"Lui!" you called, trying to open his locked door. "Let me come in!"

"... Go away Y/N."

"Come on Lui! You know you have to!" you said.

"No! I said go away!"

"Think about it for a minute!"

"No means no!"

"Lui" you growled, "You're not being reas-"

"GO AWAY!" Lui screeched.

Patience running thin you said, "Lui! It's dirty!"

"Damn you Y/N! I don't care! Go away!!"

"Okay. That. is. it." Turning, you went to the living room and grabbed the bedroom key from the drawer. Then you went back and slammed the key into the lock.

"Lui~," you whispered your voice sickeningly sweet, "you have one last chance~"

"Go to he-"

Turning the key, you kicked the door open.

"You were saying?"

"Damn it!"

You smirked, rolling up your sleeves.

"Let's get started shall we?"

"No! I'll never give it to you!"

Lui ran around and you chased after him. Somehow, he managed to slip out the door, which made it harder it catch him.

"Come back!"

"Try and catch me!"

Launching yourself at Lui, you tackled him.

"Crap, crap, crap!!! Let me go!!!" Lui cried, trying to wiggle out of your grasp.

You turned Lui so that he faced you, careful as to not let him get away.

Wagging your finger, you winked. "Maybe I'll let you go in a million years. Now, are you going to give it to me or not?"

Lui's eyes narrowed and growled, "Never!"

"You're fighting harder than usual today. Well, if you're not going to give it to me, I guess I'll have to take it from you~"

Lying on top of Lui, you held his face in your hands and leaned in until your foreheads were touching.

Without warning, you smashed your lips against his and Lui immediately sank into the kiss, despite how dangerous it was.

The moment Lui relaxed and dropped his guard, you reached out your hand and grabbed his boa.

Jumping up, you ran to the laundry room and quickly locked the door.

Not a moment too soon.

Lui pounded on the door, face pink with anger and strangely a tinge of worry.

"GIVE. IT. BACK!!!"

"Nope~," you said, quickly dropping the dirty boa into the laundry machine and adding detergent.

Closing the lid, you turned it on.

Then breathed a sigh of relief.

"Finally. It's in."

You turned to stick your tongue out at Lui when the look on his face stopped you.

Walking to him you cautiously opened the door.

"Lui? What's wrong? You look like your mother died."

"I thought I told you Y/N... That machine is broken..."

"Wha-?!"

Interrupted by a small spluttering sound you slowly turned around. Walking back to the machine, you dreadingly opened the lid. Inside was a completely destroyed boa.

"Oh... Lui... I'm sorry..."

Lui just sighed, shook his head, and left the room.

~The next day~

Lui avoided you, always seeming to be in the opposite side of the room.

He didn't talk to you, and when he did, it was short and left a cold chill.

Finally, when you couldn't stand it anymore, you left the house with tears on the edge of your eyes.

Walking aimlessly, you looked around when you spotted a shop selling coats. Shrugging you went inside.

As your eyes drifted, a white coat caught your gaze. A coat Lui would love. It was rather pricy, yes. But if it would mend the relationship between you and Lui, then it would be worth it.

You bought the coat, had it wrapped, and hurriedly walked home.

"I'm here." you murmured.

"Welcome back Y/N! I made dinner. Let's eat!"

~Timeskip~

"Umm... Y/N?"

"Yes?"

"Uhh... Ahh... Umm..."

"Just tell me."

"I-I'm S-sorry for being so rude to you today."

"It's okay Lui. Everyone has those days. And anyway, it was my fault."

Before Lui could protest you said, "to make up for your boa, I bought you a gift! Ta-Da!"

Lui wordlessly looked at the coat.

"What is it? Do you not like it?"

"No... That's not it... Y/N, you didn't have to get me a gift. I'm satisfied with being with you. Being the only guy you love."

"Lui," you said. "That's so s-"

"However, you do have to do something with me if you want to be forgiven."

"Oh?" you said raising an eyebrow, "What do I have to do?"

"Mmnmnmmn" Lui said, looking away.

"What?"

"You have to cuddle with me," Lui repeated a faint tinge of red visible on his cheeks.

You smirked, for it was rare to see Lui even a little flustered.

"Oh? The King of Sassy Sharks wants to cuddle?"

"Y/N! Please! This is too embarrassing." Lui moaned.

"Alright, fine. Just this once though."

~Timeskip~

"I like this," you admitted, snuggling closer to Lui. "I take it back. We're cuddling more in the future."

"I would like that~," Lui said, tilting your head up so it faced him.

Lui started peppering kisses all over your face leaving tingling sensations everywhere.

You hugged him tighter, so close that not even a slip of paper could slide through. Cuddling and feeling Lui's warmth you whispered, "Did I ever tell you that I love you Lui?" and kissed his neck.

Drifting off to sleep, you were unable to hear Lui reply, "I love you too Y/N. More than all the fluffy boa's in this world." And fall asleep with his chin on your head, his face as red as the sun.
