Brooke is involved.

"Jemmy, can we get a dog?" Jeremy turned to his younger brother with a rather confused look.

"You realize there are six people in this house right Neo? A dog would be way too much. Plus I asked Dad back before Ev moved into the house and he said no." Jeremy actually sounded sad, mainly because he had wanted a dog since he was six but his biological mom was allergic.

"Man. Can you ask Ev if he can ask Mommy then?" Neo clung to Jeremy's leg and Jeremy gently ruffled his hair.

"I think I have an idea. I just need you to wait here okay?" Neo nodded and Jeremy got up and made his way to the door. "Oh and don't touch the laptop alright? It has stuff that you don't need to see okay?"

"Is it pictures of Mikey?" Neo asked and Jeremy blushed and went over to his laptop, picking it up and taking it with him.

"It does but that's not what you would've seen....just...don't worry about it okay?" Neo nodded and then Jeremy left.

(At Brooke and Chloe's place)

"Please Brooke I need you to do this, my brother wants a dog and that costume surely still fits you!" Jeremy was at the girls' feet, begging Brooke practically.

"Jeremy I really want to but you know that costume is for conventions only." Brooke told him and he gave her big eyes. "Your tears won't work on me Jeremy." He managed to get tears out and Brooke shook her head.

"Cookie just do it for him please? It's for his adorable little brother after all." Chloe said and Brooke sighed.

"Fine but if the outfit gets ruined it's not my fault." Jeremy perked up almost immediately.

(Back to the Heere-Hansen house)

Neo was sitting on the couch with Michael, who had shown up right after Jeremy left coincidentally. Michael was showing Neo something on his phone, the two sharing earbuds so nobody would hear.

"See, this show WAS out when I was in school, and I actually sang a song from the movie during the talent show, Jeremy danced with me and there were rainbows and everything. It was amazing." Michael was rambling about something and Neo listened intently.

"Wait though, isn't this a show for girl's?"

"That never stopped anybody and it won't stop you either kiddo." That's when Jeremy opened the door, and by his side was Brooke in a dog costume down on all fours.

"Neo looky what I got!" Jeremy chanted and the small boy's eyes sparkled and he ran over as fast as possible.

"How dare you steal my little Bron..... little bro...kinda..." Michael whined and Jeremy looked up at him with a face that showed he was exhausted.

"Where'd you find her!?" Neo asked, currently scratching behind Brooke's dog ears and she was actually enjoying it.

"My friend Chloe, ya know the tall one with dark brown hair?"

"Oh yeah!!" Neo began squishing Brooke's cheeks, which they had managed to attach fake fur to. "You're adorable, yes you are, what's her name?"

"Cookie."

"Can we keep her!?" Neo asked and Jeremy shook his head sadly.

"No, but Chloe said if you wanna see Cookie again I can just ask and bring her over." Jeremy said happily and Neo's eyes widened in excitement. "Now I've gotta take her back home but I should be able to bring her back next week. C'mon Cookie." Jeremy patted his leg and Brooke made a whining sound as if sad to leave Neo. "Cookie you can come back next week okay? You wanna see Chloe again?" With that Brooke forced her fake tail to waggle and barked, running outside on all fours excitedly.

When they left, Neo turned back to Michael and giggled.

"You know that was Bwooke right?" He asked and Michael turned back and nodded.

"You just wanted to make Jeremy feel good didn't you?"

"Mmhm." Neo walked to the couch and nuzzled into Michael, taking the earbud back.

"Same kiddo. I live for making Jeremy happy and I'm glad to see you're helping with that."

"Jemmy looked very happy."

"He was and is." Michael ruffled the kid's hair and he giggled. "Now let's get back to the show okay?"

"Yay! I wanna see that Party Off!"

"Yeah, fun fact, Weird Al is in this episode. I'll tell you more about him when you're older. I'll also tell you about Bob Marley. You're gonna learn from the best." Michael smiled contently as he and the child watched his phone happily.

Meanwhile Jeremy was thanking Brooke for helping him and she was glad she could help.

Jeremy never found out that Neo knew it was Brooke. Thankfully.
