~Uh Oh's and Help~

Aphmau's Pov

As soon as she woke up she yelled out "No" and I am so cunfuzzled. I grabbed her hand and asked her if she was okay but all that happened was she fainted. Again. More than half of the time that we've know her, she has been unconscious. There is something weird going on with this girl. (It's better you don't know)

I stood up and asked Garroth if he could carry her to my house. I guess I won't get to show off my tourism skill. Oh well. I was really looking forward to it.

As Garroth and I walked to my house, we came across Lucinda. We asked her if she could come with us so she could check what was wrong with Y/n. Once she agreed, we kept walking to my house.

When we got there, we went to the guest room were she was staying and Garroth placed her on the bed. Lucinda just stayed leaning on the doorway with her arms crossed and tapping her foot. Then, she walked over to me with a face that says, "What did you do this time."

Seriously, I mess up with people like ten or so times and suddenly it's expected of me. Gosh people. Have a little faith in me.

"What happened this time, Sweety." Lucinda asks with a monotonous voice. Honestly, it's like if she thinks everytime something goes wrong, it's my fault.

"Before you think so, I didn't have anything to do with this," I respond.

"Aph, Sweety, you always have something to do with it."

"Not always. Only ninety percent of the time. But I promise I didn't do anything this time. Garroth was there, he believes me. Right Garroth." I look at him with my puppy dog eyes hoping that he will have my back on this.

"Although it is true that she always has something to do with a problem, this might be the first time ever, she hasn't done anything," Garroth says. Even though he defended me, it still hurts that he said it's the first time I have had no part in a fail.

Lucinda gets close to Garroth's face. Like really, really close. She just stares into his eyes for a whole minute. Garroth isn't flinching at all. He just stands there and let's it happen. After three minutes of awkward silence and staring, Lucinda steps back and let's out a sigh.

"Okay I believe you. This is the first time ever Aphmau wasn't the cause of the problem."

"See, I told you I didn't have anything to do with this. If only you believed me."

"I would believe you if you weren't always lying about not having anything to do with problems. Now, what happened to this girl I haven't met before," Lucinda asks turning to face the unconscious Y/n on the bed.

I proceed to tell her everything that happened earlier from when I met her outside and she met Levin and Malachi, to now. She just listens quietly and occasionally nods her head.

When I finished telling her what had happened, she looked at my eyes and squinted. Then she walked over to me and put a hand on my shoulder. I was confused for a while and then it happened.

She slapped my head. And it hurt.

I stared at her in disbelief. Why would she hit me?!?

"Why didn't you bring her here quicker! We wasted valuable time! We should be helping her," Lucinda shouted while shaking my shoulders.

She quickly ushered me and Garroth out the door and slammed it shut.  I wonder what happened. I turned to look at Garroth and he seemed just as confused as me.

Sorry for the short chapter but I have writers block and I don't know what to do. Unlike my other book Emotion and Color, this book's chapters are written the same day it is updated. My other book has 3 chapters written ahead of time so it is easier to update.

I'm sorry but I will take a small break from this book. I will still update my other books but not this one. At least not for a while. Thanks for your understanding and I hope I can update soon.

Till then Baii
