Arnah's POV

"Ayush wait! AYUSH"- i ran behind him and shouted out to him but he never turned around and left the place.

God! what is happening to me? why everything gets ruin in my life before they even get started? 

'I know who is doing this to me. its because of that  weird selfish boss of mine who ruined my friendship. I hate him. Who does he think himself to be? he may be a goddamn billionaire but he has got no right to kiss me without my permission. What he did now was just unforgivable and i am not going to forgive him for this. I mean it's my lips and not  public property that someone will come and kiss me.'

Right now i am so angry on that 'Khadoos' that i will kill him bare handed if he comes in front of me now.  

However i have got some other important works to do now like-

~ Wash my lips with soap and sanitize immediately after reaching home.

~ Explain the situation to Ayush and clear all the misunderstanding between us.

~ Go home and sleep as tomorrow i have an important meeting early in the morning.

(Next morning)

Vernan's  POV
.............................

"Sir may I come in?" -came the voice of my sweet angel.

"Come in." - I maintained my professional voice and tried to cover my nervousness due to yesterday's kiss.

The door opened and entered my beautiful angel clad in a peach dress looking like a goddess.

"Good mornings sir, your hot coffee."- she placed the cup of coffee and roamed her eyes around my cabin not even trying to look at me.

" Arnah...."  "Sir your file for today's meeting. I have put all the important information of the clients and some detailed information regarding the meeting."- she cut me of and blabbered something which went above my head.

" Arnah..." "Do you need something else sir?" - she again cut me off which irked my anger.

"Oh stop it Arnah. I want to talk about something else-"- I was again cut off but this time my phone ringed. Urgh! With much irritation i recieved the call.

"Hello!"- i yelled on the caller.

"Hello, vernan beta(child)."- Came the sweet voice of my granny.

"Granny?"- i asked as i was surprised of her call because she never called me during the weekdays until and unless it is very important. I got very tensed as what may has happened and on top of that she was sounding so weak.

"Vernan i think i won't be able to make out in this world again. A feeling is nagging in my mind today that i won't be able to see you again. Please come fast i want to see my grandson for one last time."- she spoke in between her sobs and then the call ended.

Hearing her my head started spinning and tears started rolling down my cheeks. My knees gave up and i was about to fall when a pair of soft hands holded my shoulder and steadied me.

i glanced to my side to find my Angel looking at me with concern. I just looked at her eyes and my eyes again welled up and tears started cascading down my eyes freely. She extended her hands and wrapped it around my shoulder and hugged me tightly. I was shocked at first but then gave in and hold her tightly. My tears were now wetting her shoulders as i was constantly crying and she lovingly caressed my hairs and consoled me by saying some sweet words.

"Angel my granny..."-i said between my sobs and she just rubbed my back in order to ease my pain out. I told her everything my granny told me just now. She quietly listened to me while hugging me tightly in parts when my cry got louder.

"Sir i think you should hurry up as your granny called out as soon as possible."- She spoke after my tears stopped and was about to unwrap her hands when i hold her tightly and kissed her temple.

At that time, the door open and in came Hailey. In reflex, Angel was about to pull back but i hold her close and dismissed Hailey simply by pointing her towards the exit. She stomped her feet and left bit not before glaring at my Angel who stood still in my hold.

"I think we should hurry up and leave."- I declared and leave her in order to hold her hand and pulled her with me towards the exit.

"Sir i think it won't be appropriate for me to come with you as it may seem like me invading your family's space."- she spoke as we entered my private elevator.

"Nonsense. Never. I say Never utter such futile words."- I replied while my index finger was placed on her lips in order to shut her up. We were lost in each other's eyes as we both were trying to understand the other's unspoken words. Our little concentration was broken when the elevator clicked open with a ding and i just cursed that damn elevator under my breathe.
