The episode starts with Kartik reaching in the room where Naira was shifted after the operation. There she was still sleeping under the effects of medicines. Kartik goes and sits beside her. He was just adoring her. The charm that her face carried was so pleasing to his eyes. He kept on seeing her, and fell more for her every second. Her phone starts ringing and it was Tina. Kartik picks it up and goes at a side to talk to her. Tina had called her sister to tell her that she was going out with Sameer. Kartik receives the phone and talks to her. He senses the nervousness in her voice and tells her that she need not worry. They all live together and can definitely be friends. Tina felt that her di was super lucky to have such an understanding person in her life. She thanks him and cuts the call. At home, Tina was feeling good after talking to Kartik. She gets ready and there was a knock on door. Tina asked the person to come in and it was Sameer who saw her and kept on seeing. Tina thinks in her mind that how hot and smart he looks. She also had developed feelings for him. She knew that but never expressed it because he was his boss and they shared a professional relationship. Both were lost in their own thoughts and share a cute eye lock. After some time, the notification tone from Sameer's phone brings them out of their la-la-land. Sameer asks Tina if they could leave. Tina nods her head and follows him. Sameer opens the car door for Tina like a true gentleman. After she sits, closes the door for her and takes the driving seat. They both drive to a restaurant. While on the other side, Kartik after finishing the call turns around to find "his" Naira trying to open her eyes. Kartik goes towards her and tells her to open her eyes and now see the world through her eyes. Naira opens the eyes, but she felt them a little heavy. Kartik asks her to blink her eyes for twice-thrice. Naira does as she was told.Naira does as she was told. She blinks her eyes and then she could see things clearly. She looks around at everything with a smile and that's when she sees a super handsome man, standing right beside her while she laid down on the bed. She saw him and keeps on seeing him, forgetting about everything, she sees his eyes, his wide smile, his muscular body, his jawline. All features just perfect. Kartik asks her if she was fine, and she was facing any problem in seeing or if she was feeling low or needed something. Although the voice was familiar to Naira, and she thought it was Kartik but these questions made her assume that he is her doctor, who had performed her operation. Naira in a very low voice answers that she was fine, without moving her gaze from him. She tries to sit and Kartik immediately gives her a hand of help. He gives her a support and she sits comfortably. This, however made her believe more that he was a doctor. But she felt guilty as she had fallen for him at the first sight. And the thought that she is going to marry Kartik, but fell for someone else made her feel more guilty of her act. Naira was just looking at him, when Kartik asks Naira for her hand as he wanted to take her in front of the mirror and make her see herself. Naira felt awkward when the doctor (according to her), asked for her hand. She does not forward her hand, and that's when Kartik says- Hey Naira, daro mat. Mei Hu tumharei saath. Tumhara Kartik humesha tumhara khyal rakhunga. On hearing that he was her Kartik, she becomes very happy. Without any second thought, she just hugs him. Kartik was shocked by this, but he too responds well. Kartik could feel Naira crying. So, he breaks the hug and asks her to not cry. Naira tells him that these are tears of happiness but Kartik wipes them saying that he never wants to see any tears in these pretty eyes. He again asks for her hand, and this time she forwards it happily.Kartik smiles at her and gives her support and takes her in front of the mirror. He asks her to see herself. She does this and she felt so happy in doing so. She felt she could stand there in front of mirror with Kartik beside her, for forever. Kartik was very happy to see Naira smiling and adoring herself. She was making all types of faces to see how she looked. She even asks Kartik that how she should smile. Kartik was feeling so good to see Naira exploring herself. But he understood that Naira might feel tired soon. She was not supposed to exert herself much for at least two weeks and for now, under the effects of medicines, she may feel more tired. He very well knew that if he would ask her to lie down and rest, she would not like that idea so Kartik brings a chair for her and makes her sit there itself. Kartik tells that he will come after completing the formalities but Naira does not leave his hand. He sits in front of her, cups her face and asks her if she was fine. She just says an I love you in exchange and hugs him. Kartik could clearly understand that Naira didn't want to leave him right now. She needed him beside her. He does so. The nurse comes in with food for Naira. Kartik thanks her and asks her to send all the bills to the room itself, he would make the payments. Nurse agrees and then leaves to get bills. Here Kartik is feeding Naira and she is continuously looking around. On the other hand, Sameer and Tina had reached the restaurant. They finished eating food with many talks. Now it was time for Sameer to propose her. He kneels down in front of her, takes her hand in his. Tina was nervous seeing all this but very happy. Sameer tells her that he fell for her at the first sight of her. When they bumped into each other, he was lost in her eyes. He was loving that moment. Thereafter, a night where they worked together, was his favorite as she was with her.Then, preparing breakfast for her, to going together for work, he loved every moment, because she was a part of those moments. He says I love you Tina. Tina was so glad to see this. She didn't expect anything of this sort but this gave her so much happiness. To Sameer's question that will she be his, she blushingly answers a yes. Sameer immediately gets up and hugs her. Even she hugged him, she loved that. She being in his embrace, she was so glad. They were lost in each other until the sound of claps of other customers brought them to reality. They were feeling shy but still very happy. After some precious moments with with each other they leave for home. And on the other hand, even Naira was discharged. Kartik makes her sit in car and they leave for home. Throughout the journey, Naira was looking outside but not forgetting to take glances of her love. She missed all this so much. Kartik just smiles seeing this. They reach home very happily. At home, Sameer and Tina had already reached and they were sitting very close to each other, almost hugging and talking when Kaira reach home. They see it and Naira asks Tina what was going on. At first Tina gets scared but then she notices that her di could now see through her own eyes. She just hugs her tight and Naira too. She was very happy but still not understanding the entire truth. Kaira tell Tina and Sameer the entire story and they all share agroup hug. Even Tina and Sameer confess about their relationship and Kaira happily accept this. After this, Kartik makes it a point that Naira should rest. He informs both Tina and Sameer too, that they should see that Naira does take complete rest. Naira argues saying that she doesn't want to sit in a room all the time. Now that she is able to see everything through her own eyes, she wants to go out and explore. Kartik tells her that he will take her out every day once in the evening but she should take rest for the entire day otherwise.Naira agrees and even Tina and Sameer were very happy. They all share a group hug again, and screen freezes on their smiling faces.
