The episode starts with Kartik Naira and Tina Sameer entering home. They all settle down in the living room, Kartik beside Naira and Sameer beside Tina. They all were just having some random conversation and after some time, they were to disperse. T- Di, main Pani Peekar aati hu, fir aapko le chalti hu. K- Koi baat nai, main Naira KO uske room lekar jaata hu. S- Haan Bhai, woh bhi theek hai. By the way Tina, please mere liye coffee banado nah, kuch kaam karna hai, toh jaagna hoga. T- Jii, main banadeti hu.Kartik takes Naira to her room carefully. N- Kartik AP sure hai nah operation ke barre main ? K- Naira, tum abi darr rahi ho? N- Nahi aisi baat nahi hai.. K- Tum chahti ho nah ki yeh operation ho? N- Haa Kartik, main chahti toh hu, par darr bhi.. K- Tumne yeh poocha nah ki mei sure hu yaa nahi, toh sun lo, mei sure hu, Operation ke liye bhi, aur results ke liye bhi. Okay? Naira just hugs Kartik, while Kartik kisses her hair. K- Accha ab tum so jao, hume kal doctor ke paas bhi jaana hai, 9 baje ka appointment hai.N- Kal hi operation bhi hoga? K- Woh log check karenge kal, agar kar sakte hai operation and tum ready ho toh kal karenge. N- Hm. Thike. Waise aap plse Tina ko bhej dijiye nah. K- Naira, Tina ke liye bhi plse yeh surprise hi rakho nah. Mei use bhi surprise karna chahta hu. Plse. Usne tumhare liye itna kuch kara hai, toh mei uske liye kuch karna chahta hu. N- Okay. Tina ko bhi nahi batayenge. Par aap use bula lijiye nah, mujhe change bhi karna hai, toh kapde aur sab. K- Woh Sameer ke liye coffee bana rahi thii, i ll help u, ruko. Kartik goes towards the cupboard, takes her clothes and then takes Naira towards the washroom. While Naira goes inside, her leg hits a tub and Kartik who was waiting outside on hearing the voice asks Naira if she was fine. Naira tells him that she is okay, and after changing comes out. Kartik takes her to the bed, and; K- Tum so jao, mei Tina ko bhejta hu. N- Hm.

Kartik leaves and goes to his room, where Tina and Sameer were working. Kartik enters the room to find Tina and Sameer working on some project. K- Tina, ab tum jaa sakti ho, mei Sameer ko help kar dunga. S- Nai bhaiya, woh meine Tina ko already sab kaam samjha diya hai, so.. its okay, aap bhabhi ke paas rahiye nah. T- Sameer par!! S- Tina!? K- Sure? Meri koi help chaiye toh? T- Nai jiju, aap chinta matt kariye. Meo hu Sameer ke liye. S(in his mind) - Tum ho hi Sameer ke liye.Kartik leaves and, T- Apne toh mujhe kuchh nahi bataya kaam ke baare mei, balki mei toh abhi abhi coffee lekar aayi hu, fir aapne Jiju se jhooth kyu kaha? S- Woh.. haa.. taki bhaiya bhabhi.. haa.. woh log ek dusre ke saath time spend kar sake. T- Woh dono time spend kar sake, yaa aap mere saath time spend kar sake? S- Mei.. kyuu.. bhaiya bhabhi.. hi.. aisa kuchh.. mei T- Shakal dekho apni, mei mazaak kar rahi thii Sameer. Accha ab sach mei kaam samjha do, sir? Sameer explains her and they start working. They both were secretly stealing glances of each other.Meanwhile in Kaira room, Naira had slept when Kartik came back. She was clutching to her blanket as if she was scared of something. Kartik goes towards her, and sits next to her patting her head. Feeling Kartik nearby, Naira calms down, and a smile is set on her face. Also, her hold on the blanket loosens, and she turns towards Kartik, and clutches to him now. After some time, Tina comes back and they all return to their respective rooms and sleep.

Next morning,Naira wakes up, and then asks Tina to wake up. T- Yaar, dii kyaa hai apko itni subah subah.? N- Tina, chal uth, plse jaldi se breakfast ready karna hai, fir jana bhi toh hai. T- Kaha jaana hai? N(in mind)- ise kya batau ab Kartik ne toh mana kara hai. T- Dii!! Kaha kho gayi? Dekha, aapko bhi itni neend aa rahi hai, ki aap bolte bolte so gayi. So jao aap bhi N- Tina, plse yar, jaldi uth nah, Kartik ke sath.T- Ohho dii, Kartik ke sath, aaj kal bada bahar ja rahi ho. N- Ho gaya tera, chalna jaldi, mei khud kar paati toh kar leti nah! T- Dii!!? Accha chalo. They go down together, and there Kartik was in the kitchen, who had already made the breakfast. As they go down, Tina sees Kartik and; T- Aap yaha? K- Haa, aaj sunday hai nah, toh mujhe laga tum aram kar sakti ho, aur mujhe aur Naira ko nikalna thaa, toh meine hi breakfast bana diya. T- U r the best jiju! K- Thank you sali saiba T- Dii, aap breakfast karke jaha jane wale the, waha chale jana, mei toh chali sone. N- Ha, jaa so jaa ab T(in Naira's ear)- Ab toh aap mujhe bhej hi doge nah! (Giggles and leaves) Tina forgets that they were still on stairs and Naira needed to reach to table safely. Naira tries to find the support to go down. She also gets down one step, when Kartik sees her coming down all by herself. He gets worried for her, and rushes towards her. He holds her hands and carefully brings her down. K-(angrily) Naira, bula nai sakti thii tum. Kahi kuchh ho jata tumhei toh.. kabhi socha mera kyaa hota. N- (crying) Sorry, woh Tina ka dhyaan nahi raha, aur woh upar chali gayi, aap breakfast baba rahe the, toh meine socha ki mei.. K- (guilty) I m sorry. Plse tum ro mat. Mei darr gaya thaa tumharei liye.. bass isliye. Ab apna mood theek karo, aur breakfast karlo. They both have their breakfast while feeding each other. Later they leave for appointment. Naira was scared but Kartik gives her strength and takes her into the cabin. The doctor says that she's is fit for the operation and they can do it anytime soon, whenever Naira feels comfortable. Kartik asks Naira and she says she was ready, and they could do it today. The doctor was stunned to see Naira so brave as generally everyone would give a second thought to the Operation. But Naira had Kartik beside her, and she trusted him completely, so without any second thought, she agrees for the operation.

Meanwhile, Tina and Sameer didn't know anything about it. The only thing known was that Sameer loved Tina, and even Tina had started developing feelings for Sameer.
