Explanation: Ciel is overcame with grief and sorrow once he realized his eye that had the sign was fading away. Once he thought about it, he thought Sebastian was dead. He then was overcame with anger because they didn't get to find his parent's murderers. He ventured out only to find Sebastian making a deal with someone else. When Ciel saw this, he was now angry and sad as the promise was broken between them. Since he was angry, he wasn't in the right state of mind. He brutally murdered Sebastian, not knowing how much he cared for his butler. Sebastian was his sight seeing eye, always tjere for him, always telling him what to do and not to do. Now that Sebastian is gone and dead in Ceil's eyes and arms, he disposed his body in water. Ceil was then captured and sent to a mental institution once he pleaded for one, and there he sat in a chair. He is surrounded ny white clouds which was padded with pillows for 'safety'. He is alone now.
