything I didn't really like her that much though because she liked to act like she was better than everyone I really don't get how their friends.

"Im pretty sure I know the other girl Heidi Williams with the braids she's captain of the basketball team I'm in and she plays a lot of other sports she also has an attitude problem though" Valerie says 

"Oh" I said I didn't seem to know that girl so I guess she just started being friends with Hannah and Hayley in the summer or something.She did seem tall and athletic but also attractive.

Lola's POV:It's already another day of high school , me and Maddie are just talking while walking to our next class when we come across a guy with beautiful blue ocean eyes they make me think of the song Ocean Eyes by Billie Eilish and light brown hair. He winks at me , I blush furiously me walking while he strides by with an aura of confidence and charm to a few other guys that he's probably friends with.

"I think you just met a guy you like and it's only the first week" says Maddie chuckling 

"Speak for yourself" I say laughing 

"Nahh I just met him I don't even know him that well but we talked a bit yesterday in chemistry and he seemed pretty dope" , says Maddie

I already have a feeling she's whipped for him but Maddie has always had a lot of guy friends and somehow not dated almost any of them.

"Well we should get to class soon" I say not want to face the wrath of Mrs. Webster the last person that was late to her class cried and looked pretty traumatized. 'I do not tolerate tardiness' she says while glaring daggers at the poor girl by the name of Gemma.

Me and Maddie quietly sneak past Mrs. Webster and a guy named Austin she was lecturing , with blonde perms that some people apparently called "ramen noodle hair" by most of our classmates.We got past them with out getting caught and arrange our things like we were always there I breath a sigh of relief as the bell rings and Mrs.Webster goes back to her seat , while Austin didn't look fazed by Mrs. Webster's glares that were like daggers entering your soul.

Maddie high fives me for our lucky victory ,

"Lola , Maddie don't think I didn't see you two sneak past the door to enter class both of you detention after school" says Mrs. Webster coldly but I guess she didn't go as hard because we were newbies.

"Ughh" ,  Maddie grumbles ; 

"But at least we will suffer together" I say smiling warmly at Maddie

"of course" she says smiling back her dimples showing.

A/N So I decided to end the chapter here and didn't do Maddie's POV but the next chapter will start of with hers or maybe I"ll even do characters outside of the squad , thank you to whoever is reading it right now even though it took me so long to update cuz I was having some writers block. Thank you to ALL the people that are still willing to support this story 😊😊💕

  I'm hoping to update more regularly now though.I hope you guys liked this chapter but it was a little meh ig still hoping to get some feedback though :)
