The episode starts with everyone reaching hospital and naira is taken to the ICU for check up,doctor asked everyone  to stay out of the room as no one is allowed in the ICU,kartik was crying outside  the ICU and sameer was consoling tina,after 20 minutes the doctor  came outside and everyone asked him about  naira,the doctor said now she is critical,we can't  say anything  until she gets conscious, the doctor asked if naira has eaten anything, suddenly they heard a voice saying  no doctor  she hasn't eaten  anything since 3 days ,everyone turned to see the person behind the voice and were shocked(yes you guys guessed it right it's none other than yash),doctor said that once she regains concousness feed her food and left ,both kartik and sameer went to yash and said sorry for beating  him as they didn't know that he was the cousin brother of  naira and tina,yash said it's ok no problem ,after 2 hours the doctor  came outside the ICU and everyone  asked him about  naira again and the doctor said if she doesn't  regain consciousness within 1 hr then she might slip into  coma, everyone got shocked then kartik asked the doctor  if he could come inside the ICU  and try to make naira conscious,the doctor said yes sure mr.goenka you can and then kartik went inside and spoke to unconscious naira and told  her (naira
pleej mujhe maaf kar do, mujhe pata hai peek time  kitana dukh hua jab mainne tum par ilzaam lagaya ki tum mujhase pyaar nahin karate aur tum mujhe yash ke saath dhokha de rahe ho, lekin mujhe nahin pata tha ki woh tumara cousin brother hai , main vaada karata hoon ki main yah galatee phir se kabhi nahi kerunga , tum toh  jaanati ho ki main tumse kitana pyaar karata hoon, tum meri  jaan ho , please vaapas aa jao aur main vaada karata hoon ki main phirse tumpe shak nahi kerunga, please  apane kaartik me pass vapis ajou,I love you na jaan) and he said all this while crying his one tear  fell on her hand and she gained her consciousness kartik called the doctor and the doctor checked and told everyone  that now naira is out of danger and  she has to eat food and here are some medicines and she will be discharged by evening and left  everyone  was happy  that naira was out of danger kartik was going to go get naira's  medicine but was stopped  by  sameer saying  bhai you stay here I will get bhabhi's medicines and left kartik went near naira and tried talking to her but naira ignored him as she was hurt and she can't imagine that her  love her kartik will accuse  her of cheating  on him ,she was really  angry and didn't  wanted  to see kartik face,kartik felt very guilty  that he accused  her for cheating on him when it was just her brother's  love for her.by the time sameer comes back with the medicines yash fed naira the hospital  food and both tina and yash got shocked as this time naira didn't  throw any tantrums  and then a nurse came and said injection  time and everyone   got shocked except the nurse,the nurse gave naira injection  and left.

In the evening 
Naira was discharged  from the hospital and and saw that kartik has came to pick her up, so she without  saying  a word went and sat inside the car and kartik tried  many times to manofy her, but she didn't  agree,he called tina  and told her to keep the phone on speaker so yash and sameer can also hear him  and said naira abi  bi mujhse  gussa hai kya karu main,yash said yaar tumane mujhe bataaya tha ki naira ko tumhaaree Gana gana bahut pasand hai aur jab kabhee woh upset hoti  hai to woh  tumase kehti hai ek gaana gaane ke lie  toh tum usake lie gaana kyon nahin gaate, kartik said haan lakin jab woh mujhse gussa hoti  hai tab mera ganna ganne se kuch nahi hoga lakin phir bi try  kerunga.
