Vikk Oneshot #1

"I have an idea!" Talia squeals excitedly to our group. The Sidemen, their friends, and the gals were all round the Cal's apartment. It was a Saturday night and we had all decided to chill together and catch up.

"And what's that?" Simon asks, turning away from Tobi to look at her. I didn't know Simon too well, but it was super obvious that he had a thing for Talia.

"Let's all play spin the bottle!" she suggested, and everyone (with a little convincing) finally agreed. I sat down next to my only close friend, Freya and crossed my legs. I felt someone plop down next to me and as I looked up at him my heart skipped a beat. He smiled at me sweetly and then turned to talk to Chip. Vikk's knee slightly touched my own and I felt a strange electricity shoot through my body.

As the first round started I could hardly focus. All I could think about was how I saw Vikk's deep chocolatey eyes, his kind smile... how had this come so quickly over me? I barely even knew Vikk, I think I had only briefly talked to him a few times at the Sidemen House when I went to drop off merch (I helped out with Sidemen Clothing). He probably thought I was dumb, I don't think he even know that I exist.

Talia spun the bottle first and my eyes instantly flicked over to Simon. He eagerly watched the bottle spin hoping it would land on him. The beer bottle finally came to a stop pointing at Ethan. Simon looked furious as Talia unwillingly, but still gave Ethan a quick peck on the lips.

The game continued with Simon spinning next and landing on Gee. They kissed quickly, but I noticed that Gee wanted more than what she got. I started to sweat as it got closer to my turn to spin the bottle. I didn't know all these people super well. I had only met Harry once before and I had hardly EVER talked to Chip or Elliot. It was going to be so awkward if it landed on either of them.

Sarah went, and then Tobi. Then Freezy had to kiss Lux which was completely hilarious. It was Freya's turn now. She spun the bottle and it landed on Josh, which was pretty boring as they have been dating for years, but now it was my turn...

I grasped the cold bottle in my right hand and could feel everyone's eyes on me waiting for me to spin it. I took a deep breath and spun the bottle.

Please be Vikk, please be Vikk, please be Vikk...

As it finally came to a halt, my heart sank to the floor. It had landed on JJ. Of course it would be him, he was probably the person here I knew the least. He was always off being busy working on his music or his boxing training.

I looked across the circle, made eye contact with him briefly and was about to get up to kiss him when he reached out his hand and turned the bottle towards none other than Vikkram Barn. Then JJ cackled loudly.

"OHHHHH!" everyone screamed in delight. I looked up at Vikk and gasped when I realized his whole face had turned bright red. I was in utter shock.

Vikk shifted around awkwardly. I could hardly believe what was happening right now.

"Umm... so yeah, as you can probably tell, I might kinda I like you," he said nervously, looking down into his lap quickly and knotting his hands together. 

"Well that's a good thing," I said confidently, finally getting a grip on the situation. "Cause I really like you too"

He looked at me sheepishly and started to say something else when Josh yelled,

"Just kiss her already!"

I started to lean in slowly, but I felt Vikk's lips slam into mine and my body instantly relaxed. His kiss was warm, and sweet like him with so much passion that left my lips feeling dazed and wanting more. There was an unfamiliar pull in my stomach that I hadn't felt with any kiss before. As he pulled away from me and flashed me a goofy sideways grin, I knew that night couldn't have been any more perfect.
