Background: 

John MacTavish is the commander of Task Force 141, after the event of COD MW 1 & 2 events, he became the commander the Task Force 141. He is contracting Manaka to recruit her for Task Force 141 much to her agreement.

He sends Roach, Ghost, Frost, and Gaz to Kivotos City to find the truth behind the incident. John decides to step up with Manaka and Touko to stop Vladimir Makarov and other criminals/mercenary/terrorist members.
