Levi turns around. "M-M-Marco Bodt?" He stutters. I nod. "COMMANDER!" Rico screams. Levi grabs my arm. Armin follows us as we walk up to Rico. She's staring down outside the wall. Levi taps Rico's shoulder. "Rico..what's the big ide-". Levi goes silent. I follow their gaze. I gasp. It's Annie. "No.." I gasp. I feel weak in my legs again. I fall to my knees. "E-Eren" Armin gasps. "A-Are you okay". I feel the world around me go silent.  I can't move. Everywhere I went....she'd relentlessly follow me. I couldn't understand her.  "RETRIEVE HER!" Levi orders. I hear 3dms going off. I squeeze my eyes shut, hiding tears. Why did she want me back if she left me to die there before? It had been 10 minutes. Levi walks up to me. "Jaeger?". I look up. I see behind him, Armin and Jean with Annie in hand cuffs.  Annie looks at me, tears in her eyes. "Eren.....you're okay" she whispers. I stand up.  I walk up to her, head down at my chest. Annie steps forward. I slowly lift my head. She smiles...only to look at me with a sad look as I glare at her. "Eren.......I'm not average....I was raised to hate and make everyone my enemy" She sighs. "But ever since I met you.......I want to understand love and friendship......and really embrace it". My eyes widen. Something in brain snapped. All those times she stared at me. She cried for me. Everything. It made perfect sense. She really did care about me. Jean urges Annie away from me. Levi walks up to her. "Commander I-". Levi throws down a punch, sending her to the ground. he kicks her in the face and repeats it a couple times. Blood trickles from her nose and lips. I can't move. I hold back tears. "ANNIE LEONHARDT....YOU'RE UNDER ARREST!" He screams. Annie looks away. She stands up and lets him chain her wrists together. "No.." I breathe. As Annie is taken away...I feel a hard guilt in my stomach. I cover my mouth with my hand and cover my pathetic sobs.
